What are people saying about Europe

It really did not start...
It really did not start good. There was a half marathon by the Colosseum and we could not get to the meeting point. I sent messages to the company with not response. Then contacted them thru WhatsApp and finally got a response. They sent me our tickets but one of their workers was rude and didn’t care if we missed out on our tour. Finally after walking around we found Claudia and she took care of us. She was supposed to have 17 people and we ended up with 6. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. She pointed out all the important places and people. She gave us very detailed information about the sights we were seeing. She even gave us tips to places to see because of the tickets we had purchased.

Fantastic Guide, but Overpriced and Rushed Experience
Overall, this was an excellent tour, and Giuseppe was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and went out of his way to take photos of us and keep us laughing throughout the experience. He truly made the tour memorable. That said, we were disappointed by the significant markup charged by the tour operator. While we absolutely understand and appreciate paying a premium for the expertise of a knowledgeable guide, the overall experience didn’t quite justify the price. Having to meet at an off-site location and then feeling rushed through the monuments due to the guide’s strict time constraints took away from the experience. We also would have appreciated having time to visit the Colosseum gift shop, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Ultimately, Giuseppe was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed his guidance. Our disappointment was with the tour’s pricing and structure rather than the guide himself. With a more reasonable price point and a less rushed itinerary, this would have been an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Not tour for both Vatican Museums & St. Peter’s.
7 people didn’t show up for the tour & the kind tour guide, Alexandra, waited. So, we got started late in the rain. No such thing as “skip the line”. Alexandra was an excellent guide. The tour of the Museum exceeded our expectations. But, it ran too long & we couldn’t get into St. Peter’s Basilica.

Great way to see a lot in a few hours with limited walking
A great way to see many parts of Rome in several hours. We never would have covered so much area walking even if we had the whole day to explore. Since we were in a golf cart we were also able to explore areas were vehicles couldn’t access. Especially great for those who have limited mobility like my mom. Our driver Alex was also very accommodating.

There’s so much to do and see when you visit Europe, and a tour is a great way to learn about a new city from an expert guide. These Europe tours offer everything from small-group food tours that teach you about a new culture while sampling its local foods, to Christmas market tours where you can meet local craftspeople and see cities sparkle under twinkling lights. If you are visiting during busy summer months, skip-the-line tours are a great way to see historical sights like the Colosseum, the Eiffel Tower, and the Vatican without braving the notorious crowds.
