My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with their brunch cruise package and we were absolutely satisfied with their service. It is an experience that is worth keeping. My kids too love the deck view and enjoyed the music and its beat. The buffet has a lot of options and it was all delicious. We will definitely booked again in the future and try the cruise with the night view.

The cruise was wonderful, the food was amazing. I did think it was narrated, so I thought the buildings/landmarks would be pointed out. But it was good just to look and take photos too.

Do not sit at an empty table, even if greeter directs your party to it. Hostess (Jessica) will tear a strip off you. Food was good

Had a good time on board and food was pretty good but I wish they had more selection and choice. Additional drinks and alcohol was expensive though. Tried to book the evening cruise but was full. Overall we had a good time (was shorter than 2 hours).

Wear deck or some other form of comfortable shoes. You may dress up or come casual, and bring a camera or cellphone along with a good appetite!

We arrived this morning at City Cruises, Toronto location for a Sunday brunch and cruise. The city cruise company did not receive the confirmation from Viator that we had booked for eight people. This problem delayed the cruise leaving by almost half an hour. It also created a very stressful and unpleasant situation in which city cruises were demanding we pay, even though Viator had confirmed a booking. Viator didn’t resolve this with city cruises. If it wasn’t for one employee from city cruises, who understood Customer Service, and that their mistake wasn’t our problem. It would’ve been a disastrous Sunday morning. This created a very stressful and upsetting experience for two seniors and their family, when it was supposed to be a happy reunion/celebration.

An absolutely horrible experience. We were 2 MINUTES late they wouldn’t let us on and then they didn’t even leave the dock for another 10minutes!!! I asked for a diffrent time slot, a partial refund, anything to make up for the $300 I lost, everyone I had talked to told me yeahhh sorry there’s nothing I can do. Horrible communication and disgustingly handled by everyone. I booked through this app so the people at the boating dock said we’ll call the number you booked through, and boy did I. They were even worse to deal with then the people I talked to face to face. This was just handled so disgustingly I will never be booking through here again.

The food was good, the cruise itself was awesome.
I loved it. The ship was very well maintained or recently renovated because it looked new.
One thing I was surprised about is that they charge $30 for table next to the window.

First time visiting Toronto. Friends were traveling with us in celebration of husband birthday. This Odyssey brunch cruise was awesome. The weather was perfect, the food and drinks were delicious and service was excellent. I highly recommend adding this event to your agenda if you plans to travel to Toronto.

We could not have a seat by the window (waiter told us that was an additional $25 which is not on their website) and there were only 13 people on the cruise. Plenty of window seats available. As of November 1 they are not "allowed" to cruise out around island so they simply do two circles in front of downtown. Again not mentioned when we booked. Food was mediocre.

The food was incredible. I honestly had low expectations but it was so delicious and fresh. They served some Thanksgiving food since it was the holiday weekend. The service was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and nice, offering to take pictures, always smiling and giving helpful advice. Definately worth the experience, plenty of opportunities for pictures.

I had to add another person to our excursion and called the lady on the phone to make the change which she did. I could barely understand a word she was saying to me, but I do know she sent me a confirmation that she changed the numbers from eight people to nine people! When we got to our excursion, they said that our boat ride in Toronto that we paid almost $1000 for all nine of us have been canceled! However, they did charge us . They said it had been switched to 23 August instead of 16 August when we were in town for our holiday! We were not in town on August 23! They refused to give us a refund on their screwup! I will never ever ever use this company again. I am advising anyone to never use them!
