The Stand up paddle course takes place in two phases: the first level, with the flat sea; second level, with the waves where you will learn to ride the waves with the S.U.P. The Surf Course is practiced when there are storms, our qualified I.S.A instructors will inform you when it is possible to surf and you can enter the water safely with us, learn the main maneuvers and use surfskate as a training method outside the waterfall. In our school you will find all the courses available and the possibility of renting equipment. Sport and fun guaranteed!

The climbing gym, recently built (2017) offers the possibility of indoor climbing on over 80 routes from 3b to 8b + on a maximum height of 24 meters and up to 30 meters of development. The gym offers a valid alternative to outdoor climbing when it is not possible to climb outside, also the proximity to the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo and the ease of access allow you to be able to climb even with limited time available.

Hello everyone, my name is Amit and I’m a yoga teacher from Rishikesh (India), the yoga capital of the world. I have done my bachelor's and master degree in yogic science and I have several years of experience in teaching both in retreats, yoga schools and workshops in India and in Italy. If there is something that I really love is moving my body. Through the movement, I get to know myself deeply and this makes me feel in harmony with everything around me. I started practicing dance as a kid and learnt different styles but only when the magic of yoga entered my life I found the best version of myself. Sharing the knowledge of yoga with people and seeing the joy in their eyes during practice is my mission! I’m looking forward to practice with you!
