This is so funny, but we had used Viator for a private transfer. The next day we used Viator for another transfer, and it was THE SAME DRIVER. Which is a great thing, because we really enjoyed the ride to the hotel the day prior. He’s very pleasant, answers questions when asked and is very knowledgeable. Navigated the crazy streets like it was a piece of cake. Very impressed. Would recommend !!
The driver was awesome. The vehicle was about to vibrate apart. The driver called people constantly about it, but it didn't seem safe. This was especially so since it was so expensive in the first place.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful and very professional! She showed up at our hotel earlier than expected. She assisted with loading our luggage, her English was fantastic, and she was a great conversationalist! Our ride was enjoyable and completed in a timely fashion. It’s obvious that Melissa loves her job!

WOW! What a ride! My father and I had another fabulous ride with Antonio who, again, showed us the wonderful, colourful world of Roman traffic. Antonio was prompt, efficient, helpful and absolutely single-mindedly determined to get us to our destination as quickly as possible.

Our driver was right out of the pickup area with a sign and loaded our bags and we were on our way. It was super easy.
The driver was waiting for us as advertised and was holding a sign with our names on it. He even took a picture of the sign and texted it to me which helped me to know exactly where he was waiting amongst the many other travelers organizating their transportation.

Our trip from Rome to The port was relaxing and carefree. Our driver arrived early and waited patiently for the 6 of us to gather. Our driver was courteous , spoke good English and provided us with updates on our trip throughout the ride.
The transport from out VRBO to the port was smooth and uneventful. 2 weeks traveling with the family requires lots of luggage and patience! Both were in ample supply. The transport to the port was right!
