The small group Niagara Falls excursion is the way to go. The tour guide was both friendly and knowledgeable, and the shuttle driver did a great job navigating us safely throughout a very rainy day.

Our tour guide, Peter, and driver, Michael, picked us up promptly and right on time. The itinerary was well-organized, and all of Peter's recommendations were spot on. From grabbing a sandwich at Budapest Bakeshop in Niagara-on-the-Lake to knowing exactly where to stand on the Hornblower Cruise for the best view of the falls while avoiding the crowds — he was incredibly accurate. We followed all his suggestions and ended up having an amazing time.

Awesome! On time, clean, comfortable vehicle with experienced driver. Tour guide (I wish I remembered his name)presentation of the geologic and historical facts and the people crazy adventures was entertaining making the drive time fly bye. My husband had a medical emergency on board The Maid of the Mist and our guide took over and managed to care for my husband needs and still make it a personal experience for the other guests. I was overwhelmed by the guide’s knowledge, kindness, compassion and expertise. Everyone on this tour worked together to make this adventure a positive experience with the guidance of a truly professional guide. There is not enough praise and respect I can offer to our guide, he is my hero.

This is an excellent small group tour to Niagara Falls.
We were picked up outside hotel in very comfortable Mercedes mini bus. Our group was just 7 people so no issues with seating etc. Itinerary was excellent we spent about 1:45 in Niagara in the Lake before getting to Niagara Falls at around 13:30. We had about 1:30 to spend in visitors centre so could choose some of the various activities available. Then we went to the boat terminal for the ride into the falls.excellent hosting from Elena and our driver Danny, good commentary during the journey and we were well looked after.
A full day and we arrived back in Toronto around 18:30.
Great trip, excellent guide and fantastic to see the falls and surrounding area on a sunny autumn day. We enjoyed our day and would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see Niagara Falls in a day.

It’s a long day and expect to get wet. There is a fine mist in the air around the falls, you need to have a waterproof to avoid frizzy hair. The falls are incredible, really worth the boat trip. Our guide was excellent, very informative and organized our day and times well. The driver was a good driver too.

This trip includes 4-5 hours of driving within the stated timeframe. It's a nice van and they narrate along the way. Darren was super knowledgeable. You absolutely get wet when viewing the falls. It felt like a long outing due to the long van rides. Cute stop in Niagra On The Lake.

Informative guide, Mercedes van was nice but the back seat was bumpy, the roads didn’t help. Better than expected. The guide got us through the boat ride quick and was good with suggestions on the best location to stand for the trip

A fantastic day from start to finish!
Our guide Patrick was wonderful and made the day fun, informative and so interesting with his wealth of knowledge and local insight. Lunch at the golf club at Niagara on the Lake was a great choice and delicious.
Comfortable luxury transport and a great driver Michael who looked after us. I thoroughly recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful time and the trip was worth every penny. The highlight was the Falls, obviously, but we enjoyed all the stops and learning about the Niagara area. Eleanor was a fabulous guide with much insight to the area and Vic was a great driver. We like being with a smaller group as well.

The van was very nice and very comfortable. The group was small (only 7 that day) so it was more personal than other tours with 30-40 people. Also, it did not waste time in taking you to shopping nor a sit-down lunch. There was in total 2 hours free time and just sufficient time to walk around and have a quick lunch. Margo, our guide, was very good in providing us the history of Toronto and Niagara Fall, and due to a small group, we could ask her questions that we were interested in. On the while, it met my expectation and I would recommend this tour, even though this is more expensive than the other ones.

The Niagara Falls are an absolute wonder of the world, and our visit to them was genuinely incredible. Our driver, Michael was quite a champ driving us to the Falls, on the way we had a few rest stops to take pictures of the beautiful points of interest! Margo was amazing in her telling of the history of Toronto, and Niagara, with such a pleasant voice! A spectacular trip! Margo and Michael were a great team!

There were a total of only 5 on our tour so we were able to enjoy a bit of extra time at our destinations and stop to see the flour clock. Our guide Peter kept us entertained during the drive, pointing out sights and sharing stories. Our driver Michael was excellent and the Mercedes van was very comfortable for the journey.
