Venue was not as big as I thought it would be. It is almost impossible to make it through the crowd to get a drink and workers kept pushing us into tables and stairs to let the entertainment get through the crowd. It was far too much for such a small venue, and not really enjoyable at all.

Do not BOOK with them! We booked our tour and there was absolutely NO communication from them. We stayed at an Airbnb and Uber to our PICK UP point not knowing that you had to be staying at the pickup point because again, there was NO COMMUNICATION from whoever is running this tour!!! They did not text us to tell us what time to meet them, neither were they clear with the pick up directions!!!!!! We did not get to do the activity because we were standing outside of our pickup point for 30minutes. We kept texting the so called activity provider and he/she was not responding! Viator did not help either!!! We called and asked for a refund and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing about it!!! I’m never booking through here again!!! Lesson learnt!! Keep the $160! May the good lord go with y’all!
We found our way to coco bongo by ourselves and repurchase our tickets! And we had a BLAST!!!

These tickets were for the ground floor. You're near the stage. The show is amazing but I would have to say it was a lot to be in the crowd. People will push at some points you'll be squished. I would find, getting the seats or table would be worth the extra money.
But it was cool to be on the ground floor close to the center stage. They will be there many moments where they'll pull people on stage to dance so it was very inclusive.
Even though it was open bar it was pretty hard to get to the bar cuz of the crowd. The snack you get also is either a burger or a sandwich with fries. Which was definitely good.
Definitely loved it. Just when you're with the crowd. It's crazy and it's hard to dance but I did anyways on the moments where it was not packed.

the pickup is just outside of the hotel, the pickup can be tricky, as you have to show up at the departure time, otherwise the shuttle bus will not be waiting for you, since there are many people.

We brought ticket that states you jumb the queue and this was a lies, as we still had to line up to get out tickets. When we got into the venue, we queued up to get into the main event (club) and after 10mins of being there, the standing up area became extremely overcrowded where people where pushing each other to get pass. I was told that to get a table off the ground floor, I have to buy a bottle of champagne. It was so overcrowded that i saw others squeezing through to get of the ground floor to get out the crowds. We had to leave the show early and didn't even get a drink or snack due to this. As we left we saw more people coming in, not realising what they were about to enter into. It's a con and terrible that this company takes our money know how overcrowded it is!

It was way too packed to dance or socialize. It took forever to navigate the venue because of the volume of people, and we were discouraged from getting drinks because it would take forever to get to and from the bar because of the crowd.

Very overcrowded I suggest you get vip or your own section if not you will squished and people pushing one another !!there is no room so be prepared for that. Also open bar is just juice with some rum you have to pay your drinks. To have a good time since the show is AMAZING but you have to get a section to have a good time. Also make sure you confirm your transportation 24 hours in advance. They do not text or call you so make sure you look at your messages when booking if not the bus will leave you (big coach bus) I had to pay my own uber to coco bongo. Overall great experience

In the advertisement, it doesn’t say that it is standing room only unless you buy $100 bottle otherwise you stand for the entire five hours. It is very entertaining though, but I wouldn’t recommend it for older or handicap people. The staff was somewhat friendly, not very helpful. The snacks could have been a lot better. They also asked about your dietary preference but did not read dietary preference I was giving pork products. Don’t eat pork. I think the hamburger was a sausage. Otherwise it was dry ham baloney, and hamburger pork mixed or a hotdog. The drinks are not that impressive but get the job done.

We did miss the transportation going which I think it’s way too early to be picked up at 6 for a club. But the club was amazing, super big and super packed. Love the little shows.

Loved it 10 out of 10 everybody has to come visit and enjoy the scenery. The bus ride was perfect. Pick up and drop off open bar all night.

