What are people saying about Las Vegas

Fabulous experience
Our tour guide and driver was Lara Ricci and she was fabulous. Very informative about the whole trip. She brought a healthy lunch for everyone. Took tons of pictures for the whole group to download for free. Can not say enough good things about the trip. Everyone should go see Valley of Fire at least once.

An amazing fun filled day! Teresa our tour guide did an excellent job in organising the day to ensure we all had the best experience and kept us entertained and informed along the way with her extensive knowledge. We did the plane ride around the Grand Canyon which I cannot recommend highly enough. It was a truly wonderful experience and although we arrived early, after a word from our tour guide we were accommodated earlier than scheduled. Lunch at Eagle point was great and although we couldn’t actually walk up to the memorial bridge for some unknown reason, we had plenty of opportunity for photos driving across the Nevada/Arizona line on top of the dam.

Mama rocks
The experience was exceptionally handled with mama (lankun weidner), she made sure everything is on time and because of that we even got the chance to visit glenn canyon. She was actively sending us photos as well of sunrise which we saw in morning and literally took 1600+ photos of people at the horseshoe bend. Not just photos she took, she also gave us the poses for the photos. Extremely delighted that she was our guide for the day.

We had Alessandro as our guide and driver. He was fantastic- lots of information about the area we visited. He was attentive to those that struggled a little with the hike. The tour: we first stopped at a service station for around 15 mins. As we were picked up early in the morning this was our chance to grab a coffee/drink and snacks. It’s the only place to buy before entering the national park. The closest entry to the national park was closed so we had to start from the furtherest entrance. The first thing we saw was the elephant rock. Followed by rainbow vista, followed by the 1.25 hike around the white domes, the petroglyphs at atlatl rock and ending with the visitor centre. There are toilets at every pit stop but they have no running water, very basic style. Normal toilets at the visitor centre. We stopped throughout the tour to see big horn sheep grazing around. Which was wonderful to see. The hike starts with some rugged terrain, steps etc. but Alessandro was very caring and ensured everyone could do it and allowed us to take our time. After that part it was pretty easy to continue. Lots of interesting stops along the way including the remnants of an old movie set. Petroglyphs was interesting, had to climb some stairs to go and see it up close. Pretty easy tour to go along to if you don’t have mobility issues. Might be harder but not restricted if you do have some issues. Ample water was provided. We were a small group of 5 on our tour but there was also another group of 15. Highly recommended.

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but many Las Vegas tours focus on getting you out of the city's neon lights and into the surrounding desert and canyonlands. Choose from various adventures, from trips over the Grand Canyon aboard a helicopter to ATV adventures in the dunes just outside town. Of course, if you’d rather stick closer to your hotel—and the casinos—you'll find lots to do, from taking in dazzling shows to experiencing the city at night from aboard a sightseeing bus.
