History, folklore, Icelandic traditions & more!
Great mix of history, folklore and Icelandic traditions! Dui, our tour guide, was wonderful! He told stories, he sang Icelandic tails & translated them, it was a really lovely opportunity to hear some of the native language. The tour wraps up right around the corner from the famous bbp hotdog stand, perfect snack post tour!

Our tour guide was amazing!!! It ended up being only my husband and I on this small group tour and he treated us so good, he was very knowable on the city and where to get the best picture . He even showed us where to go to get good food. I highly recommend this tour. It was fantastic

Addi really made this...
Addi really made this tour lively with his stories and sharing music from Icelandic performers along the way. This tour gives you a first taste of the incredible landscapes of Iceland. There was sufficient time at each stop to take in the sights and walk. While I thought the Blue Lagoon was going to be too commercial it really was a special experience and it’s big enough that you can find some quiet corners.

Insightful tour - highly recommended!
A wonderfully insightful walking tour of Reykjavik. Our guide was very informative, responsive to the group's questions and maintained a sensible pace throughout the walk. We learned a huge amount about Reykjavik and Icelandic culture and history in just 2 hours. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Trip - Puffins & Whales!
The boat ride to see the puffins exceeded our expectations! The captain maneuvered the boat into good positions to see the puffins. We had excellent narration of the life of a puffin plus looked at a scrapbook she’d prepared. The added bonus was seeing four whales! Our lucky day! Highly recommend this group!

Logistics were easy and we appreciated the proactive communication leading up to the tour. Palli was an entertaining and informative guide, and his commentary really brought the Viking history to life. This was the first activity we did in Reykjavik and it was a great orientation tour.

It was the best travel...
It was the best travel guide Sigurjon you can ever have and I have done over 50 excursions in last 5 years.. He changed the order of itinerary based on weather and how crowded it can get and that was great. He also sang songs and played songs from Iceland artists ( I Shazammed:). The itinerary was good and took us to all the scenic places we wanted to see on the South side. We got picked up from cruise port and they were nice enough to wait for us 30 minutes over our scheduled time as it took us 1.5 hrs or more to get off ship and through immigration. I did excursions with other tour operators as well on this trip and would recommend this company and it if I had an option I would only do a tour with this guide.

Funky Reykjavik Walking Tour
Lalli did a great job. In 2 1/2 hours we got a walking tour of much of the central portion of Reykjavik, which came with an unvarnished version of 1,200 years of the history of Iceland. We walked through the Einar Jónsson sculpture garden, wandered through the streets with Lalli pointing out buildings and houses with distinctive styles. We went into City Hall, which has an amazing three-dimensional map of Iceland that is the largest map of the country in the world. Lalli pointed out the various geological features (glaciers, active volcanoes, fjords, and towns). While we were walking He also highlighted the locations of several museums and other places to visit. A very well spent morning, learning more about Iceland in general and Reykjavik’s history and development.

Awesome tour
We loved the tour. The driver, Benedict, was also our tour guide. He picked us up and dropped us back to our hotel - so convenient. The tour had three main stops, all of which were totally awesome. The stops were well planned and he made sure we saw all the highlights. He also told us a lot about Iceland and many points of interest along the way. Great tour.

The lava caves were super cool. They went very deep and it was stunning. They turned off the lights to experience total darkness which was awesome. MUST DO activity if you are staying near Reykjavik. Our guide Alex was funny and knowledgeable, he made the experience overall incredible.

Excellent Small Group Tour of Golden Circle with BusTravel
We had a small group tour of the Golden Circle plus Kerid Crater with Siggi from BusTravel who was so funny and very knowledgeable about Iceland and was great to talk with and listen to. Greatly exceeded my expectations and was a very enjoyable and memorable tour. Thank you Siggi for the amazing day:)

Amazing breaching humpback whales
Whale watching is a very hit and miss experience. Well, our yacht cruise was definitely a hit! We were fortunate to have beautiful sunny weather with great visibility. There were several whales near our ship, breaching, rolling, waving their fins, practically performing for us. What an amazing experience!
