Driver arrived early which was great as we were ready and waiting. He was very polite and helpful with the suitcases. Both suitcases and one carryon fit in the boot while the other carryon was on the front passenger seat. The trip was seamless and quick. Civitavecchia Port is still very difficult to navigate as it was 16 years ago, and I’m pleased we booked a car to take us. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean.

The wrong vehicle arrived even after I confirmed with Luciana that we had 2 large suitcases 2 medium and 2 carry on. It didn’t fit in the car. We then had to get a taxi on our own and were completely swindled by a man posing as a taxi driver. Your driver William should have warned us about him. He was there when it all went down. Zero stars.

Dear customer, We're sorry for what happened. As we explained, you paid for a Mercedes E sedan, but you showed up with five large bags. And the E-Class trunk can carry a maximum of two medium-sized bags and one carry-on. In your request, you mentioned two medium-sized bags and two carry-ons. If you want a minivan, as described in the service, it's for three passengers or more. For future trips, select the three-passenger option instead of two; that way, you'll get the minivan. We booked this service take use from the cruise port to Rome. Alessandro was our driver. He was courteous, professional and on time. Actually, we got off the ship early and he was able to pick us up about 30 minutes early. The drive in was without incident. He was able to drop us off right at the door of the apartment we rented. I would book this again, if needed in the future.

Luca was amazing! His communication and service were of the utmost professionalism. Our family arrived via cruise line and Luca let us know the night before disembarkation when he would arrive. When we got off the ship (earlier than the cruise line told us) Luca was only 10 minutes away. My mother does not move well, and he helped make sure she entered and exited the vehicle safely each time. Never during our journey did we feel unsafe in the van. Luca showed a few points of interest, answered all of our questions, and delivered us to the front of the hotel effortlessly. Definitely would use this car service and ask for Luca again.
