We had a very pleasant experience with this transportation company getting from the airport to our resort and back. The company rep, Fredelin, reached out the day before and day of our arrival via text and photo to let us know that they were waiting for us. Our driver was super nice and helpful. Confirming our return pickup date and time was also easy. Oscal showed up on time and got us quickly to the airport. I would definitely ride with these guys again.

Do not book with Punta Cana Transport. They never showed up for our return transportation to the airport. I had to text multiple times for someone to finally tell me they weren't coming and to find another way to get to the airport. They stated they would refund me and have not seen that. I will be disputed charges on my credit card.

Driver and car were great. Pick up both ways was on time…. grateful they suggested coming earlier than I had thought for return to airport. I would have missed flight as took several hours to go from counter to gate. Just made it. Only issue was you don’t hear about time and place for pickup till night before or day of via text or WhatsApp , not at time of payment as noted on receipt. Would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time

I won't use this company again if I return to Punta Cana. Transfer to hotel was fine. On the way back to airport, I confirmed our pickup time several days before via the WhatsApp. They were 30 minutes late. When I called asking if they were coming, they said they were stuck in traffic. Then proceeded to send me a video supposedly trying to prove they were on their way. Ironically there was no traffic in their video. There's more reliable companies out there that I saw after booking through this company.

The airport taxi/pickup zone was a mad frenzy, and because of construction the traffic was deadlocked. Our guide, Rashel, led us on a 3 minute walk to avoid all this, and we were picked up more efficiently away from the mayhem.

The experience was good overall. The vehicles were private and clean. The drivers were courteous. The communication upon arrival was great. I received text message and WhatsApp message with the details of the airport pickup including a photo of the airport representative. If you don't have WhatsApp be sure to create an account so you don't miss any details. I did not receive any information towards the end of my trip regarding the pickup details, name or pic of the driver, or pickup location. I had to call the Tour Operator to get this information since they did not reply to the message I sent through Viator. Be sure to keep the Tour Operator telephone number handy in case you experience the same thing.

The car was not at the airport when we arrived. Another company called Punta Cana Transport. They finally picked us up in the roadside not in the airport parking lot.
On Mar 3rd they didn't even show up to drive us from the hotel to the airport we had to pay another $45USD for a cab.
I then wrote for a refund and they said they would in 72 hrs. It has been 6 days. Still no money.

We never leave any client stranded – in this case, we arrived on time and were at the meeting point waiting. Since you did not arrive at the agreed-upon time and did not contact us to inform us of any changes in plans, we could not keep our service available beyond the established time, as this would affect other users who rely on us.
The decision to take a taxi later was solely due to your lack of communication and change of schedule without prior notice, as no such situation is our responsibility. Our policy does not allow waiting longer than agreed upon, as this is a structured service that depends on punctuality and mutual communication.

It was not clearly communicated where we had to find the shuttle. There was no company sign visible. In this case it was Punta Cana Transports. It was a bit chaotic. Our driver played great music. (Michael)

Worst experience ever! There was nobody there to meet us at the airport and we had to rely on another company to call the vendor. Thankfully they spoke English to assist with the language barrier. Very disappointing.

Excellent service! Rachel at the airport was so efficient and helped with our luggage to the car. There was no wait. Quick trip to the hotel. On time pickup at the hotel back to the airport. Erika is super responsive to texts and let us know when our driver had arrived at the hotel. Would definitely use them again!

This was a really affordable and efficient service, on both trips and the driver Michael was on time and super friendly. The only note I would make is that I prefer the company to reach out to me first, the day before the ride just to confirm information and that they received my booking.

The vehicle used for transportation was very dirty and nasty. We were a group of 8 including 2 children and heavy bags, after landing at airport , we had to walk a lot to the transportation vehicle and i could see a lot of other transportation companies had their vehicle right at the arrival gate.
I would expect at least the vehicle to be clean and in good condition.

15 min late & didn’t call to give notice. When I contacted them I could tell the lady had just woke up. When a driver finally arrived he had a sign with my name on it but the lady on the told me my original driver had a break down. I scheduled a ride for 2 people not a shared ride but was told I had to wait for another couple whom I didn’t know & they hadn’t even checked out. The other couple decided to take a taxi. The driver was upset & speeding the entire ride to the airport literally doing 75-80mph. It was really unsafe. I’d never book with this company again & do not recommend

– Your original driver had an unexpected tire breakdown minutes before picking you up. The office promptly informed you of the situation and assigned another driver to avoid a cancellation of the service.
– The replacement driver arrived with a sign bearing your name, as you mentioned, which confirms that the replacement was arranged immediately.
– At no point were you assigned a shared ride. What happened was that another couple requested a service in the same area, but ultimately decided to take a taxi on their own. You were never forced to share your ride.
– Regarding the speed, we have verified the driver's report and the vehicle's information, and the journey was completed within the permitted speed limits to ensure you arrived on time for your flight, especially considering the initial delay caused by the breakdown.
We understand that mechanical issues are inconvenient, but we always operate with transparency, communication, and prompt solutions. We appreciate your feedback and continue working to provide a safe and professional service to all our passengers.
