A MUST DO if you’re in Tokyo!
AMAZING!!! It was such a cool experience. My boyfriend was really looking forward to it and it exceeded his expectations. He is not easily impressed, but he was definitely happy after. More than I was expecting to be completely honest. Staff members were super friendly and funny. Must do if you’re in Tokyo!

Best sushi making place
This was so fun, with jokes and learning the backstory of sushi, it was great. The fish was fresh and the rice was so good, I secretly ate some while making the sushi. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. I came with my two young kids and they both had a great time !

Great day exploring Japanese a food culture and making sushi!
The tour of the outer market was great! Shoko-san did a great job in helping navigate the busy streets, pointing out long standing businesses in the area, and encouraging to try some delicious local foods. She allowed enough time to do purchases and also consume the food while we were moving around the area. She has excellent English and knows the area very well. As for the sushi class, it was such a treat. We have the pro-chef teach us the right way to prepare the sushi with a food instructional demo before we made our own. There was also a very professional presentation and presenter that helped explain what we were doing and the ingredients we were using. The objective of the class was to learn how to form the sushi pieces, not making everything from scratch. The rice recipe and other useful materials were shared at the end of the class via QR code. Overall, it was a good half day spent knowing better about Japanese food culture, and being able to assemble and then enjoy the shushi we made during the course.

Lovely experience
Lovely experience choosing kimono and being dressed by the ladies. Interesting learning about the tea ceremony and tasting the sweets and drinking the matcha. Not a lot of room on the ground to sit if you struggle with bad knees or are tall but a chair was offered

From freshly rolled sushi and savory gyoza to hearty ramen and delectable handmade sweets, Japanese cuisine offers a diverse and delicious array of flavors. Instead of simply savoring the food, learn practical skills during Tokyo cooking classes. Choose between shared or private lessons hosted in the cozy ambiance of either a local chef’s home or a restaurant. Some experiences combine cooking with market tours, tea ceremonies, or calligraphy classes, while others cater to vegetarian, vegan, and halal travelers.
