Mia Limo is an exceptionally good service provider. Matteo is a superior driver. His communication was consistent and excellent. He met us right in baggage claim as we arrived and was easy to find. He got us to Rome and provided lots of helpful information along the way. The car was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Matteo was excellent. He contacted us after our arrival and I explained we were in a long line at border control, he reassured us he would be waiting for us. Since we have been to Rome before, he also gave us great information about different things to see in and around Rome that are different than the usual tourist spots.

Matteo was fantastic. There was an unexpected miscommunication of our change in flight that was not communicated to Matteo and his company. Anyhow, Matteo, found us another driver right on the spot, Paul, and he was fantastic and took us right to our hotel Promptly. Matteo, delivered unparalleled customer service that we don’t see very often in the US. Out first time here in Rome and I am thankful for the first experience being a successful transaction. Normally Viator gets 5 star reviews from me. However, this driver spoke no English, a rarity in Rome. Additionally he had a hotel with a similar name to the one we had reserved. To top it off he blamed me for the error since which was unusual since I had never met him before he met us at FCO.

According to the original booking we received from Viator, the drop-off location was listed as Via Gilberto, 20, not Hotel Gioberti — two completely different places in Rome. When we noticed the mistake — which was not made by us but rather in the information provided to Viator — our driver immediately changed the route and brought you safely to your correct destination, without applying any extra charge, even though the trip became longer than expected. I also personally sent you a message with a screenshot of the booking, clearly showing the incorrect drop-off address that caused the confusion. Our driver, Roberto, is always extremely polite, well-dressed, and respectful toward our guests. He takes great pride in his professionalism, and although he is not a native English speaker, he always does his best to communicate clearly and assist passengers kindly and efficiently. Our vehicles are also meticulously cleaned and maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey for every guest. We are genuinely disappointed that your review didn’t mention these aspects — the courtesy and professionalism of Roberto, his neat appearance, and the cleanliness of our car — all of which are central to the quality of service we always aim to deliver. He took our suitcases and wheeled them all the way to the car then drove us right to the front door of the apartment we were staying at! It was a great ride and a wonderful driver.
