Harley is a hoot ! He is a very high energy guide with lots of local, historical, and general knowledge. He made the long drive fun. He also navigated back roads around some serious I-70 traffic, and got us into places declared “closed” online…but as a local and long time guide with the insider scoop, he got us to every single site. The views were majestic and well worth the time.

A great tour to see the red rocks park and Amphitheatre with a lunch stop in Breckenridge. And then some lovely stops with great scenery on the way back to Denver.
Our guide driver Mac was brilliant and made the day.

Ryan was our tour guide and he knew so many facts and made sure to give us plenty of notice to look for landmarks, wild animals, etc. Very personable and engaging!! Have another trip planned for the next two days and so happy I chose Viator to plan our excursions.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you for spending part of your Colorado visit with us, Cyndi! We’re glad Ryan’s stories and heads-up about landmarks and wildlife helped you take everything in. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed his company, and we hope the rest of your excursions were just as enjoyable.
I had a fabulous time in this tour. Our tour guide, Ryan, pointed out many interesting facts. He was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I really loved Breckenridge! It was breathtaking and we had a wonderful lunch at Eric’s. We were driven in a nice van and the tour consisted of about 11 people. I highly recommend this tour. You will have a fabulous time. It was a beautiful experience and well worth my time.

Breckenridge’s scenery, lunch at Eric’s, and a comfortable ride sound like a wonderful combination, Maria! We’re glad Ryan’s kindness and attention helped make the day special. Thank you for choosing ilimo and sharing what you enjoyed about the trip.
This is a trip not to be missed. Red Rocks was breathtaking!!! Breckenridge was the cutest little town filled with great shops and restaurants. The Continental Divide is breathtaking as well. Our tour guide Ryan was fabulous and filled us in all wonderful places we visited.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
It sounds like Breckenridge’s shops and restaurants were as much a highlight as the mountain scenery, Renee! We’re glad you enjoyed Red Rocks and the Continental Divide too, with Ryan sharing the stories along the way. Thank you for spending the day with us.
We enjoyed our tour. We were able to visit Red Rocks, Breckenridge, and the Continental Divide. Water was provided. We had time to buy souvenirs at both Red Rocks and Breckenridge. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided a good tour. The only thing we'd change is to skip the troll stop and add more time to the Continental Divide. Would recommend.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you, Jill! We’re glad you enjoyed Red Rocks, Breckenridge, the Continental Divide, and the time for souvenirs. We also appreciate your suggestion about spending less time at the troll and more time at the Continental Divide. Feedback like yours helps us evaluate the balance of the itinerary.
This was a great trip with a knowledgeable guide. 2 hours were allotted for Breckenridge but we could have easily stayed longer.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you, Patricia! We’re glad you enjoyed the trip and your guide’s knowledge. Breckenridge is easy to fall in love with, and we understand why you would have liked more than two hours there. We appreciate your feedback as we continue evaluating the pace of the day.
Everything went well! Driver was well informed with information to share and helpful. Sights are beautiful. Always take a jacket (even when you think you won't need it) !!!
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you, Karen! We’re delighted everything went smoothly and that your driver’s knowledge and helpfulness added to the beautiful scenery. Your advice about bringing a jacket is excellent for Colorado’s quickly changing mountain weather.
We were informed that this tour would not go ahead due to the booking under the number to be operated, but the tour organiser provided another tour for red rocks and blue sky, the process was very smooth.
Red rocks theatre was very impressive and unique, driving up to the blue sky summit was amazing and the scenery was spectacular. Our guide Zak is kind and knowledgeable.
Great itinerary and Zach was a great guide, with plenty of cold water, which was very much appreciated given the hot weather. Red rock amphitheatre was unbelievable as well as Loveland pass, albeit a little chillier at 12,000ft. Would highly recommend.
It was a great trip I enjoyed everything felt relaxed enjoyed the hiking and I loved the wildlife that was around us
Ryan did a great job showing us the mountainous outdoors. He was an engaging and knowledgeable resource who took us through the entire trip safely and professionally. Great tour!
Alex was an outstanding tour guide! He was incredibly informative from the moment we left Denver, sharing interesting facts and stories all the way to Red Rocks, Breckenridge, and Loveland Pass, and even on the drive back. His knowledge and engaging personality made the entire trip enjoyable and memorable. 👌🏻
Our tour at Colorado Red Rocks was absolutely unforgettable! The views were breathtaking, the fresh mountain air was so refreshing, and every stop felt like a postcard moment. Walking around the famous Red Rocks area and seeing the massive natural rock formations up close was truly amazing.
The whole experience was well organized, relaxing, and fun. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour even more enjoyable by sharing interesting facts and making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip.
If you’re visiting Colorado, this tour is definitely a must-try. It’s the perfect combination of nature, history, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!
Ryan was our tour guide for the day. Ryan was very courteous, informative and engaging. Made the experience very special and memorable for the entire group.
Excellent experience. We got to see so many places. Tour was small and we got personalized attention. Your guide Zack was excellent.
This trip by Ilimo is a must do. It is a good combination of pace and rest, movement and grandeur, in short, a very well curated trip with adequate time for every included spot. Alex was a very knowledgeable guide and kept on informing us of every stop on the trip. The first stop was at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The museum. is excellent and the Amphitheatre is a natural treasure which is a treat to see. Alex informed us about the mining townships en route to Brekenbridge after this. We had a quiet lazy lunch at Brekenbridge along with a walk on the main historic street, which was lovely. Then we went for a short walk into the forest and then up into the White River National Park, the Continental divide and the Loveland Pass before descending into Denver. We saw some elks on the way. This was an amazing trip and I am happy to recommend it....
Alex was a great host and driver! Red Rocks amphitheater is amazing and now we want to go back for a concert!
Beautiful landscapes - like a postcard! ❤️ Our tour guide Alex was amazing!!! Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Due to a wreck that stopped all traffic dead (including us!), right when we were starting our return trip, we understood that the accident scene delay would make my husband/I late to our next event. Alex got out and went a few feet ahead to others outside their cars to ask the cause. He returned to share with us the situation that lay ahead, then he determined each options’ estimated delay, calculated options for getting back as close to time as possible, and then discussed those options with us, inviting us old fogeys to play a role in his decision-making process (elder wisdom lol). It showed tremendous respect for us as people and not just fares. That’s character. I highly recommend this tour! It’s like a series of appetizers. If you’re looking for in-depth activity with plenty of time to explore, look to other options.
Our tour guide was awesome. Breckenridge is foodie paradise. Definitely go for the bbq, hot cocoa and cookies.
The company is very professional. They were kind enough to text when I was running late. I would have never expected that.
It was unseasonably warm for February but it was beautiful. Our tour guide was very nice and could answer most questions about the places on the itinerary. However, it would have been nice to have more commentary on the long ride to Breckenridge (even it it were taped or preprogrammed).
Harley was a wonderful tour guide! Very informative and energetic. I would highly recommend this tour. The guides stops at beautiful places with great photo opportunities.
We enjoyed seeing the majestic beauty of Colorado. Our guide, Harley, was highly entertaining, energetic, and knowledgeable. Excellent and fun tour!
