What are people saying about Venice

Patricia_B, Apr 2026
Time flies when you are having fun! Be flexible, but arrive with a plan in mind.
As it is a private tour, you can set the agenda and pace within the tour’s time limits, of course. It is helpful to know in advance how you would like to spend your time, whether visiting the church, watching a glass demonstration, shopping, or eating, as time passes very quickly. Please note there is no reminder about dress requirements when visiting churches, so it is best to come prepared. Remember to cover your knees and shoulders if you wish to visit religious sites.

Perfect tour!
Exceptional tour taking you around the quieter Cannaregio region of Venice. Nikola our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us a fantastic overview of the origins and history of Venice, the ghetto region, local legends and gondolier history, and food and drink recommendations. What more could you ask for? He showed us a fantastic and more peaceful side of the city.

Just do it!
Wonderful tour! We had the best time traveling to Cortina, Pieve di Cadore and the different lakes with Daniella as our guide and driver. There were 8 travellers total and we had such a nice group! We enjoyed getting to meet people from both Great Britain and the United States. The ride in the van was comfortable and we all took turns swapping seats. The tour was breathtaking with the views of the Dolomite mountains. We would highly recommend this tour and it is a great change of scenery from Venice.

The most beautiful countryside in the Veneto region!
This was the most beautiful tour! To start with, Luca, our driver, was absolutely the most pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable guide! From the moment he met us at the meeting place to the very end of the tour, he was beyond wonderful! The sights along the way from Venice were breathtaking. I kept telling my family that I felt like I was walking into a storybook! It was beautiful! The winery stop was amazing! Laura, our prosecco specialist and property manager was magnificent. She presented us with an education about how the prosecco is made and was so gracious in serving us our four different types of prosecco along with meat and cheese plates that were exquisite! Next stop was the village of Asolo. Such a quaint and welcoming village. The spritz' were abundant and some unique. I actually had a spritz that was made from artichokes! It was delicious. Overall, I would tell anyone who is visiting Venice to book this tour. You won't be disappointed! (and if you get Luca as your guide you will be well taken care of !)
