Small miscommunication on both pick-up and drop-off but driver was very nice, accommodating, and we felt safe. Would recommend.

Lots of people coming to Punta Canta.
Our driver Christopher did a good job of locating us coming out of the crowded airport.
He was courteous and got us to our destination promptly and safely.
He was at our hotel early to return us to the airport on the day of our return.

It was a little chaotic trying to find the representative. I dont remember being told prior where I should meet them at. A delay with the driver due to traffic which is understandable.

Dear valued Guest we are sorry to hear that your experience with us at the airport was not good , but we stay in the phone with you all the time until you meet our representative the terminal B if the airport itself now is Chaotic because they are under renovation and also how can you say you did not know prior about our meeting point.on the Vautier it's state that the cafeteria Refugio is our meeting point at the terminal B
Dear future customer please read the instructions on the ticket or in the vautier it's very important to read the instructions otherwise you will get lost at the terminal B
You will not be able to meet our representative at the cafeteria Wich is our meeting point

It was very confusing on how to meet the representative. She was not with all the other reps with a sign but rather we had to chase her down in the cafeteria. We had to walk a distance from the airport in which she never said a word on how far.
The driver also never said a word and did not help load the bags. FYI, I am an older traveler. Finally, there was no AC in the van. Would not recommend.

But first the situation is very different from what you explain
Our representative waited for at the cafeteria because in the vautier it's state that our meeting point is the cafeteria Refugio to avoid being in the Crowd we choose a better meeting point
Second our Representative explain you that if you walk five minutes to catch the van it will be better instead of waiting at the traffic at the entrance
And third our van have Ac well working, we understand you did not want to walk to the intersection we are sorry for this but the airport is under renovation to beat the traffic we have changed our pick up zone

This was an affordable private transfer from Airport to our resort Lopesan Costa Bavaro, they were puntual and always communicated!

I booked my shuttle a week or so ahead. I called the shuttle the day before and kept them updated about my times but they were still not ready when I arrived to the punta cana airport. I was tired and I didn't want to spend another 30 min waiting for them to call their drivers to come and get me. This was supposed to be a smooth process but it wasn't.

Great company to deal with. I booked the wrong transfer, ( airport to hotel) but they accommodated us. Miscommunication of time if pick up, not a huge deal. Van was clean and AC was blasting. Didn't get the driver's name, but was polite and got us to the airport on time. Would definitely use them again!

The driver's driving was fine. Everything else was super annoying. We booked airport to resort. They did not meet us at the meeting point at the resort. We had to have other tour companies help us find them. Nobody had heard of them. Then we waited over 20 mins for the driver to show up, after we found the contract person. The entire wait the lady was explaining to the driver how to get into the pick up line. This booking is only for picking up at the airport and they don't have a set pick up point? Or a driver that knows where it is? In the booking it asked the language and I made sure it said English. Neither person from the the company could speak English. Then the driver, even after getting instructions from the resort security didn't drop us at the correct location. One time we unloaded then reloaded. The second time we unloaded then the resort put us in a golf cart and took us to the correct check in location. Very frustrating.

Overall good but taxi was lacking proper maintenance. Our vehicle got flat tire, they were using fully wear out tire.

Had to call company to find location. Driver did not have sign which ruined first surprise for my sons birthday. Driver used hazard lights majority of the drive and kept bright lighting people.

Chris was our driver and we could not have met a better person in the DR. After many problems with flight delays and air bnb stays, Chris did more than he was supposed to and made sure we were taken care of even during our stay. We used Christopher for private round-trip transportation during our week in Punta Cana, and he was outstanding. When our return flight was delayed multiple times and ultimately canceled, he was incredibly accommodating — helping coordinate a transfer from our resort to a nearby hotel and getting us to the airport the next day without any stress.
He was calm, professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the area. Most importantly, we always felt safe and well taken care of.
I would highly recommend Christopher to anyone looking for reliable transportation in Punta Cana.
