Cruise terminal transfer

Driver early (as were we) so welcome sight. Shared with 6 other occupants in small air conditioned, comfortable 8 seater vehicle. Plenty of room for luggage, all loaded and helped with by driver. He was excellent in coping with the traffic in Rome and 3 different hotels were located and expertly dropped off at. Journey time was about 90 mins or so. Definitely recommend for ease and price.

Fantastic, affordable, on-time port shuttle! Massimo was early, right at the location with a sign with all traveler names. He was courteous an offered everyone bottled water and loaded/unloaded our bags. We even got to the port early since everyone arrived early.

We use the service as a pick up at the port after our cruise ship came in and we wanted to go to Rome… The trip was about an hour and 20 minutes and very interesting because we got to see the countryside. The driver let us off right in front of the hotel and even took our baggage in for us.

Matteo was fantastic. There was an unexpected miscommunication of our change in flight that was not communicated to Matteo and his company. Anyhow, Matteo, found us another driver right on the spot, Paul, and he was fantastic and took us right to our hotel Promptly. Matteo, delivered unparalleled customer service that we don’t see very often in the US. Out first time here in Rome and I am thankful for the first experience being a successful transaction.
