This was a great way to see the falls. Alex was our Tour Leader. She was knowledgeable and funny. Very organised with times. Gave us a board with the bus number and time to reconvene as well as her mobile number. We took a photo at each stop.

Your full-day trip to Niagara Falls begins with a handy pickup from downtown Toronto. Get settled in the comfortable seats,and leave the city behind. With round-trip transit and attractions included, this excursion takes all the hassle out of planning a trip to the natural wonder.

As you drive along the famously picturesque Niagara Parkway, your guide will share insider stories and history you wouldn’t get on your own. Upon arrival in Niagara, embark on a Hornblower cruise (in-season) to get right up close to the falls—skip-the-line tickets are included to help you save time.

After free time to continue exploring, hop back aboard your coach and see more of the area’s historic highlights. Your next destination includes a maple syrup tasting.

Finally, after a full day out, return in the evening to your original Toronto departure point, where this tour ends.

In the event that the Hornblower Niagara cruises not in operation, we will substitute it with the journey behind the Falls. Typically the boat operates between May and October although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.

Boat trip in front of Niagara Falls

Bus from downtown Toronto to Niagara Falls. Boat trip in front of Niagara Falls was 15 minutes. Had a couple of hours to look around Niagara Falls on our own. Stopped at a store that sold maple syrup and chocolates. One last short stop at Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Actual experience of Niagara Falls was good - enjoyed the boat trip to base of falls. However, what spoilt the day was being given the wrong time, by Viator, to meet the coach in the morning. Therefore, when we arrived the coach was full apart from 2 separate seats meaning that my wife and I were unable to sit together during 2 long journeys there and back. This was a huge disappointment.

Magical power of Niagra Falls

A very long and enjoyable day. Grays Travel employees, Hugo the driver and Luis our guide were fantastic. Luis gave us lots of interesting information about Canada and in particular, Ontarian life. Passing by Welland Canal, the Floral Clock etc. The main highlight was the Boat Cruise, awesome power of nature at Niagra Falls. Enough time was allowed at each stop for eating and sightseeing and seeking out souvenirs. Good value for money too. We were very pleased we had chosen the Skip in Line ticket option, no need to queue and also that we could choose where and what we wanted to eat. Quite enjoyed the Maple syrup tasting and our short time in Niagra Lakes too. An unforgettable experience

Good but rushed at pass by locations

Itinerary was good but pass by locations were rushed and no stop at whirlpool. If you sat at the left side of the bus you did not see the pass by locations. Also the bus had a hockey logo that minimized seeing clearly out the window This tour had 50 passengers which is too big but I guess reduced cost. Would like more time at Niagara at the Lake since it was a nice town.

Amazing Tour

From the boarding to the drop off, the experience was fenominal. Our tour guide Alex was funny and very informative about our toursite. Our driver Samir was a great driver and always on timetable pick us up from our destinations. Would definitely reccomend this tour. You also get enough on your own time, which to me was wonderful. This was a much anticipated excursion and it didn't disappoint. The pick up instructions and pre tour communication were excellent. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. Niagara Falls was simply awesome. You will get very wet despite the flimsy poncho they provide you with, so wear skirt/shorts (weather permitting) or take a change of clothing. We chose to have the lunch option which was a hot&cold buffet and was really good, especially as we got to view the falls from the 13th floor of hotel restaurant. The stops after the actual boat trip were good too, especially Niagara by the Lake; so beautiful. The trip was very well organised and timing of stops at each place were just right. Great trip, would definitely recommend this company.

Fabulous trip to Niagara Falls

Such a fun and awesome experience seeing the falls close up. We chose the boat tour as part of our tour which I highly recommend. You do get wet but it’s all part of the experience. The Falls are amazing. Our tour guide was Alex, she was very informative and kept the tour running on time. We had the most AMAZING day from start to finish. Instructions for pick up were clear, boarding efficient, commentary on route by our fabulous tour guide incredibly informative but not at all intrusive. Drop offs and pick ups were organised and well communicated. The boat to the falls was incredible (I would definitely recommend some sandals/flip flops or a change of shoes and possibly a change of clothes weather dependent as we didn't fully appreciate just how wet we'd get). The stop off at the maple shop was a nice touch and it was great to get to see Niagara-On-The-Lake. Although traffic was bad on the return trip, this was communicated clearly and it rounded of a fabulous day. We would highly recommend!

Luis, our tour guide, was extremely informative and personable. Riccardo was a very safe and courteous driver. I would have liked more time in Niagara on the Lake which is a charming town and would suggest eliminating the maple tasting and/or spending less time in Niagara Falls. Having lunch in Niagara on the Lake instead of Niagara Falls would have been preferable as there were many charming restaurants there as opposed to the overpriced restaurants in Niagara Falls. All in all I recommend this tour which was well organized and had a comfortable, air conditioned bus.
