We had a very pleasant experience with this transportation company getting from the airport to our resort and back. The company rep, Fredelin, reached out the day before and day of our arrival via text and photo to let us know that they were waiting for us. Our driver was super nice and helpful. Confirming our return pickup date and time was also easy. Oscal showed up on time and got us quickly to the airport. I would definitely ride with these guys again.

upon arrival at Punta Cana airport it was difficult to find our driver. We had requested 1 van for 12 people. We ended up with two 6 people vans. The driver of one of the vans played loud vulgar (swears, sexual words) music for the trip and there were 2 children under 13 in the van. The driver for the trip back to airport drove rather crazy but that seemed the norm and he got us to the airport and the correct terminal. That van was not configured for 12 people so seats had to be moved around,luggage squeezed in front of peoples' legs, and an 8 year old had to sit in her father's lap for the trip. Viator sure beat Amstar's price!

1️⃣ Arrival & Meeting: First and most importantly —it was NOT a driver you had trouble finding. ERIKA personally met and assisted you right from the start. Your statement that “it was hard to locate the driver” is completely incorrect and unfounded.
2️⃣ Vehicle & Space: We assigned our modern, full‑size shuttle —factory‑built for 17 passengers, with proper fixed seating and plenty of room for everyone and luggage. Claims about moving seats, bags blocking legs, or a child sitting on someone’s lap do NOT match reality —this simply did not happen. Everything was arranged and ready properly.
3️⃣ Music / Language Complaint: Our drivers follow strict professional standards —always respectful language and appropriate music only. Beyond that: NONE of your group spoke Spanish, and our driver does NOT speak English at all. There was absolutely NO way you could possibly understand or know the words being played —this claim alone proves there is no truth to it.
4️⃣ Driving: Safety is always our priority. As you yourself confirmed: you arrived safely, on time, and at the correct terminal.
In summary: Many of these points contradict how things actually went —from who met you, to our vehicle, to what could even be understood. We run our business honestly, respectfully, and with great care —we cannot accept untrue statements about our service or our team. We are always open to real concerns, but must stand by the facts.

They said they would be in the airport waiting but I had to go out to the pickup line to find them, I paid for round trip service, they didn’t answer my calls about the pickup for the hotel and I have to schedule another ride..0 stars

I understand your comment, but let me clarify each point with complete clarity and truthfulness:
Yes, they had to come to the exit to meet us, and that's because, for security and access reasons, we can't approach the plane. We don't do this intentionally or out of disrespect.
You stated that you had to hire another transportation company, but that's completely false; it's a lie. It was our owner who personally picked you up and took you, just as agreed. In fact, he spoke with Erika that same day and they told her about the negative review she had posted. During that conversation, they both confirmed to Erika that they would remove the comment, which they ultimately didn't.
And there's something else important we must mention: you didn't book a VIP service or an SUV. However, to provide you with better service and greater comfort, the owner personally picked you up in a high-end SUV, offering you a service superior to what you had paid for. During the trip, he politely asked if we wanted music, if the air conditioning was to our liking, and if everything was alright, always striving to provide the best possible service. The response we received was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful, despite our attention to detail and goodwill.
We truly don't understand where this negative review comes from, as we provided excellent service, even better than what you booked. Everything was coordinated, the owner attended to you personally, and you confirmed that everything was fine. As we always say, the customer is right, and we respect that, but we find it unfair and dishonest to say things that didn't happen and to treat someone who provides such attentive service in this way.
Please don't worry, we are aware of everything that happened and your attitude toward us. For this reason, we prefer to be clear: we hope that for future trips you will book the services of another company, as we have decided not to use them again. We wish you all the best.

We had to wait a very long time for are transportation. Upon transport arrival my wife and I had to walk with are bags to the vehicle which was ridiculously long. The vehicle waiting for us was an old best up mini van not a black SUV as advertisement booked with Viator. We will be seeking a refund for the services that were not provided.
Make sure you confirm time.of pickup we were told 2 different times..once we ironed the time out..driver Elvis and transportation was excellent

Once we reached the transportation hub, the young lady worked fast and pushed us through crowds of ppl getting us to our minivan driver. We were at our hotel within 30 minutes of touching down in the Dominican Republic. Great Job!!!

The transportation service was smooth, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. Having our flight information, the supervisor texted me the moment I landed welcome us and to keep us updated. The driver was easy to locate upon arrival and was already waiting, which made the pickup process quick and efficient. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned—perfect after a long flight.
The ride itself was safe and timely, with the driver being professional and courteous throughout the trip. Communication was clear, and everything was well-organized, making the transition from the airport to the hotel seamless.

Do not book with Punta Cana Transport. They never showed up for our return transportation to the airport. I had to text multiple times for someone to finally tell me they weren't coming and to find another way to get to the airport. They stated they would refund me and have not seen that. I will be disputed charges on my credit card.
Driver and car were great. Pick up both ways was on time…. grateful they suggested coming earlier than I had thought for return to airport. I would have missed flight as took several hours to go from counter to gate. Just made it. Only issue was you don’t hear about time and place for pickup till night before or day of via text or WhatsApp , not at time of payment as noted on receipt. Would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time
I won't use this company again if I return to Punta Cana. Transfer to hotel was fine. On the way back to airport, I confirmed our pickup time several days before via the WhatsApp. They were 30 minutes late. When I called asking if they were coming, they said they were stuck in traffic. Then proceeded to send me a video supposedly trying to prove they were on their way. Ironically there was no traffic in their video. There's more reliable companies out there that I saw after booking through this company.

This was a very smooth & convenient way to be transported from the airport to our airbnb! I highly recommend!!
The airport taxi/pickup zone was a mad frenzy, and because of construction the traffic was deadlocked. Our guide, Rashel, led us on a 3 minute walk to avoid all this, and we were picked up more efficiently away from the mayhem.
The experience was good overall. The vehicles were private and clean. The drivers were courteous. The communication upon arrival was great. I received text message and WhatsApp message with the details of the airport pickup including a photo of the airport representative. If you don't have WhatsApp be sure to create an account so you don't miss any details. I did not receive any information towards the end of my trip regarding the pickup details, name or pic of the driver, or pickup location. I had to call the Tour Operator to get this information since they did not reply to the message I sent through Viator. Be sure to keep the Tour Operator telephone number handy in case you experience the same thing.
Got us to our hotel safely. Did have to wait about 30 min at the airport for the ride but they were helpful in showing us where to go.
Very efficient gets the job done just need to have better communication when arriving. Not sure who or where we were to go. Once we got that figured out it went smooth.
The car was not at the airport when we arrived. Another company called Punta Cana Transport. They finally picked us up in the roadside not in the airport parking lot.
On Mar 3rd they didn't even show up to drive us from the hotel to the airport we had to pay another $45USD for a cab.
I then wrote for a refund and they said they would in 72 hrs. It has been 6 days. Still no money.

Since you did not arrive at the agreed-upon time and did not contact us to inform us of any changes in plans, we could not keep our service available beyond the established time, as this would affect other users who rely on us.
The decision to take a taxi later was solely due to your lack of communication and change of schedule without prior notice, as no such situation is our responsibility. Our policy does not allow waiting longer than agreed upon, as this is a structured service that depends on punctuality and mutual communication.
