This is my first luau and it was an event to remember. Starting with the pickup that was convenient for my hotel and shout out to cousin Tee who was entertaining the whole night and overall good time with a great personality and kept it lively to and from the event back to our hotel. Upon arrival at the luau we received our bracelets as we got off the bus and entered quickly into the event. There was lots of free activities to partake in and even though there was a good amount of people there the lines moved quickly. The temporary tattoos and coconut Leaf headbands were great souvenirs to have. The photographs were also a nice touch they we're good quality and the best part was that they text them to you for you to download and keep. The food was great with plenty of options to choose from as it was all you can eat the chicken and pork were delicious. The show itself was a great performance as all the dancers did a great job . I would recommend this luau to anybody looking to have a good memerable time.

We saw more whales than on any other trip ever. We even saw bubble netting by a pod of whales. Something very rare, the brew Brenden, Gwen and Sophie were great. They were fun, informative and helpful. They were able to answer all questions and knew all about the local whales.

Viewing the glacier and waterfall was an awesome experience! A little bit of a walking exercise to get for visitors center around to the waterfall area, but well worth it! The view of Mendenhall Glacier was spectacular from the visitor center area, but sad to see how much it has retreated over the years (go see it while you can!). The tour bus driver delivered us and picked us up safely and on time. We wish there could have been enough time for the driver to pull over and let us take pictures of huge groups of bald eagles feeding on salmon in this one area near the terminal but he said he could not stop.
