The transfer was smooth and took less time than anticipated. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very gracious and supportive as I communicated in my very rusty Spanish. I would definitely book them again!

nightmare experience. the operator asked me to provide my arrival flight information the day before, which i did. upon arrival. i communicated every step of the way when i landed, when i was going through customs, and when i was picking up my bags. once i picked up my bags, the operator told me the driver left besides we took too long to come out, as if we can control customs time. my flight landed at 1pm and the driver expected me to be at his car at 1:05 pm. he then said since i took long to come out (standard customs/baggage claim time) that the driver left and we had to wait for him to come back. then he started ranting that i don’t understand how heavy traffic is. this was nearly two hours after my flight landed. it was very stressful

Dear client we are very sorry for your frustrations and we also apologize, but you should understand that we cannot wait for you more than 2 hours that your flight has landed we have waited for you as we wanted to offer you the service still we still waited for you and provided the service to you..we have waited for you for two hours and took you to your hotel we also cannot control custom time we explained you that the driver would be there as soon as you come out the driver was there
Aubain Tours & Transfer with Misleading advertisement online with photos ! They were late, The driver never had a sign with our names to find us. Old vehicles/vans, plus the van overheated and broke down. We were stranded on the side of the road in the heat. It took a long time for the company to hire an independent driver/van to pick us up. When the van broke down the driver was talking to his boss on his cell on speaker. Instead of trying to get a vehicle to pick us up and take care of the clients, they were arguing about who's fault it was about the van not working. I had to interrupt and tell the driver to get a vehicle to pick us up. The boss told the driver via cell speaker, why was he talking to the client ? He should not talk to the client that was us. Bottom line, terrible experience, this company does not put clients first.

Dear client we are sorry for this bad experience, Probably you did not understand the Spanish language we told the driver to do not argue with you,the car was overheating So the driver just park the car and we send one of the closest car for you asap that's was the best we could have done in that situation because the situation was out of our control we cannot know when a car will get overheating but we are deeply sorry for the inconveniences.
I recommend this service for reliable transportation and active communication during the entire process. Friendly and professional staff.

Had to wait at least 40 min for arrival. Once we got in the car the trip was very erratic. Driver drove so wild that I actually got sick.
He took us to the wrong location, twice ?? I didn't understand that. I gave the hotel name and place in reservation. Didn't get to destination until 830. Very disappointed

Dear client we are sorry for this confusion and apologize for this, but both driver and our representative ask you twice you just said,It was BÁVARO PALACE PUNTA CANA, AS THERE ARE MANY HOTELS with this name so the driver got confused he went to a Different palace, Dear future client please reconfirm your hotel with the driver please even if we already know where you are going but people get confused sometimes
Great service! Even though my JetBlue flight was delayed and I changed date and time for 3 times, they were still there to pick me up without issue. Very reliable, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great! Pick up was early about 5 minutes and the communication on pick up spot was great! Franklin was so friendly and kind the entire ride.
Good experience, timely response and constant communication as our flight was delayed. Easy to find after luggage and customs
The pick up from the airport was fine but we paid for round trip and the round trip info never turned up. The day before we were leaving I was like hey so you coming still? No response. Do it again and they couldn't find the reservation and needed all my info again. Did not instill confidence. Final confirmation was that morning.. would not use again.

Great transportation! Make sure to read the instructions and reach out to the company via whatsapp prior to departure or arrival. They are friendly and reliable. Arrived on time for both pick up of my trip, offered to take us to a store if needed, and maintained communication. Overall a perfect private transfer that’ll get you where you need quickly without having to wait for any other passengers.

Reliable Friendly and professional service. Nice comfortable air conditioned transportation. Plane was late. Driver communicated well and they came on time

The private round trip transportation that was advertised was an old van that had gas fumes that was so bad. It stayed in our clothes

Christopher was so great! My flight was late and I ended up in a completely different terminal and he personally came & walked me & my daughters to the shuttle on the other side of the airport to the shuttle to bring us to our resort. He was so friendly and gave us lots of good advice on excursions during our stay, I would highly recommend Aubain Tours & Transfers. Great value services! ❤️❤️

Our driver Christopher did a good job of locating us coming out of the crowded airport.
He was courteous and got us to our destination promptly and safely.
He was at our hotel early to return us to the airport on the day of our return.

It was a little chaotic trying to find the representative. I dont remember being told prior where I should meet them at. A delay with the driver due to traffic which is understandable.

Dear valued Guest we are sorry to hear that your experience with us at the airport was not good , but we stay in the phone with you all the time until you meet our representative the terminal B if the airport itself now is Chaotic because they are under renovation and also how can you say you did not know prior about our meeting point.on the Vautier it's state that the cafeteria Refugio is our meeting point at the terminal B
Dear future customer please read the instructions on the ticket or in the vautier it's very important to read the instructions otherwise you will get lost at the terminal B
You will not be able to meet our representative at the cafeteria Wich is our meeting point
It was very confusing on how to meet the representative. She was not with all the other reps with a sign but rather we had to chase her down in the cafeteria. We had to walk a distance from the airport in which she never said a word on how far.
The driver also never said a word and did not help load the bags. FYI, I am an older traveler. Finally, there was no AC in the van. Would not recommend.

But first the situation is very different from what you explain
Our representative waited for at the cafeteria because in the vautier it's state that our meeting point is the cafeteria Refugio to avoid being in the Crowd we choose a better meeting point
Second our Representative explain you that if you walk five minutes to catch the van it will be better instead of waiting at the traffic at the entrance
And third our van have Ac well working, we understand you did not want to walk to the intersection we are sorry for this but the airport is under renovation to beat the traffic we have changed our pick up zone
Our Rep is always there to guide you
This was an affordable private transfer from Airport to our resort Lopesan Costa Bavaro, they were puntual and always communicated!
Friendly service! We highly recommend them.
