Fun family experience and delicious lunch
A super fun experience and tasty lunch. We did it our first full day in Tokyo and the whole family loved it. It set the mood for a great trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. We learned a lot about sumo and then got to try it out ourselves. The wrestlers were engaging with great senses of humour. Highly recommend for all ages.

A different experience
If you’re thinking about taking a rickshaw tour in Asakusa, ask for Diego. We had such a brilliant experience with him from start to finish.
He was so friendly and easy to chat to that it felt like we were exploring the area with a local friend rather than being on a tour. His English was excellent, which made it easy to ask questions, and he shared some really interesting stories and insights about Asakusa that we would never have discovered on our own.
He also took some fantastic photographs for us along the way. He knew all the best spots and made sure we came away with memories we’ll genuinely treasure, not just the usual quick holiday snaps.
The tour was relaxed, fun and full of little details that made us appreciate the area even more. Diego has a great personality and genuinely enjoys meeting people, which really comes across.
One of our favourite moments was teaching him the Irish word “craic”. Hopefully he’s adding it to every tour now because he definitely brought plenty of it himself!
Thank you, Diego, for making our visit so memorable. You’re a credit to the team and we’ll be recommending you to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Great mochi memories, and knowledge we’ll take home!
We had a wonderful time with Kiyoko! My teens and I love mochi, and this class was such a fun and memorable experience! We loved learning about mochi’s history and its role in Japanese holidays, and it was super fun and exciting to make several different kinds, including many we had never seen in the U.S. we got to take great pics for the memory book and will def try doing a mochi making party for our friends when we get home! Kiyoko even showed us what ingredients to buy and where we could get them. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations. Well run.
It really exceeded my expectations. The sword training was fun but not silly. Plenty of time for photos. Our instructor Kenny was super nice and knowledgeable. Our class had 10 people. My teenagers and i enjoyed the sword fighting (1 hr) as well as the cultural museum tour afterward (1hr). The tour had about 20 people. The tour ended with a shiraken throwing contest for the entire group. My wife did the tour only but she was allowed to watch our sword training.

Incredible day exploring local gems with our fantastic guide!
Toshi is the best! So knowledgeable, friendly, and showed us things we would have never seen had we planned the day ourselves. I just put topics of interest like “culture, food, non touristy things” and he hand picked an unforgettable day.
As a bonus, he stayed for extra time so that we could explore his local neighborhood which was having their annual shrine festival. He helped us with ordering food, navigating the things to do, and showed us places locals go to pray/give thanks.
We will miss him as much as we will miss this beautiful country!!

Authentic and Calming Tea Ceremony
One of my favorite experiences of a recent trip to Tokyo. The tea ceremony was authentic and performed with reverence and respect. I learned so much about the history and meaning of Chado and Japanese culture. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in the peaceful, meditative practice of tea. And I loved the concept of "this time is the only time," cherishing a specific moment that cannot be repeated.

A must-do experience! My...
A must-do experience! My family and I had always seen these go-karting experiences online, and it did not disappoint! Most would opt to do it in a more central area, like Shibuya, but I am so happy we did it here in Akihabara. It's definitely still the city, so you get the bright lights and neon feel, but it's less crowded and more open, so you get to focus more on the driving. In other words, we were moving! You wouldn't think it, but those karts can get fast, so be warned! We are definitely doing this again if we come back!

Can’t Miss!
This excursion, without a doubt, was absolutely a blast! We visited places that we would have never found on our own. Simon is a great host, and you soon see him as a part of your group rather than a guide. Lots of laughs, interesting drinks, and even more interesting foods. This is one experience that, if you like to toss back a drink or two, you should not miss if you’re visiting Tokyo! I’d do it again in a heartbeat…in fact, we did, once wasn’t enough! This is a can’t miss if you want something very unique.

Make a wonderful lunch for yourself!
Small group, great instructors, great menu. We each prepared our own meal. We leaned techniques in Japanese cooking cuisine ,about the ingredients they use. I fell in love with Japanese cuisine and intend to practice it at home. We were not hungry but we ate it all. In the following days bought the egg pan , cooking tools and a lot of spices.

A really interesting and...
A really interesting and fun class with Yazawa-sensei! She is very knowledgeable and explained a lot of cool things about how and why manga is drawn using particular techniques. There are some basic foundational lessons + applications of body mechanics that make even a complex artwork seem easy! At the end of the lesson, I left with a fantastic drawing souvenir - which turned out far better than I expected - a testament to the excellent teachings of Yazawa-sensei!
For me, this was probably my favourite activity in Tokyo! If you are a fan of anime and manga, I'm confident you will feel the same way after a manga drawing lesson!

Yuca is amazing! First of all, she is super knowledgeable to not only how to cook ramen and gyoza but to places you need to check and recommendations on foods of all sorts. She was really kind and made the class entertaining while she was a lovely host. She provided tea, all the ingredients, the recipes, and shared the history behind ramen and all the ingredients. 100% recommend!

Fun intro to Sake
Really fun experience. Joe was really knowledgeable and such a nice guy. Went very fast so not sure we retained it all but worth getting the basis of sake to use in the future. Definitely eat before as they recommend - we ran out of time and got drunk quickly. Overall really fun!
