It was super easy. Our guides sent texts ahead of time and were in constant contact. Our driver was very friendly, communicated in a translation app just to have some conversation as we drove and remembered our exact situation at pickup (we had lost luggage) and asked about it. He was very welcoming. It was an easy experience and nice that it was all handled. We had a plane change last minute with a different arrival time and deboarding and meeting with the lost luggage people took forever, but they were all smiles and very gracious about all of it. Would definitely recommend, especially with a family. It was nice to be able to herd my kid towards a specific location. She even took her picture and texted it to me so I would know who to look for. It was an easy experience. I wish the plane ride had been so easy!!!

Did airport round trip. Service was good overall! Didn’t have to wait long for ride to hotel and the driver picking us up to head to the airport was early. Gave 3 stars because I requested to stop at KFC on the way to the airport, did not stop there and was told it’s a KFC inside the airport but there is not.

Their communication is top-notch! A day or two before I landed they sent me a video of how to find their booth when I got to the airport. Following the video led me directly to them with no problem upon my arrival. The day I left they sent me a picture of my name on the board to signify that they were still there waiting. They sent me a text message asking if I arrived yet and patiently waited while customs took forever and day. Due to traffic we had to walk about 5 minutes to our car and the guy carried our luggage all the way there. On the day we left to go home the driver was there within 5 minutes if the pickup time they gave us. They also had the Ipad that said my name to let them know who they were there for. Once we reached the airport the driver carried out luggage inside and told us to come back again. This company is very efficient and communication is basically their specialty.

Pickup from airport was a little chaotic and unorganized. But once in the van, the drive was fine.

Regarding your arrival experience, we sincerely apologize if it felt chaotic or unorganized. At the moment, the airport is undergoing ongoing construction, which has significantly impacted traffic flow and logistics. There is currently only one active lane, and vehicles must operate from a nearby parking area. While this is normally just a 2-minute distance, due to congestion it can sometimes take 10–15 minutes, which may create the impression of delays or disorganization.
That said, our team is always on-site assisting and guiding customers to ensure everyone is properly received and taken to their vehicle as efficiently as possible within these constraints.

My JetBlue flight B6 1731 from Puerto Rico to the Dominican Republic was on Saturday, arriving around 10:00 am. I booked my VIP transfer service in a private SUV from Punta Cana Airport to the Bavaro Palace Hotel. The service was quick and excellent. The young man, whose name I've forgotten, about 24 years old, was very friendly and informative. He was formally dressed in black and white with braids in his hair styled for identification purposes. My experience was amazing. Before arriving to DR I was sent an email with a video to show me how to get to the location. Once I found the location, someone called my name. I think her name was Ashley helping me even further to let me know they were there waiting for me. The driver was patient with me because I couldn't find my voucher. The ride was smooth and safe. My departure from DR was even better. They sent me information i'm bout my car ride two days before I was leaving. The driver was there before 12 o'clock., and the ride was great. This was a great private air transfer ride from the Punta Cana airport. There were alot of people leaving the airport at the same time. We were met outside and escorted to an air conditioned van and taken directly to our hotel. The return to the airport was flawless with direct and on time pick up in our lobby. Highly recommend this company:)

No communication with supplier for arriving. Tried to contact, no response. Contacted Viator support, who then tried to contact supplier, no reponse. Told Viator how so I know i will be picked up at airport, can't afford to arrive and have no transport to hotel. They advised to cancel booking and find alternate supplier. Landed in Punta Cana and got message from supplier about pickup!? Way too late, plus they are disputing the refund request. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR .... AVOID THE STRESS ... just book with another supplier! Avoid the lottery suprise if somene will/will not be at the airport for your transport!
