Pick up is dockside. Do not take a shuttle. Your driver will be waiting for you on the pier, holding a sign with your name on it. Please be ready 10 minutes before departure time.

- The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on traffic conditions and the destinations of all passengers.
- Children 0-5 years old must occupy their own spot in a regulation car seat or booster. We provide car seats and boosters as a complimentary service. Please request after booking.
- The 9:30 departure may include a stop at the airport before going to Rome, depending on the destinations of the passengers on that day. This also means that there could be multiple hotel drop-offs.
- KINDLY NOTE: Luggage limit is one large bag and one carry-on per person.

Driver arrived early, he made sure he accounted for everyone he was supposed to pick up from different cruise ships and delivered us to our destinations in Rome safely. The van was nice and clean and he was a good, friendly, and informative driver.

Shuttle was right on time. Picked us up from the pier at the ship. Would definitely recommend!!! Dropped us at the door of our hotel. Much easier than the train station.

The trip went flawlessly. The driver was waiting ship side with a sign with our name on it. Three other couples were on the van with us, yet it was roomy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone’s luggage. Very good driver who was very helpful.

Very reliable and professional service. While some companies, picking people up at the cruise port, had handwritten signs that were difficult to see, our driver had large bol print for each of the names in the group. It was a shared ride service and I didn’t know the other individuals but that helps save money. I would definitely use the service again.

Driver early (as were we) so welcome sight. Shared with 6 other occupants in small air conditioned, comfortable 8 seater vehicle. Plenty of room for luggage, all loaded and helped with by driver. He was excellent in coping with the traffic in Rome and 3 different hotels were located and expertly dropped off at. Journey time was about 90 mins or so. Definitely recommend for ease and price.

Great experience and such an easy way to get from the port in Civitavecchia to our hotel in Rome. The driver was waiting right outside the port holding a sign with our names, so finding him was simple. The shared mini bus was comfortable, convenient, and cost much less than what a taxi/Uber or the cruise line transfer would have been. Would definitely use this service again!

Highly recommend this as a way to get from the cruise port to airport in Rome. Rather than take the bus shuttle offered by the cruise line we opted to avoid the crowd and have a private transfer. The professional driver was waiting as we disembarked and he was easily found right on the pier. The van was spacious and clean. The driver had us to the airport in 1 hour. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, we shared a small shuttle with 6 other people from the cruise ship. We did go to the airport first for a couple and then to Rome but it did not feel that long when you get chatting with fellow passengers. Company was very communicative.
