We rented. Bus big enough to accommodate our family of 10. Our driver was great. We had a very short wait at the airport.

We booked round trip transportation. The company reached out via text prior to our trip. Upon arrival it was a little hard to find our driver but I finally did. Safe ride to the reset.
Upon our departure date the driver did not arrive at the scheduled time of pick up. I texted The company and was told there was a mix up of the time, they were sorry and a driver was on the way. The driver was there within 15 minutes and we made it to the airport on time.

The pickup was good but there was some issue with Viator where it only allowed me to enter the number of adults and we also had 2 small children and would need car seats. I think this is more of a Viator issue than the operator. Regardless the driver did show up with 2 car seats but thought there was only 6 of us total (there were 6 adults plus 2 kids) so the van we had was very small and cramped. The operator offered to send a larger van for our return trip for an additional $20 which was fine. However the biggest issue was that the return van never showed up at our resort even after I confirmed our pickup with the operator the day before. They were going to be at least 20 minutes late and our resort was afraid we would miss our flight so the resort got a taxi for us which we had to pay for. It was extremely stressful with a group of 8 and 2 small kids without car seats in the taxi. The operator refunded the return trip but it still ended up costing us more and was way too stressful. We have used Viator for many tours in many countries and this is the first issue we’ve had.

Taxi was on time picking us up from and to the airport. Even if you stay in an Airbnb, they will take you there and pick you up with no problem.
