Had 1230 reservations to be picked up at hotel and brought to airport. Got a call at 1130 from front desk that our ride was there.we were not ready as our reservation was at 1230.went to front desk at 1215 and was told that the driver had left and said he wasn’t coming back.Had to take taxi to airport.

Got delayed by customs, and my pickup time got pushed back. They were very understanding. The driver who took me to the hotel was unsure of the location, but still stayed with me during the time I was actively looking for the place to make sure I was okay, as it was already late at night.

I booked a round trip pickup, and My pickup from the airport to the resort was extremely easy. However, my driver never confirmed my pickup to go back to the airport, so when I reached out I was told sorry you have to taxi, contact the booking service and figure it out. I think because I didn't book any other excursion through him that he tried to sell, he didn't find it worth it to finish the commitment.

My driver was good, but overall the company give him the wrong directions having us get turn around multiples making a 10-15 min ride turn into an hr long ride. Just wasn’t professional at all.

I had an excellent travel experience with this service provider. They picked me up at my door as scheduled. The driver was very pleasant and provided me the Wi-Fi password so I could stay connected during my travel. When I arrived at my destination he opened the door for me and retrieved my luggage.
I highly recommend this company if you need transportation during your stay in the Dominican Republic.

They never showed up, I was stranded and had to take taxi thinking maybe they were late. They had my number and didn't attempt to contact me. I called every number listed and texted all of them. No response. I was scared that I was going to be late and in fact showed up 30 mins before my reservation. Couldn't find them and walked up and down the shuttle area, which is small, for 40 mins

Very convince that you could just go find the travel companies at the exit of airport. Furthermore, the guy on the counter speak fluent English and they have a list of guests. I have wait for about 10-15 minutes in the van then we are heading to resorts.

This is the best shared transportation that I ever had. The price was amazing, as private ones to/from airport are at least $35+. This was $12 round trip! They were flexible as my flight got delayed, but they were available as soon as I landed. The car was air conditioned and clean, and I was the only one who arrived at the time so I had a whole car to myself! They also offer wifi in the car. My only concern was that it was hard to locate them once I landed and I had to ask random drivers as they did not have my name in a sign or they did not message me where to meet them. They are located outside the airport doors as part of the tour/transportation companies. Other than that, no issues. I am definitely booking this company again and would recommend them to everyone!

Don't bother with this company they never showed, and when called the direct local number a rude representative asked me why am I calling them and said I'm late, which I informed them no I'm not late you drive her still has never shown. After giving confirmation number the representative says he doesn't see it and suggested I pay for a taxi to get to the airport.

Super to get from the airport not only to the big resorts. It took them a while to find a driver and to find out, where exactly we wanted to go. But they made sure we got here safe and without asking the driver even waited for us to get into the place. Thanks!

Frey Line was difficult to find in the airport. Had to wait 1 hour before the bus go. Except this, good for the price.

Had to deal with a couple of hiccups, arriving and departing Punta Cana airport. The tour line name was different and it wasn't clear how or when to book my departure. However, the Viator app and the operator worked to resolve the issue. I was able to get a local contact number and resolve both my issues. The rides were on time and both drivers were courteous. I would ride with them in the future....hopefully, communication improves.

I was traveling alone (as a woman) to Punta Cana for a wedding. I booked this airport shuttle and was a little skeptical due to the low cost. However, my experience was great. When I got to the airport, I went to the counter where they said they would be and they took me to my shuttle immediately. The shuttle left straight away and took me directly to my hotel. I was instructed to meet a rep the next day at the hotel to organize my transport from hotel to airport. I met with him and he gave me a pickup time. On my departure day, the shuttle arrived right on time and took me to the airport after picking up a few other people at other hotels. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I was disoriented and confused on arrival. I was hit up several times for a taxi ride. To the point that I was getting very nervous and afraid one of them would target me, a woman alone.
But, they were actually quite helpful helping me find my ride.
Once I did they took great care of me. I felt safe and secure.

My flight got to Punta Cans 5 hrs late, but the guys accommodated me and the transfer was seamless, got to my resort fast. Just be sure you follow the message and when you exit you go to booth 34 (BT Experience booth)
