Highly recommend! Naturalists Ash & Taylor were fantastic along with Captain Justin. We learned so much about the whales that we saw in addition to ones that are commonly seen. We also got lucky and saw orcas too! Boat was a perfect size so everyone had a great view for photos & videos. Our driver Poppa Bear was entertaining and shared tons of info to and from boat dock. You can tell that all these employees love their job, their passion is contagious.

Be ready for fog and wind, but also be ready for fantastic cruise around san francisco bay.. you'll see all manner of birds and wildlife, as well as the big rock, meaning alcatraz, a view of the golden gate bridge from underneath, a narration, about all the other sites you'll see around the bay.

Definitely a great day. Cousin Darcy was charming and friendly. Lots of great island anecdotes. Make sure to confirm where you will be picked up. Donuts! Coffee! Dole pineapple whip!!! Some places do not take cash so have a card or Apple Pay ready. Great lunch plate (the spicy #3 shrimp is NO JOKE spicy… you are warned) Great trip for the driver in your group so you get a chance to view the island. Snorkeling spot was very muddy from recent rain but driver told us of alternate spots we could try on our own. And hiking trails. And beaches. Take notes for sites that are suggested that you’d like to revisit at your own pace.

I was visiting Juneau (and Alaska) for the first time ever and had a fairly wide-open schedule, so I was looking for something to do on short notice. I booked this primarily because the destination (Mendenhall Glacier) was not reachable by public transit or foot. I felt like this experience was mainly set up for cruise ship passengers, but even as an independent traveller, the logistics of it were set up fairly conveniently. I was able to get a same-day booking, and I got clear instructions on where to check in. I was running just a few minutes behind and even got a courtesy phone call to ensure that I was on my way. Thanks to this experience, I was able to explore the visitor center and some of the trails at Mendenhall. Two hours was a decent length of time between the drop-off and pickup, though if I did it again I might take and earlier bus and return on a later one. What really sealed the deal, though, was our driver. Kenny Knapp is a fascinating fellow (check out his website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) who made what might've been routine and mundane transportation a fun and entertaining experience. He pointed out various buildings, points of interest, wildlife (we saw one bear and at least dozens of bald eagles), etc. along the way, giving local, cultural, and historical context. He had a great sense of humour (I thought I was a pro at cracking lame jokes, puns, and wordplays, but he might just have topped me), keen wit, and an air of showmanship (which makes sense given that he's a musician and performer; we even got to hear some of his songs on the PA). Glad I was able to check this off my list for my Juneau visit, and I'd recommend this for anyone who wants to visit the glacier but doesn't already or otherwise have transportation arranged.

By far one of the best excursions I’ve done!! Every stop was informative and amazing to see, our tour guide David was great! Local, knowledgeable and one of the friendliest guides, we especially enjoyed the volcano and lava tubes but all of the extras was awesome too!!

Our tour was great. John our driver was interesting, knowledgeable and accommodating. He knew of a great place for lunch and a park picnic. In spite of some rain showers, traffic and a closed road we had a wonderful day. We had a road closed at the North Shore of Oahu and he traveled around to help get as much as possible of the tour accomplished.

It's a great leisurely day, not much walking- you get to see the whole island- lots of driving!! Chief Rob Was a great guide he was very knowledgeable and funny and an impersonator to boot!! He really "Crushes" it! Such a beautiful island to see! You put a lot into one day then you can always go back if you want to at a later time !

Viator was a safe and easy ticketing experience. Check in was simple- just had to give my name at the departure point kiosk. What an amazing cruise around Newport! Fabulous weather, comfortable aboard ship on top deck, and a great narrator told us highlights of the sights. Waiter service offered drinks too. Would do this again. Loved it! We even got to see the ocean liner, Queen Mary2. In the harbor!
