Excellent History-Focused Walking Tour of Frankfurt

My wife and I joined Justin for the Frankfurt Highlights English Walking Tour and had a great experience. It was a larger group, but everything was very well organized and everyone was friendly throughout the tour. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, kept the tour moving smoothly, and did a great job answering questions along the way. We especially enjoyed hearing about the history of Frankfurt and learning more about the area as we walked through the city. If you enjoy history and local culture, this is a perfect way to kick off a visit to Frankfurt. One thing worth mentioning is that this tour is very history-focused and educational, which we personally loved. Adults and history buffs will probably find it fascinating, though younger children may not stay as engaged for the full tour, so just keep that in mind when booking. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the tour, especially with Justin as the guide.

Great and Amazing Tour with Michael!

Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is a top notch tour guide. Michael felt like he was part of the family and his very kind hearted. It was an amazing day in two fairytale German towns. The castle in Heidelberg has a beautiful view and lots of historical art. Rothenburg is a very cute place and we had a nice lunch at one of the hotels there. I would highly recommend this tour. Private tours are the best way to see the sites

If you want the best experience visiting Germany’s beautiful sites-A private tour is the way to go. Mike picked us up promptly & we drove in an extremely comfortable car to Heidelberg. His tour was carefully curated & we saw the best of the city. A week before our trip I hurt my knee & Mike was able to tailor our trip to a comfortable pace-that wouldn’t have happened with a tour bus. He took us to a wonderful restaurant for an authentic German meal. It was a lovely day!

It was an amazing experience

Ellen was wonderful ans very adaptive to our needs. We booked a private tour as my wife had been recovering from a broken leg and only recently began walking very slowly in it. We had a wheelchair and Ellyn arranged the tour to our desired ans avoided as much cobblestone as possible while teaching us so much about Germany and Frankfurt. It was an amazing experience. Great experience, castle, and two wineries!

Carl was awesome and anticipated our every need including some snacks for breakfast. He was amazingly flexible when stated we would like to see a castle on this our trip. He knew of a great one that also had wine. Based on our wine preferences, he was able to suggest some great wines that matched our tastes while also introducing us to some varietals we hadn't experienced before. We were able to meet some of the winery owners. They were very welcoming and proud to share their wines with us. Would definitely book with Carl again in the future.

Awesome Day In Rothenburg!

4 of us in a Van to Rothenburg. Thomas was the guide. About 2 1/2 hours from Frankfurt. Spent 4 hours in Rothenburg. First 2 hours walking around with Thomas narrated. Also, a visit to a Medieval Museum. Probably 20 minutes of the 2 hours. Then 2 hours on our own. Lunch took about an hour at an Italian Restaurant to eat Pizza. Then an hour to walk around and take pictures and window shop. Thomas was gracious enough as we were leaving town to take us to an area of the town wall that we could spend about 15 minutes to climb the steep steps and walk a couple of minutes along the covered walkway atop the wall. Highly recommend this part of the trip. So, after approximately 4 hours and 15-20 minutes in Rothenburg we headed back to Frankfurt . The trip back to Frankfurt was slightly over 2 hours instead of 2 1/2 hours going mainly because Thomas did not have to narrate as much and also a faster trip on the Auto Bahn and less traffic. In the end an outstanding day and way to see Rothenburg when you are seeing a city a day on vacation. Finally, Thomas our guide was exceptional!

One of the highlights of our trip!
