Driver was prompt. I messaged service 90 minutes before our requested pick up time as our ship was in port earlier than I thought it would be. Message was acknowledged and he arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled for which we were thankful. Driver always has a very legible sign with our name. Driver knew his way around the maze called Rome and avoided as much traffic as possible. We always use this provider for transport from ship port in Civitavecchia to Rome city center.

This tour was definitely worth it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and moved us through the crowds as best she could. She pointed out a lot of things we otherwise wouldn't have known. The dome climb was super cool, however it is a long wait(about an hour),but getting to the top is absolutely worth it.

Smooth pickup process to the port

The pickup process was very seamless. We met at the pickup location and the driver was on time and helpful with our luggage. My husband and I had a carry-on and large roller suitcase each and the van had plenty of space for our luggage and the other passengers. He dropped us off at the port on time as well. Easy & efficient way to get to the airport.

Driver was early and waiting for. He had notified hotel staff who greeted me and took me to the car. Car was clean and comfortable. Driver was polite but spoke little English. This wasn’t a problem as he knew where I was going and dropped me right at the airport departure entry doors. If you have any mobility issues, this is definitely the easiest way to get to the airport.

Excellent service for cruise terminal to airport transfer. I amended pick up time twice to earlier times, which was promptly acknowledged. On the day (13.09) driver was there right next to terminal gate with my name clearly on display. Very clean, comfortable Mercedes van. Being relatively early on a Sunday morning, very quick transfer time to Terminal 3. 5 star service, no hesitation in recommending.

Fabulous Transfer Service in Rome

This was one of the best transfers I have had from the Rome Airport. The driver (Matteo) provided great instructions on how to find him after baggage claim and he was waiting for. He helped move all of our bags to the reserved van and off we went to our hotel. I am looking forward to booking this service again.

Very well organized. I booked one day before my flight to Rome. The opporator quickly responded with information about the driver and where to meet the driver was there within five minutes of our family walking out of the airport. The car was cool on a hot Rome day and the transfer to our hotel was a lot more comfortable and less hectic than a public transportation option I highly recommend.

Great transportation service!

The driver was waiting for us as planned holding a sign with my name on it which made him easy to locate. He was pleasant & had to lug my extremely heavy luggage. We were led to a clean, air conditioned van that was roomy & spacious. He got us to the airport in 45 min so we had time to spare prior to our flight. Thank you Carlo for a uneventful, safe ride.
