When booking online you need to obtain your ticket at the starting point for trip. Bus stop 1 on route. The expected sign City Sightseeing Tour was not visible, instead it was something like tourist info. I completely bypassed it only to walk around what is at the moment a construction site (half of the section was blocked) to go there for info and see that is where I should have started. The staff member was excellent, friendly in a professional manner. Team on board explaining sights as we went around the city was great. Being able to manage travellers who hadn’t pre-booked making sure everyone was attended to and giving advice if you wanted info at times along the route.

Niagra Falls Niagra on the Lake.

If the travel itinerary takes in Niagra on the Lake take into account you have less than the allotted one hour because you have to allow supposedly 10min each way so actually less than an hour and around 15minutes depending on your mobility particularly seniors. Just beware of that. Its a beautiful town full of shops to explore but its very popular and you don't get time to explore. Maybe after doing Niagra Falls cut out the syrup tasting. Just my take on the trip and not meant to offend. We did enjoy it and thought the staff were very professional at all times and we thank.

Beautiful Niagara Falls trip

I had an amazing time on my Niagara Falls tour yesterday! 🌊🍁 The views were absolutely breathtaking, and seeing the Falls up close was an unforgettable experience. Everything was well organized. Able to see so much. Shazh had everything planned out the moment we stepped on the bus. Loved the Maple Tasting, Journey Behind the Falls, Maid on the Mist and the Skylon Tower just to name a few events experienced on the tour. Niagara Falls is truly a must-see, and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to experience it. The entire day was fun, relaxing, and filled with beautiful memories. Relax and enjoy a whole day of Niagara goodness

What a perfect way to see Niagara Falls for my first time. From the lunch with a view, to the boat ride, to the winery, and Niagara on the lake, no stop felt too rushed or too boring. It was a long day but it was relaxing and fun. David our guide was welcoming, inclusive, funny, and informative. He was energetic and organized. Our driver Don was friendly and made us feel safe. Pro tip: bringing plastic shoe covers or dry socks or wearing rain boots on the boat ride is wise. My feet got soaked so I bought some souvenir socks in the gift shop to wear after.

Great tour guide and great tour! Alisha was our tour guide and she knew a great deal about Niagara Falls and was able to share very useful information. She was pleasant, friendly, and great with children, even though we didn’t have a young child with us. Her interactions with the other children in our group was really nice. Be prepared though as it is a lot of walking so if you’re not into walking, this may not be the tour for you. Would definitely recommend it.

I recently completed a day tour to Niagara Falls and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tour was exceptionally well organised, the bus was clean and comfortable, and our driver was outstanding. They were highly knowledgeable, provided interesting commentary throughout the day, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well looked after and had a great experience. Niagara Falls itself was spectacular, and the itinerary offered a perfect balance of sightseeing and free time. One tip for future travellers: bring some cash, as there are a couple of worthwhile optional stops along the way that are not included in the tour price. Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed the tour very much. We had been around the city for a few days but this gave us all a whole new perspective and sights! Toronto From a Whole New Perspective

Outstanding experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. This was my second helicopter ride, but I found this one much more interesting. Seeing Toronto from above really gives you a sense of just how vast the city is. I could even see the EdgeWalkers on the CN Tower! It was really easy to get to, and the free shuttle back to the station afterwards was super helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic trip

Brilliant trip from start to finish. We were picked up on time by our driver Yohannes from the collection point and taken to Niagara to meet our guide Vanessa. Both really nice and friendly. We took the helicopter flight first, omg, absolutely fantastic! I believe it’s a must do! To see the falls from the sky was just amazing. We popped into a place to taste all things made with maple syrup! Delicious! We visited the Skylon Tower, the journey behind the falls and then onto the boat. We got a little wet but it was so good! Amazing to see. The only minor criticism would be that you do go from one to the next. It would have been nice just to have maybe 30 minutes just to stand on the street just to look at the falls and take Niagara in. We absolutely loved the trip, I’d go as far to say it was the best day trip we’ve ever done. Totally recommend!
