We had a group of 3 and opted for first class + tour + lunch. We choose first class so we could flip the seats around and face each other with leg room vs. coach and being like school bus seating. Most everything they pointed out was on the A & B seating side vs. C & D. Snacks and drinks were included. On the way there they served muffins, donuts, pastries with juice & soda. On the way back it was a charcuterie assortment with meat, cheese, bread, vegetables and drinks. They had entertainment on board. A violinist on the way there and guitar singer on the way back. The outlaws boarded on the way back shortly before we got back to the station and did a mock robbery where they walk through each train car asking for money. They also had a photographer on board who takes your picture on the way there and you can purchase on the way back for $40. The majority/ almost all of the sightseeing was on the A&B side vs. C&D. The attendant was very friendly and informative during the ride. If we were to do it again I would do first class & tour only. The lunch was a very basic buffet that was bland. Wish we would have done a restaurant on our own. Others said their meal was great.

The large shuttle was waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship. (we were the 1st group off as “self-help travelers” pulling our bags off the ship ourselves.) We had a delightful driver who gave us some great information as we made our way to the airport.

My friends and I, who are all females and near 80, were very pleased with our driver. He was on time, left good instructions as to how to locate him, helped us with our luggage, had a clean car, and was friendly and personable. I highly recommend this service.

This was a good show. I enjoyed knowing about Hawaii and the Polynesian cultures. The food was good. I am a vegetarian that eats fish. So the meal was great. I loved the macaroni, salad, and fish. . Picture taking was good. The service was nice. Would I come back with other friends? (Yes)

Stan was our driver, and he did a great job making accommodations for my parents. He met them at the airport with a sign with their names and called them and directed them to him when they were let out at a different gate than expected. He also communicated with me, who set up the transfer with my parents, and let me know when they arrived at the hotel, and everything went well. I'm very pleased with this company and their transportation and would recommend them to anyone.

We scheduled this last minute due to bad weather having us in port for 2 days instead of 1. This was the perfect thing to do during the rain. The guides were all fantastic in their respective portions from learning about inside the mine from the son of a miner that used to work there to those teaching us about the history of the area and about how to pan for gold.

Fast Ice Limousine did an EXCEPTIONAL job with transporting 8 of us along with our luggages from the airport to our hotel and from our hotel to the cruise terminal. We were picked up in a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van, it was clean and smelled good. Our drivers were very professional, friendly, courteous and very good with communicating with us with their location. Thank you

I loved the harbor and leaving it to be taken care of with respect and care by the crew as we journeyed to Salem. The main crew member who spoke to us all was warm, personable, and kind. I'm sorry I forgot his name. The ride was great. Loved the amenities [stocked bar]
