We had an amazing time! Our tour guide Samara was wonderful! She was informative, kept us on time and on to the next adventure. We never had to wait for anything, professional and courteous at all times. The helicopter ride was exhilarating! The behind the falls tour was very cool, the roar of the falls was fascinating. The boat tour was an incredible experience! The sky view lunch was so good, so many options to choose from and the service was top-notch. I want to book it again and bring my family! Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Heidi was an amazing tour guide! She made for a very fun day. From the helicopter ride to the maple syrup tasting, boat rude and CN Tower we had a great time!
We had a really great day on this tour! Our tour guide, Joe, was very knowledgeable and provided entertaining commentary between stops. Seeing the falls from land, water and air was a once in a lifetime experience.
The only reason I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars is that there were no skip-the-line tickets as advertised, which, as a disabled customer, had drawn me to this particular tour over competitors. Luckily the attractions were fairly quiet when we visited so I didn’t have to stand for too long, but something for other disabled customers to be aware of before booking.
Our guide Cheryl was pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable. She shared fun facts and history all throughout our tour.
Cheryl was able to adjust our arrival times to help avoid crowds which kept was moving at just the right pace, which I’m sure, is not always possible but it was so nice to know our guide was trying hard to make our tour flow.
This tour was the perfect combination of adventure, meeting other travelers and a wonderful guide.
Views from Helicopter/Tower were amazing and experiencing the spray from the falls up close on boat and under the falls was an experience in itself. Frank our tour guide was top class :)
Sam is a great host and tour guide, we did the entire package helicopter, boat, behind the falls, night fly, power plant and tunnel. Best experience ever!!!
This was a complete disaster. My wife & I travelled from England to Canada & Niagara Falls for 2 nights and this experience was central to the trip. We booked, paid in full and agreed pick up from our hotel (Hyatt Regency) at 7.00am. As we were waiting to board our evening flight from Vancouver to Toronto (the trip was the following morning) we received an email showing the pick up address. I was fortunate to notice that this didn’t appear to be the address of our hotel, further checks revealed it was in fact a 2 hour drive away! I replied to the email and sent screen shots showing the confirmed address of our hotel, only to be told they don’t provide that service and we’d have to go to them!! This would mean leaving the hotel at 5.00am latest when we wouldn’t arrive at the hotel until 11.30pm the night before. This just wasn’t feasible. The helicopter company directed me back to Viator for any refund/ alternative. A frantic call to Viator whilst waiting to take off came up with no alternative trips or options other than a refund. We were now heading to the Falls with no trips booked for our 2 day trip.
Completely unacceptable and inefficient process that ruined our trip.
I was fortunate to notice the wrong address otherwise we would have been waiting for a pick up that would never arrive and may not have got any refund as we would have been a “no show”.
I’ll never use Viator again.
This experience was absolutely incredible and worth every penny! From the helicopter ride to the boat tour, my girlfriend and I had smiles on our faces the entire time. Our tour guide, Cheryl, was simply amazing. Her deep knowledge of the region truly enriched our adventure, and both we and the rest of our group were so impressed with her and the overall experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation!!

Great deal!! Our guide was very courteous and knowledgeable about the history of the area. There was also no lineups or headaches for each site we visited as he passed out our tickets for each event. I would most definitely hire him again! Tyvm!!
The experience is very much needed. Sonia guided us through the whole experience safely, gave us information and history about our activities and was very professional and friendly. Everything was a awesome experience!!
We were not able to do the helicopter ride due to inclement weather. We were advised that we would receive a refund which we have not yet received. This should have been refunded by Viator to our card. It’s now 6weeks and we have not received this refund
Amazing experience! Mani was an excellent guide who perfectly timed our experiences with almost no waiting time. Kids especially loved the heli flight- highly recommend this tour!!!!
Brilliant trip from start to finish.
We were picked up on time by our driver Yohannes from the collection point and taken to Niagara to meet our guide Vanessa. Both really nice and friendly.
We took the helicopter flight first, omg, absolutely fantastic! I believe it’s a must do! To see the falls from the sky was just amazing.
We popped into a place to taste all things made with maple syrup! Delicious!
We visited the Skylon Tower, the journey behind the falls and then onto the boat. We got a little wet but it was so good! Amazing to see.
The only minor criticism would be that you do go from one to the next. It would have been nice just to have maybe 30 minutes just to stand on the street just to look at the falls and take Niagara in.
We absolutely loved the trip, I’d go as far to say it was the best day trip we’ve ever done.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our tour guide, Kay, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was seamless which is important to me. We got to do all the fun activities but not stress about the logistics. I highly recommend booking this tour.

