Best transportation ever

Their communication is top-notch! A day or two before I landed they sent me a video of how to find their booth when I got to the airport. Following the video led me directly to them with no problem upon my arrival. The day I left they sent me a picture of my name on the board to signify that they were still there waiting. They sent me a text message asking if I arrived yet and patiently waited while customs took forever and day. Due to traffic we had to walk about 5 minutes to our car and the guy carried our luggage all the way there. On the day we left to go home the driver was there within 5 minutes if the pickup time they gave us. They also had the Ipad that said my name to let them know who they were there for. Once we reached the airport the driver carried out luggage inside and told us to come back again. This company is very efficient and communication is basically their specialty.

Day One

Unbelievable downpour during our 1.5 hour drive to our hotel. Driver expertly and safely got through the rain We needed some medicine and driver found a pharmacy open on Easter Sunday! In our excitement a small black bag with passports was forgotten in the van, noticed only when the driver had left. Viator arranged to contact him and he kindly returned the bag to us within the hour. What an exciting Day One of our 24 day holiday!!!

We had a very pleasant experience with this transportation company getting from the airport to our resort and back. The company rep, Fredelin, reached out the day before and day of our arrival via text and photo to let us know that they were waiting for us. Our driver was super nice and helpful. Confirming our return pickup date and time was also easy. Oscal showed up on time and got us quickly to the airport. I would definitely ride with these guys again.

Cost effective and spacious vehicle

Good communication from the Coordinator of this service on WhatsApp in advance to confirm the Driver, Pickup date, time, location and was on time for private pickup from the hotel/resort to PUJ airport. Dont expect a fancy black suburban, but the vehicle was good and spacious to accommodate atleast one more family! Driver was good as well. I also used the same service to pick up from airport to the resort. I even got the photo of the person who will pick me up from the airport who was on time for the pickup.

Amazing Punta Cana Transport Experience

Finding decent transportation from Punta Cana's airport was challenging, and Edward made the entire process effortless. As soon as we booked the transportation, Edward contacted us through Whatsapp and spoke with us about how the entire process start to finish would go. He told us exactly how to get through the airport, and ensured we weren't lost. Our driver picked us up instantly as soon as we got to where we needed to go. Everything was okay. The taxi driver was waiting for us. Our flight was a little delayed, but we stayed in contact all the time through WhatsApp, so the communication continued smoothly. After many problems with flight delays and air bnb stays, Chris did more than he was supposed to and made sure we were taken care of even during our stay. Thing to know

It was so fun. They are extremely friendly. You don’t need to bring anything. Buy your photos. Be prepared to have a good time no downers for this fun exciting tour of sea and sand. Don’t snorkel unless your a strong swimmer the waves can be intense. Sunblock is strongly recommended. Eat before you drink of course. Pack light with your must have items like water and change of clothes. They have a bathroom. I loved it and had so much fun and I don’t even drink it’s a party without drinking seriously fun.

JD Transfers-Viator, The best ones out there. You will not be disappointed.

We traveled with Viator, JD Transfers, and they were amazing! Communication was excellent. Our original flight was delayed and we couldn't fly out until the next day. JD Transfers changed our pick-up time to accommodate our flight change without any cancelation or added fees. They texted made sure we were taken care of upon arrival as well as departure. We will be using Viator for all of our future transportation needs.

Overall good experience. Our tour guide was excellent had a lot of personality which made the tour even better. They did a good job of letting us know what to expect while ATVing. The only thing I didn’t care for was the hustling by the locals but that’s to be expected. I most definitely would do a tour with them again.

Best Service In Punta Cana

Whar a great service. They were waiting for us when we exited the terminal. Their outside not with the other taxi services. They were kind and respectful thatey told us about history as we made our way to our resort in our beautiful private vehicle. I was a little concerned about return protocol but it was worked out smoothly and the gentleman that picked us up after our stay at The Mirage was perhaps the best I've ever encountered.
