This was a great tour of areas of Toronto that you might not have visited. It was very informative and full of creepy facts about Toronto and York.
Carolyn was a fantastic tour guide. Very well delivered tour, personable, and great stories. Def would take another tour with her
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and eloquent in his delivery. We really enjoyed the tour. The tour started on time and finished as expected.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Original Haunted Walk of Toronto — it was so much fun walking around the city at night and learning about Toronto’s history and ghost stories. Our guide, Alicia, made the whole experience! She was witty, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly loved what she does. She struck the perfect balance between spooky storytelling and real local history, and made sure everyone in the group felt included the whole way through. My favorite stops were the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre and Mackenzie House.
The pace was great, the stops were genuinely interesting, and I walked away with a whole new appreciation for the city’s darker past. Highly recommend this tour, and cheer if you get Alicia — she’s a gem!
Carolyn, our guide on the Haunted Ghost Tour, was absolutely wonderful! She was very interesting and informative, and her dramatic voice really drew us in and had us excited to hear what was going to happen next. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend the tour. Thank you, Carolyn, for making it such a memorable evenig 😊
Got to see some unique parts of city and hear some neat stories. Dev was really nice and easy to talk to
Guide told some spooky tales, he was very knowledgeable and told them well. Very interesting. I didn't see any ghosts, but not sorry about that.
Amazing experience, great guide. Had an AMAZING time. Will definitely recommend to friends. Learnt alot about my city.
Knowledgeable guide with interesting stories. She told the stories enthusiastically and answered follow up questions. It wasn’t quite dark when we started, but that would have made it a little better. The cloak was a nice touch.
Amy was very patient, kind, and engaged in our tour. The stories and locations were fascinating, and the weather was perfect. While I didn’t think the stories were scary, it was ominous and disturbing, but not horrific or terrifying like other tours I’ve taken around the world. It was a little hard to hear Amy at points as the area was very lively and loud, but it’s in the middle of a city so it’s expected. I tried to be as focused as possible but even in a small group, it was a struggle to hear her. I’d advise the company to be mindful or selective about more “quiet” spots to storytell so that we can take the full advantage of the tour. Overall, I recommend it to anyone who wants an awesome tour of spooky Toronto. P.s Amy’s husband: if you’re reading this, yes she’s got a real job and she’s damn good at it. :)
Tom was really entertaining, and funny. I loved the interplay between creepy ghost stories and Toronto/Canadian history.
The tour was so much fun and very spooky! There was much to learn historically as well. We loved Meredith, she was a great storyteller and provided us with many historical facts about the city and its spooky past. We loved it!
We had a great time! Our guide was a lot of fun. She definitely knows her stuff! The history was very interesting.
Despite the cold weather, our host was great,
full of knowledge and had the art of storytelling with a flair for theatrics that enhanced the experience. He really enjoyed sharing stories.
Amazing. Thanks to Dev for the great experience. Very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this ghost tour to others.
Great way to discover some spooky stories behind Toronto's historic buildings. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. Highly recommended for a fun family outting.
Absolutely an amazing time hearing about the ghosts and things that make Toronto haunted. Great value as well, Shawn was amazing, amazing knowledge great story teller
The host was great. Not scary. The host did a good job of interacting with the group, and explaining the stories.
This was a great tour! Our “ghost host” was fantastic and told not only the supernatural stories of the city, but the history as well!
Micah was an enjoyable tour guide. The history of each location and the paranormal experiences were very interesting and entertaining. If you are a local or from out of town, I recommend doing this tour. It’s cheap and fun!
Great experience will do it again. The ride was great! I love the fact that the tour guide educated us the entire trip there
Stories aren't engaging and people were bored throughout. Too many interruptions with rules and legal considerations.
Fantastic ghost stories and tour of the city with interesting historical tidbits! I would recommend highly!
The tour wasn't as engaging nor educating about the town as I like on ghost tours, not my first one. Also we were taken down questionably not so safe neighborhoods with some obviously drugged out persons about. Initially we were going to take the train back but passing that area made us uncomfortable also so quickly called an Uber to get us back to our hotel.
Dev is an outstanding young man. He handled the streets of Toronto so well( an intoxicated individual interrupted Dev’s story, but he kept it calm and cool and lead us all off safely). I’m from Alberta and this was my second trip with Viator. Your service is outstanding! Thank you so much for this lovely tour! I look forward to more.
Awesome way to see the city! Devery Bess was the VERY BEST and was very knowledgeable on city facts of ghosts & history!
The stories were very well told! We were engaged the whole tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Paul had very good inflection and the stories were well told. Be prepared to walk fast! The content was interesting and kept us interested.
Paul the tour guide was very entertaining! Takes you to parts of the city that you would otherwise pass by. Just the right length as well. Highly recommend.
It was a soooky and fun experience. The guide was very well knowledged in the stories and locations.
