Transfers from Civitavecchia Port to Rome For all arrivals from Civitavecchia Port to Rome, it is mandatory to provide the cruise ship name and the exact drop-off address. Your driver will be waiting directly outside the cruise ship holding a tablet displaying your name. Maximum waiting time: 30 minutes. Transfers from Rome to Civitavecchia Port For all departures from Rome to Civitavecchia Port, please always provide the exact pick-up address and the name of your cruise ship, as the driver will drop you off directly at the ship terminal. Maximum waiting time: 15 minutes. The vehicle provided depends on the number of passengers: Up to 2 passengers: a comfortable sedan will be assigned. From 3 passengers: a spacious minivan will be provided to ensure additional comfort and luggage capacity. If you are travelling with extra luggage, oversized items, special equipment, or if you would simply prefer a larger vehicle, please inform us in advance. If you need a minivan even for only 1 or 2 passengers, you can select 3 passengers when booking and pay only the additional cost for the vehicle upgrade. We strongly discourage oversized or large luggage. Driver arrived early which was great as we were ready and waiting. He was very polite and helpful with the suitcases. Both suitcases and one carryon fit in the boot while the other carryon was on the front passenger seat. The trip was seamless and quick. Civitavecchia Port is still very difficult to navigate as it was 16 years ago, and I’m pleased we booked a car to take us. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean.

Car suspension needed fixing. Creaking any small bump in the road....there were many. Car should not be in service

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT book this company. We had a situation happens where I told the driver the day before what time to pick us up at to which they came an hour and 50 minutes before and the driver left and they didn’t pick us up at all.
My dad is disabled and uses a walker to which we had to resort to having to book another company and this company that never picked us up charged us $264 for a service that we did not even take . Complete and total scam! Do not book by any means!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and, in particular, about the inconvenience caused to your father.
However, we would like to clarify what happened. Your booking was confirmed for 7:00 AM, as clearly shown on the official Viator booking. The day before the service, at 3:14 PM, you contacted a WhatsApp number that we use exclusively for emergencies and requested a change to 8:50 AM. This change was not confirmed by us.
Unfortunately, by the time of your request, we were already fully booked and were unable to accommodate the requested time. Since the original booking remained confirmed for 7:00 AM, our driver arrived at the scheduled time.
We understand that this situation was frustrating, but we believe it is important to clarify that the requested change was never confirmed and that the service was provided according to the original booking details.
We have all the relevant documentation and communication regarding the booking and would be happy to provide it to Viator for review.
We’re sorry that the situation ended this way, but describing our company as a “scam” is not an accurate representation of what happened.

This was great. The car picked us up right out front of our hotel in Rome and took us right to the port of Citaveccia with all of our luggage. It was 100% worth it not to lug our bags around in rome while it was very hot and took the stress out of navigating public transport!

We were almost 2 hours late exiting the ship after our cruise due to customs. Patricia was very accommodating to allow our driver to wait for us. There was an additional charge for this but it is an hour ride from Civitavecchia to Rome and we would have been in a pickle. The ride was very relaxing and our driver took care of everything. Great company.

This was $100 more expensive than an Uber or a Cab. Make sure you specify the amount of luggage as I went several rounds with them over my 3 bags, 2 Large and 1 medium. The driver was polite and helpful. The biggest benefit is that it drops you off right in front of the boat check in, which was worth the extra $100.

The driver who picked us up arrived on time, helped us with our luggage, and got us to the port without any delays. He wasn't particularly talkative, which was fine since not everyone is very social. My only recommendation is to inform the company in advance if you have multiple pieces of luggage and require a van instead of a car.
