Would have like more time at Niagra as quite rushed even 30 mins more should have been great
We were a group of 14 so minibus was full so not really luxury
We also were first to be picked up and last to be dropped off so spend a lot of time on that - would be much fairer to drop off first in evening if you get picked up first
We did things in the reverse order as listed, and that worked great! Our guide was very helpful with tips on what shops to look at in Niagara by the lake. The boat tour was amazing, and our guide again gave great advice on where to stand on the boat for the best views. There were 14 people in our group which made it very easy to do some smaller stops along the way. Definitely recommend!
It was an awesome experience. Margo was wonderful and our driver Greg was awesome! Would do it all over again!!!
Fantastic day out to Niagara Falls! Peter and Danny were brilliant, very friendly, helpful and made the whole day really enjoyable. Everything was well organised and we had plenty of time to enjoy the Falls and surrounding areas. A real highlight of my Toronto trip. Highly recommend!

Trip was pricey but the reviews were great so I booked it for my husband, my two young adult sons and me, and I am so happy I did! Danny was our driver and Peter was our tour guide. They were phenomenal. They were informative, engaging and funny. They made the long drive educational and fun. We laughed a lot! Danny was patient as we ran into delays at the falls which caused him to wait a long time for us. And Peter knew all the tips and tricks to get us on the right side of the boat and it's entrances and exits. They gave us great recommendations on where to visit on the Niagara on the Lake leg of our tour, as well as in Toronto for the remainder of our trip. If you can get them as your guides, you should! I'm glad we did the boat ride for our first time. Next time we might try the evening or a different time of the year, but not necessarily the boat again. My recommendation - tennis shoes for walking, with water shoes in your backpack for the boat. Backpacks can be left safely in the van. Although, Peter does get you on the perfect part of the boat where you'll get sprayed but not drenched, so I didn't even need the change of clothes or shoes I thought I would! It was a great day.
The tour was as indicated in the website. Good tour guide. Good driver. Tour guide told interesting and fun facts about the area. The van was comfortable and temperature in van was perfect. The guide used a mic which was great.
One of the best tours we have ever had! We have done numerous tours in various different countries and this was one of the best! Christina was an excellent guide. She was full of information and explained everything really well. Michael was our superb driver. From pick up to drop off everything was done meticulously well. The only slight criticism I would have is that we would have liked a bit more time at Niagara on the Lake and at the Niagara falls itself. But all in all a brilliant tour!
Niagara Falls is absolutely breathtaking and a must-see. The boat trip is an unforgettable experience and gets you incredibly close to the falls. Elena was an excellent tour guide-friendly, knowledgeable and well organised, making the whole trip enjoyable from start to finish. The journey was comfortable and well planned. Highly recommended!
Very easy and informative tour from Toronto. Highly recommend- we didn’t wait at all and everything ran smoothly to do what we really wanted to, which is see the falls. The tour guide was also very pleasant and knowledgeable!
Very clean and comfortable small luxury bus. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guide Peter, who shepherded us so well through the crowds, knew where to be to get the best photos and experience, and what to avoid. Funny and informative, very experienced.
The experience was first class from the moment we were picked up until we were dropped off in the evening. Christina and Michael went out of their way to ensure all details were taken care of.

Our hotel wasn't one of the listed pickup points however the offer to pick us up was very much appreciated. Our guide Margo and driver Micheal were prompt arriving and were extremely friendly. Once on the road we had great commentary about the surroundings on our journey with some really wonderful stops en route. Niagara on the lake was just so pretty and full of history. Well worth booking the trip just to stop at the this hidden gem.
The falls itself were magnificent and the day planned perfectly. Ideally would have liked a little more time in Niagara on the lake to fully take in the town but the time provided was ample enough to visit some of the boutiques and wonder the town.
Would highly recommend this tour and if you're on the fence due to the difference in price to others take our word for it that it is well worth the money.

The summary I read on this site did not mention any extensive walking or stairs. In fact there was over 3 miles of walking and many stairs. On their own website this might be mentioned but on viator there was no mention of the physicality of the tour. What a great experience! The van was very nice and comfortable and Michael the driver was awesome. Patrick was so knowledgeable and talked us through everything. They both grew up in Toronto so they we were a wealth of knowledge! Patrick made the whole trip very memorable. The small town of Niagara on the falls was a great stop and Niagara falls is stunning. We made it home safely and my husband left a hat in the van and they were l so very nice to deliver it back. That was amazing! Thank you!!! Awesome experience!
Peter and Danny gave us an excellent itinerary and great information plus tips given for each stop. We were given plenty of time at each stop and managed to do everything we set out too. The falls were the highlight of the trip but we loved Niagara on the falls too!
This is a fantastic way to see this natural wonder. Our guide Margo and driver Michael were great. We heard lots of great back stories on important points along the way to the Falls. The boat ride was an absolute highlight.

The small group Niagara Falls excursion is the way to go. The tour guide was both friendly and knowledgeable, and the shuttle driver did a great job navigating us safely throughout a very rainy day.
Our tour guide, Peter, and driver, Michael, picked us up promptly and right on time. The itinerary was well-organized, and all of Peter's recommendations were spot on. From grabbing a sandwich at Budapest Bakeshop in Niagara-on-the-Lake to knowing exactly where to stand on the Hornblower Cruise for the best view of the falls while avoiding the crowds — he was incredibly accurate. We followed all his suggestions and ended up having an amazing time.
Awesome! On time, clean, comfortable vehicle with experienced driver. Tour guide (I wish I remembered his name)presentation of the geologic and historical facts and the people crazy adventures was entertaining making the drive time fly bye. My husband had a medical emergency on board The Maid of the Mist and our guide took over and managed to care for my husband needs and still make it a personal experience for the other guests. I was overwhelmed by the guide’s knowledge, kindness, compassion and expertise. Everyone on this tour worked together to make this adventure a positive experience with the guidance of a truly professional guide. There is not enough praise and respect I can offer to our guide, he is my hero.
This is an excellent small group tour to Niagara Falls.
We were picked up outside hotel in very comfortable Mercedes mini bus. Our group was just 7 people so no issues with seating etc. Itinerary was excellent we spent about 1:45 in Niagara in the Lake before getting to Niagara Falls at around 13:30. We had about 1:30 to spend in visitors centre so could choose some of the various activities available. Then we went to the boat terminal for the ride into the falls.excellent hosting from Elena and our driver Danny, good commentary during the journey and we were well looked after.
A full day and we arrived back in Toronto around 18:30.
Great trip, excellent guide and fantastic to see the falls and surrounding area on a sunny autumn day. We enjoyed our day and would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see Niagara Falls in a day.
