Ended up at this cooking class through a friend! Had a terribly fun evening. A nice atmosphere and pleasant company. Nava made the atmosphere good with all her jokes and music. Eddie helped fantastically in the background by constantly cleaning up and pouring our drinks. In short, a wonderful evening and a beautiful memory of Rome for us as a couple!

This was truly one of the most special experiences of our trip to Italy. Getting to visit a winery that has been family-run for 12 generations made it feel so much more meaningful and personal. The breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, incredibly welcoming staff, and delicious wine and food pairings made the entire experience unforgettable. Our driver, Stefano, made the journey just as memorable. He was wonderful and shared so many fun facts about Rome, the countryside, and the area as we made our way to the winery in Frascati. His knowledge and personality added so much to the experience I know this is one of those places I’ll look back on and remember for years to come. This was an intimate experience with only 6 guests the night we went. The experience delivered on every expectation, and Lisa was a wonderful host. We were served four wine-paired courses of traditional Roman food, well prepared and nicely presented. The venue was in the excavated remains of a Roman bath underneath a local restaurant, and the space was charming. We had our adult children with us, but this would be an unforgettable date-night experience in Rome.

We were supposed to be with a group but we were the only two that booked the tour. Or sommelier Alex did not cancel and gave us a a private experience we will never forget. He had so much knowledge and taught us so much about pairing the right wine with each course. The restaurant was wonderful and he took us on a tour of the ancient bath house in basement now a wine seller. The wine was wonderful and the food did not disappoint. I was so thankful that Alex did not cancel because we were the only people signed up, we had another tour do that and it was very disappointing after booking so far in advance. This was one of our hi lights in Rome!
