Our tour guide Adam was awesome. Knows the area very well and gave us great commentary and was very professional, on time and knowledgeable made us laugh the whole time. Even though a passenger onboard was disturbing some people he kept his composure in his concern for the safety for all the guests.

We loved this tour. We were a large group of different ages, everyone had a great time. We did the full experience plus dinner. Illumination tower was such a highlight. Our guide, Adam Nice, did a great job keeping the energy positive and the group on schedule.

We had a great experience with Adam Nice. Our only complaint was the bus had minimal legroom and was a little uncomfortable for an almost 2 hour ride from Toronto.

Disappointing. Niagara Falls is nice and worth the visit. The bus was very uncomfortable. Expect no leg room if you are anywhere near 6 feet tall. Driver sped through the turns and bumps. I still have back pain from the drive. It took us about 3.5 hours to get to Niagara Falls from Toronto with the traffic and stops. The driver seemed annoyed to be there. He did not have any interesting information or facts and gave off a vibe that he didn’t want to be bothered with questions. I’m willing to accept he had a bad day, but it happened to be on our tour.

The tour started with a hour long stop for maple syrup tasting which seemed to be an obligatory shopping stop. When we finally made it to the falls we were given 40 minutes to do the journey behind the falls. My husband and I returned to our meeting point and watched the tour guide drive away without us even though we were waiving at him. In order to catch up with the tour we had to run from the table rock centre to the horn blower cruise (not easy as we are both seniors). It is only by sheer luck we were able to spot some people from our group as the boat was about to depart. The rest of the tour was ok but the experience of being left behind made us nervous the rest of the trip. This tour is ok if you only want a very brief time at the falls.

The maple syrup stop includes a 10-minute tasting with a few syrup and chocolate samples, followed by time for restrooms and browsing, many guests enjoy this break while our guides organize attraction tickets behind the scenes. No purchases are ever required.
Our guides always inform the group of clear meeting times at each stop to help keep the tour running smoothly. We understand how upsetting it must have been to feel left behind, and we sincerely apologize. Our guides do their best to wait, call, and text before moving on, but they also have to stay on schedule for timed attractions. Had the driver seen you waving, he absolutely would have stopped.
We spend around 5 to 6 hours in total in the waterfalls area in the summer, and around 4 hours in the winter. This is by far the most time in the waterfalls of any tour from Toronto, it's not really fair to say this is a "brief time" at the falls.

It involves a fair amount of walking!!
Excellent tour guide ( Adam Nice) who made getting tickets to all the attractions easy on us. My only complaint is the small tour bus with cramped seating. My husband is 6’ 2” and 300 pounds. It was very uncomfortable for him.

This was the first time my family and I visited Niagara Falls. We were in a group with a few elderly adults and He made sure we got to our end destination safely. Our tour guide was more than accommodating. He ensured that we all felt comfortable and stayed hydrated. He was very patient and ensured we had good stopping spots to use the restrooms and to get out the van to stretch. Directions were also clear and very easy to follow. He did absolutely great with timing and would check in to make sure we all were having a good time! Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

Was a great way to experience the Canadian side of Niagara Falls!! Enjoyed the stops of the area with the Maple syrup and chocolate tasting, every part of Niagara Falls is so beautiful!! The tour guide Adam Nice was great and he really did well on keeping the group on schedule and leading us to where we needed to go. The only part that was disappointing was the three course meal as they offered mushroom soup as the first course which I don't understand why as that's not the go to soup like chicken noodle. I also wasn't a fan of the salad and I thought the dinner was a small portion. The dessert was good though. The fireworks were a great way to end the long and adventurous time! Overall a really nice time and good experience. The hotel pick up was great. Adam picked us up a couple minutes early! And also appreciate Adam for taking a detour on the way back due to all the construction on the freeway.

This was well worth the trip. Adam Nice was very knowledgeable and considerate towards the clients. I highly recommend this trip instead of doing this on your own especially if you're only spending a day in Niagara Falls.

The price, approximately C$100/USD$70, which you paid for the most expensive "all-inclusive" package, is not just for the 3-course dinner, it also grants entry to the exclusive Illumination Tower experience as well. Entry is only granted in combination with dinner at the restaurant, and is available for select tour operators. That is the experience where you changed the illumination colours of the waterfalls yourself. It's actually about the same price you would pay for a 3-course dinner at any restaurant with a view of the waterfalls, except this has the addition of the Illumination Tower. Our tour guide/ driver was Adam Nice,.
It was an amazing trip, picked us up on time. Took his time explaining the process of the trip. he gave us plenty of time to do lots of activities, Waited for us always. Stop for bathroom brake when he was asked. Brought us back to Toronto safe and on time.

We had a nice enough trip to Niagara Falls on this tour- comfortable, pick ups were as stated, easy enough and appreciated the messages in the lead up letting us know times/pick up locations. It felt very well organised in that sense. Our tour guide Adam, not sure last name, was nice enough explained things well, however my only ‘complaint’ would be a suggestion that for those who book and have opted not for the add on activities, be given the option to be dropped off at the falls to do as they please, rather than being taken along to all the other folks activities and then waiting around on them to finish before we move on (seeing as we had driven past them by this point at the beginning). Luckily I mentioned this to Adam after the first two and he dropped us off so we could enjoy the falls and the area at our leisure as we had wanted. Very much appreciated.
Other than that lovely trip and would book again.

Our experience in the Niagara Falls was very delightful, amazing, and one in a lifetime experience that we enjoyed to our fullest. We booked with Queens, the bus company that picked us up and our driver Adam Nice was very friendly and helpful. Great experience for all. Trip was 10 hours included visiting Niagara other boat ride to falls, coming to falls when you can feel breeze on your face then we were given an hour to walk around and do other activities which was not appealing like speed boat ride, zip line and other activities for mor younger people. Then we illuminated waterfalls afterwards went to dinner and watched fireworks.

At dinner we sat at table with perfect views of the Falls. The small size of our tour group (10 people) allowed us to travel in a mini bus, much preferable to being on a huge tour bus. Our tour guide Adam Nice bent backwards to be helpful.

Hi! We obviously did not steal your jacket after your evening tour lol 🙂 You called the tour guide 30 minutes after he dropped you off (at 1:00 AM) to turn his bus around and drop the jacket off. Passengers who forget items on the bus can meet us the following day to retrieve their belongings. Your tour included a boat cruise (which you and 12 others in your group went on). You also went to the Journey Behind the Falls experience, toured the Illumination Tower and changed the colors of the waterfalls, and had a 3-course dinner overlooking the falls. The tour guide also carried your husband's crutches back and forth from the luggage compartment at each stop and delayed his already late return home to drop you off directly at your hotel instead of the meeting point, due to your husband's injury. Sounds like a pretty good experience to me but what do I know 👀