Man....where do I start. It was amazing! I learned so much about Toronto and Niagara Falls. TJ was awesome. Very respectful and "patient". Manny (Munni) was amazing as well. He had an answer for every question I asked. He was also patient with the group.

My sister and I had a great experience! Our driver from Toronto (Gezim) and our tour guide at Niagara Falls (Heidi) were awesome. They were both friendly, helpful, and gave interesting facts throughout the day. The only downside of the day was there was no time to eat lunch in between events. When we booked, it said lunch was included, but we found out it was not towards the beginning of the tour. We barely had time to grab a small sandwich from Starbucks before we went to our next location. Other than that, I would highly recommend this tour. It was great to see the Falls from so many different perspectives.

Absolutely wonderful, Nikola was our guide. The experiences were wonderful, but it was a pleasure to see his smile between each destination. He was always on time, extremely friendly and had many interesting things to say about the area. Great conversation and company, and he walked us all the way inside of each destination. No waiting anywhere!

We had a great time. Our guide, Vinnie did a great job. We were not sure if we’d get to ride in the helicopter but the weather cooperated and it was a gorgeous day. We liked the convenience of being picked up at our hotel and dropped off at all of our excursions with tickets in hand. We started with the Falls and ended at a wonderful lunch at the Skylon restaurant with a revolving view of the area. The only thing is it would’ve been nice if the helicopter ride was a little bit longer. We would definitely recommend this package.

This was a bucket list trip ticked off. Was as wonderful experience . Couldn’t fault our driver or our tour guide Sam, he went out of his way several times to try and get us up in the air in the helicopter, he succeeded!

This was an amazing experience. And Frank was an excellent tour guide. He reached out the day before to make sure everything was scheduled. His attention to detail was fantastic. But the tour experience was over the top. Started the day by myself in the helicopter. Yes, it was a pretty short excursion, but I did not feel cheated. Afterward, we picked up 6 others from Italy and did the Journey Behind the Falls. That was pretty cool. You get super close to the falls. Then we did the boat tour. It was just like you see in all of the videos online. We got right up to the edge of the falls. It was amazingly close. If you want to be in the front, you are going to get wet. I honestly thought it was just those 3 activities, but then we went to the top of the Skylon Tower. The works package included lunch at the revolving restaurant up there, which I assumed was going to be a sandwich and some chips. I couldn’t believe I got a steak, made to order, with baked potato and veggies. And a dessert. An overall amazing experience. Frank took me back to my hotel, but included a couple of extra stops to see other sites. I could not have been more pleased with this tour package. Totally worth every cent. Thanks Frank!!!

Great way to see Niagara Falls! We went from the water, to the air, to behind the falls on the ground to a lovely lunch at Skylon tower. Our guide, Heidi was very friendly and always looking forward to make the trip as comfortable as possible for us. The true test of a company is when something is wrong and this company handled it very well. We arrived in Niagara before Hornblower cruises started their season of cruising, and we were notified by the company with an alternative. Once we were here, the boating company on the American side had started so they quickly switched us to that tour. We were here at a perfect time with sunshine and very few crowds. We were seamlessly moved from one activity to the next and dropped right front of each site. I highly recommend this tour and Heidi our guide.
