Magnifico servicio, no recuerdo el nombre del guia en los caballos, pero fue increible, muy buena persona, amigable alguien que deben cuidar mucho. Queria mencionar al tourioeradir Darwing que desde mi arribo a Punta Cana ha sido exelente en su trabaho. Great service, the guide of the horses was awesome l friendly, sorry I can't remember his name. This excursion was very personalize and I highly recommended it. I would like to mention Darwin , excellent tour operator, someone you can rely on without hesitation. Thank you.

We had to wait almost 2 hours for driver to show up and pick us. We reached resort late and missed timing for lunch and ended up staying hungry till dinner time. Not happy.

My money was taken. While arriving at the airport hours later, I learned that transportation to my hotel was canceled because you can't book same day transportation. I wish I had known before my flight took off because I could have arranged another ride. I would have liked to have been told, there will not be a same day ride available before booking. I'm so thankful there were other rides available once reaching the airport, if not I would have been out of luck.

We regret your case, but in our country we do not have the habit of taking money from anyone and less from our tourists who come to visit, that bad reputation is always in cases that are not right and they seek this excuse, I hope with you a sign and they called you to find out your location and when you were able to attend you had already been approached by a pirate taxi which without any ethics was just a vehicle without permission to work in tourism, which I imagine told you everything bad for him to earn his money, and I talked to you and told you to make the return as payment for that taxi, and you never answered the phone.. here we do not work like the taxi driver that you took.. we are sorry and we will do the refund without problem... next time have your phone active and make the reservation 24 hours before not 4 hours before....

Initial p up ok, return terrible communication no follow up, I had to engage to manage return and set time. Then they didn’t call and arrived 1/2 hour early lucky I was in lobby. Vans are not what’s advertised. Not clear if it is a round trip purchase. Will not let u set up return point either. You get what u pay for.

Professional and Friendly Driver

Good transportation service! Although the driver arrived a few minutes late, he was nice and professional. He laughed and joked with us throughout the ride. In addition, the driver waited patiently (as long as he could) for another one of our group members to arrive, whose flight had been delayed. The representative ended up arranging taxi service for that individual because the driver had to leave, due to other scheduled appointments…which we understood. Would we use this service again? YES!!!

La voiture était très belle et très propre. C'est un van de luxe, avec sièges en cuir. En revanche le chauffeur a passé une bonne partie du trajet a parler très fort au téléphone, ce qui était désagréable. Et j'ai appris la veille que mon vol avait 1h de retard, du fait de la compagnie aérienne (ce qui était indépendant de ma volonté). Pourtant, le transporteur a refusé de modifier l'heure du pick up.

Merci pour votre avis... nos chauffeurs ne peuvent pas parler au téléphone en conduisant, c'est seulement en cas d'urgence, c'était peut-être l'un de ces cas et les communications dans le pays ne sont pas bonnes et peut-être que vous n'entendez pas bien, les conditions de transport comme les autres ont la condition de ne pas apporter de modifications le même jour, la compagnie aérienne est responsable d'effectuer les modifications ou tout mouvement comme elle le fait dans d'autres pays, ce n'est pas notre responsabilité dans le cas de la compagnie aérienne, les modifications sont préparés 24h avant...
