Terminal A: "Jetlag" cafeteria. - Once you have your luggage and are on your way out, please contact us so we can dispatch the vehicle to meet you. - We will send you a photo of the driver and vehicle to help you identify them easily. - Included Transportation: You will be transported in a private air-conditioned vehicle (SUV, MiniVan, or Sedan depending on group size). - This service only includes transfers to hotels in the Punta Cana area. - Don’t see your hotel? This is our second time around using this transportation company. They have always been on time and provide detailed pick up and drop off instructions. With a point of contact a day prior to the scheduled arrival/departure. The drivers have all been courteous. I would highly recommend them for your transportation needs within Punta Cana.

My flight got cancelled and I reached out really late and they was able to send a car within 20 minutes to take me back to a resort. After that stressful day, I left my bag in the car. They brought it back to me the next day. The absolute best service. Attentive, reliable, safe. 5/5 stars.

The company was hard to find at the airport. When it was time to be picked up from the hotel to go back to the airport, they were allowed entrance into the resort. We had to meet them at the security gate.

Excellent experience for pick up from the airport! Our flight was delayed by several hours, and we were concerned we would miss our ride. It was helpful that I downloaded the whatsapp app as the company had direct comminication and sent a video and written instuctions of how to get from the airport terminal to the company's meeting place. R'uben sent me pics of his van, my name on a screen identifying he was our ride. We were able to let him know about our 2+hour delay, when we landed, and he wad waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the meeting place. 5****

easy to find , however driver was driving way too fast like a mad taxi driver . The chevrolet tahoe was definitely OLDER MODEL and not what i expected. For this price I usually get a newer suv.

Best Punta Cana Tours & Transfers does not have any Chevrolet Tahoe vehicles operating in our fleet, and we do not use the type of older-model SUV described in this review. Additionally, the description of the driver does not match any of our drivers.
We also reviewed our transportation records and were unable to find any completed transfer associated with the TripAdvisor account used to post this review.

They texted us a few days before our trip and confirmed all our flight info. They were there ready and waiting when we landed. They took us directly to the hotel. Then on our return they confirmed pick up time and took us back to the airport. They made everything very easy.

Absolutely horrible communication!!! I reached out via Email, Viator, and Whatsapp directly to the number listed to confirm time for the pick up. They were consistently reading my messages, showed Online status, and deleting their automated business message. I felt like I was getting scammed! I ended up booking through Punta Cana adventures which had exceptional communication. Viator claimed I could not get a refund because I was a no show to the pick up, when they did not provide a time until 12 hours before I needed to be at the airport for departure. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor planning. You cannot rely on this service, who plans airport pick up 12 hrs before?

On the day of service, our driver arrived at the pickup location approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and waited as instructed. Unfortunately, we did not receive a confirmation or any further response from you, despite our attempts to communicate. As a result, you were recorded as a no-show.
We understand that you chose to make alternative transportation arrangements, and we respect that decision. However, it is not accurate to say that we failed to communicate or did not provide your pickup information. Our records clearly show that the pickup was confirmed in advance and that our vehicle was present at the agreed location.