Venue to crowed without a possible fire emergency escape. Accessing the unlimited drinks was a impossible task.
Waiters rude without much care to push around and argue with you.
Mexico Coco bongo is much better

10/10 experience would recommend to anyone looking to party in punta Cana! We went on a Tuesday and it was still very full but perfect. Transportation was very smooth both ways, they made sure we knew what bus to get on for pickup and drop off back at our hotel. VERY glad we got the skip the line tickets, the line we waited in was super small to get wristbands and then we immediately went in. Would definitely suggest getting the skip the line. Also get a spot next to the bar, and tip the bartender 😉.

I was literally jammed packed near the exit and they continued to let more people in. It felt more like a club than a performance. Only standing if you didn’t reserve and pay even more than the basic $100. I wouldn’t recommend at all. False advertising for sure. I was overstimulated and underwhelmed with it all together. Just go to drink point or xfinity.

Great show nothing to fault there however so busy that we couldn’t even get a drink despite it being an open bar. We were packed in like cattle there were people watching the show from the hallway (luckily we at least just about made it on to the dancefloor) we were told at the bar to just go in to the show and not bother getting a drink there despite the queue not being too bad there. The barman said there is more bars in there. Once we got in we could barely move. No more bars in sight and even if there were you wouldn’t make it there. The actual venue isn’t very big and is catered for the VIP/table guests so if you’re standing it’s not comfortable for anyone. We had to leave after an hour and a half because we couldn’t stand it any longer. The show is brilliant and if i were to go back i’d pay the extra to sit and watch it from above. It is a lot of money to pay when 1. We didn’t even get any drinks included or snack and 2. We didn’t even get the transport included as we come a bit later as they wanted to pick us up at 10 past 7pm even though the show doesn’t start until around 9pm and we left early so had to pay for taxis both ways. So the price just included our entrance and skip the line. The free snack the ticket includes was never going to happen as you can’t move to get a drink nevermind a snack. There is also no toilets in sight and good luck making it to one if you find one. Getting out of the venue was difficult as way too many people in one space. I dread to think if there was a fire. You also have women workers pushing you around with a whistle around their neck blasting it in your ear asking if you want to pay 5 dollars for a shot when you haven’t even received your free drinks! Not worth the money at all. Like i say show itself is great and can’t fault that but just pay the extra for the VIP as the general ticket is badly organised.

To best experience this is ro have seating. Nice show but the standing and the pushing back and forth was not nice. We didn't even get our snacks.

We were picked up from our hotel on a bus and got to Coco Bongo early. The shows and performances they had were very fun and cool to watch! I definitely recommend getting this skip the line option for only 10 dollars more because we got in right away while the lines were long.

This place gives roofie vibes. You order your drink and they call come out in huge trays. The servers move you around and it’s quite chaotic. Show itself was fun. No need to skip the line. The show doesn’t start until later anyways. Overpriced.

Show was good, but standing on the same spot for 6 hours not easy, be ready .when I asked about the seat next to the table one of the assosiats told me that I have to buy a bottle of alcohol for that...and the cheapest on the list was 260 US dollars :)
The drinks and snacks supposed to be part of the ticket almost impossible to get because of crowd.
The show itself was good, all the acters and dancers are really professional, good job! But after standing for 5 hours I gave up and went home...security gentelman told me its gonna be for 2 more hours...no...i was done...:)
Dont get me wrong, you really have to go and see it for youself atliest once, its a remarcable experience , but be mentaly prepaired :)

Great experience , the driver comes very early but it does get packed at venue very fast. They do multiple shows all throughout the night. If you do not buy a table you will be standing the entire time but they do allow re-entry if you go to parking lot.

The place is very nice from the outside to the inside. Everyone was nice and helpful I would recommend going in you like musical I would say..
The only part that caught me off guard was they had a hot cam I didn’t expect individually to I actually get undressed!! But besides that I would recommend this place….

The show was good but it was very crowded and standing room only. People were pushing. People were sitting on the floor. The 1st snack the food was cold but when we asked for another it was hot. Would recommend to visit at least once

Seemed like there was twice as many people as there was room and they blocked off half of the seating for “bottle service” that nobody got. Constantly having to move out of the way of people and workers walking through. Left after an hour.
