Sabi was brilliant & entertaining. Loved the day trip, for the main event…. The Falls were amazing; but the stop at Clifton Hill (Canadian version of Blackpool) was my idea of hell!!
The only reason I didn’t do five stars was because of the coach itself (&Clifton Hill) !! So absolutely nothing to do with guide/driver. The suspension was awful, gave up trying to take any pics & couldn’t hear what guide was saying when it shuddered.
Overall, value for money but tweeks needed.

Alex, our driver and guide was FANTASTIC! Honestly the BEST tour guide we have ever had. Genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience, knowledgable and also had tons of great stories. Becoming unofficial photographer too! Niagara was phenomenal of course as were the other stops but Alex made the trip so much fun. Highly recommended, vicky and Imogen

Met by Afshin at a central location in Toronto, driven to Niagara Falls with him pointing out landmarks and telling us facts along the way. Stopped at maple tasting and then had free time to explore Niagara Falls and to go up the viewing tower. All in all was an amazing trip, Afshin was really friendly and knowledgable. Thank you!

The trip was great, Alex gave a lot of information during the tour and made it fun. It did state on Viator that it was suitable for strollers however when the bus arrived it wasn't. Luckily we have a pushchair that converted to a carseat so was able to fit it in but anything else would have been a struggle. The cost was cheaper than others and it had a shorter day which was great for us as a family. Id def recommend it if you are looking for a niagra tour.
I do wish there was a little more time in Niagra on the Lake as that was a lovely little town.

In this theory this tour provides it all - a quick visit to the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, seeing the falls and a boat tour. However, it felt rushed. We spent an hour in Niagara-on-the-Lake which sounds comfortable but it has a good stretch of main street shops/food spots so time goes by fast (and we just stopped at a bakery to get a quick croissant to keep it moving). we then left and spent 30 minutes seeing the falls - which i think is wayyy too short. we had bad weather so it felt like i barley saw them before i had to get back on the bus. and then you get back on the bus to do the boat tour, which in theory yes you are getting closer to the falls but maybe it was my particular day the mist was so bad since it was raining that we didn't really see anything. after the boat tour we had about an hour and a half to grab lunch and walk around in a very tacky/touristy area, which was around 2pm -- also a very late lunch. i wish it was designed so we did the boat tour, got back on the bus and got to spend time at the visitor center to see the naigara falls exhibits/eat there and see it from a nicer perspective. however, our tour guide was GREAT! and there really is only so many hours in a day trip, so just choose wisely on what you'd like to do -- find a tour that has a stop at Niagara-on-the-Lake, or pick a tour that goes straight to the falls and spend more time there.

Winter tour usually little bit quicker with cold & shop hours. Glad you enjoyed Niagara on the lake, we see the only ones who still go.

Our tour guide was very friendly and sweet. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We did not have much top on stops as explained. And we didn't get to get out to view the clock or have time to shop. The tour seemed extremely rushed. Also, there was an issue with the date of our tour and although we were still allowed to go the representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and disgusted. Over all the experience was mediocre and not what I expected.

This was a great way to see Niagara Falls from Toronto. Definitely a bucket list to-do! Highly recommended. Ed was a great tour guide. I enjoyed the small tour experience as well.

The stop in Niagara on the Lake town is a gem!!!! So happy we chose this tour because of that. Think every adorable Hallmark movie setting. The lavender shop is divine.
The actual Falls are breathtaking! I was completely soaked from the top of the boat and never felt more alive! I wish I would have brought dry socks and another pair of shoes! As it was my coat wasn’t fully zipped so water went down my neck and soaked my shirt, leading me to purchase a sweatshirt. The poncho is for pictures, it does very little to keep you dry. Of special mention was our “Captain” Michael who is a terrific guide. Fall was in peak season and everything just perfect.
I did not venture into Niagra Falls town, reminded me of Gatlinburg, TN driving by it.

Nobody cares more about your time than Michael! The trip was efficient, well planned, and we had time to do all you could want to do at the falls. Niagara on the lake was really pretty and great little shops and there was plenty of time to just look at the falls and take pix and wander around the falls area and get lunch. The boat ride was well planned and we just got our tix and got right on. Michael is fun and engaging and everything ran super smoothly.
On the way back, Michael was checking the traffic and dropped those of us with a flight off at a place just a short rideshare from the airport so we didn't have to ride all the way downtown and get caught in heavy traffic from an accident.

Michael was a great tour guide. We appreciated that this tour did not stop at the maple syrup/touristy/flower clock part of the route to Niagara. We did spend 50 minutes in the town of Niagara-by-the-Lake. It was enough time for a bio-break, grab a sandwich at Budapest Bakery and then walk around the shops). We spent about an hour up top at Table Rock center (do no waste your time at the Behind the Falls exhibit - we were underwhelmed and it just wasn't worth the $29/person entry). After our boat ride we had about another 1.45 hours to walk around. Since we missed the top by seeing the behind the falls, we trekked back up to the top and took pictures. About 1.5k from the lower part of the falls to the top??? Over all Niagara Falls is beautiful and we appreciated the experience.

This is an absolute must!! I chose this tour because of the stops along the way to Niagra falls. We stopped at niagra on the lake which is a beautiful village. The tour guide Sabi was fantastic! Pointed out all interesting sights and gave knowledgeable and detailed history along the way. He definitely made the trip even better than I expected. The tour includes some time in the very pretty Niagara by the Lake, a stop at Table Rock for a good view of the top of the falls and then the very exciting boat trip. You need the included poncho! Ed was a very entertaining guide who looked after us well.

A must see!! The tour was well organized, lots of pretrip info, reminders. Michael was an excellent guide; very informative, fun, and helpful.
The bus lacked good suspension, bumping ride, and I don’t think there was a/c; had to have opened windows. Would have liked a quick photo stop at the flower clock. More than ample time at each stop.

On time, fantastic driver and tour (Michael). We booked Thai trip as had a late flight home from Toronto and if was perfect for us to see the falls, enjoy the boat and get to see Niagara on the lake.
Despite it being Labour weekend the trip didn’t feel rushed.
