The tour was so interesting and our guide Anastasia was so helpful. She knew so much about the Duomo and Florence and had such a passion for her city. She provided us with information for how to navigate the climb of the Duomo and Bell Tower as well as the lines we needed to stand in which is needed with all the crowds.

Beautiful day on the coast.

Joann was the perfect guide for the day. We opted for the non-hiking tour which took you to the different cities by train, and the final city by boat (optional, and weather pending). Just enough time at the towns to explore or buy trinkets or eat, but likely not all three in one stop. We did more sight seeing vs shopping and eating and really enjoyed it. There were little hikes that you could do from the city center to see more views, these were 5-10 mins but nothing strenuous - though sometimes a steep angle. Joann was great in providing us history and information about each town, what she might recommend (in cinque terra as well as florence) and she didn’t steer us wrong. While I’m glad that we did Pisa, I’m not sure if there is all that much more to do than see the tower and surrounding buildings. With a train delay, that was about all the time that we had in Pisa. But not sure if I would return again.

Excellent Tour

What a wonderful way to get a feel for what Florence has to offer. Our guide Kiara was knowledgeable, engaging and has a great relationship with the businesses we visited. The amount of tastings we received was plentiful. We had wine, cheese, meats, gelato, and even sat down in a private dining room to experience a multi-course tasting. The restaurants and shops were excited to have us visit and eager to share their wine and food with us. The group was small (12 max) so we were able to converse and get to know everyone in our group. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Florence.

Tour requires lots of steps, really anywhere in cinque terre will. But so worth it!!! Beautiful area and our guides were fantastic! Our driver/guide Jonathon was so friendly and such an excellent driver, safe and friendly and kept a careful eye on everyone as we moved around to be sure everyone was safe and doing well, enjoying the tour. We loved the tour, would highly recommend! Views are incredible.

Our visit to the Galleria dell’Accademia was unforgettable. Our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal. Seeing David in person was absolutely breathtaking — the detail and craftsmanship are incredible. This was a last minute...

This was a last minute activity, and I had the best time! Location was clear and easy to find, the directions were clear and the hosts were so great! The space was so beautiful and there was just overall awesome vibes. The pastas were delicious and the unlimited wine was an obvious plus! It was the perfect amount of time and came to a perfect close, not at all rushed and not dragging on. Chef Nico was AMAZING!!

Well organized. Our tour guide John Marco was very knowledgeable, he spoke several languages. He made recommendations while in all 3 villages, Pisa and Florence. I read other reviews who fell it was too long of a day. My Son and I enjoyed the total day and the experience. We didn't feel it was long. It was too short for us. :) Thank you! I highly recommend this trip. It is a lot of walking, a lot of uphill walking with steps. Thanky you Viator and kudos to John Marc our tour guide! I give it a 10 plus on a scale from one to ten! :)

We had a fantastic half-day Chianti vineyard tour with our guide, Alex, and our driver, Constantino. Alex was super engaging — he personally checked in with each of us to see if we had any questions or needed recommendations for Florence, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Constantino was a fantastic driver and made the ride smooth and comfortable. We visited two vineyards, enjoyed delicious wines, and even got to taste freshly made olive oil — a special treat in November! The Tuscan landscape was breathtaking with its fall colors, and it was the perfect morning trip out of Florence.
