Once you arrive at the airport contact us for free with Whatsapp or Imessage , so we know that you did, there is free internet access inside the Punta Cana International airport, we will wait at the airport upto an hour after the flight had arrived to hear from you. if not it will be a no show. Driver will meet you outside the terminal at the cafeteria with the name of REFUGIO for terminal B or JETLAG for terminal A. He will be park a few minutes from there , please let us know as soon as you have your luggage and be on your way outside , we will contact him and have him drive and meet you there, he will have a sign with your name on it and our company's logo, please notice that there is no free wifi outside the terminal. Contact us a day before the departure date to confirm the next day's pick up time, we will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled and confirmed pick up time at the Hotel's lobby or accommodations. if not it will consider a no show, or pay an extra charge for waiting for you

The vehicle was old, seatbelts didn’t work, the air condition barely blowed out air.. The driver was nice and play good music that’s the only thing that I could say about the whole ride to my destination.

The snorkeling was great and the crew was so much fun. Our entire boat was dancing the whole cruise back from the last stop. I would definitely recommend and do it again myself. I was with my 11 year old and she was blown away

The round trip transfer from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to our hotel in La Romana was seamless. Someone from Best Punta Cana Tours (the company offering this transfer service) contacted us the night before each transfer via normal messaging on our phone to give us directions about what to do, where to go, etc. I told them they’d need to message us via WhatsApp the next day, and they did!
We loved our driver, Ambioris. He spoke Spanish, so we were able to communicate through my broken Spanish, which was fun! He was extremely kind, a wonderful driver, and put us entirely at ease. We felt very safe the entire way.
We booked the private van, which was very clean and comfortable with seat buckles and plenty of space for us and our belongings. True to their word, it was only us and the driver, no other passengers!
If we ever return to La Romana, we’ll likely be booking with this company again!

It was a wonderful experience. After having the worst experience coming, leaving with this company was amazing. The drive was very helpful. He helped us to navigate through the airport and everything else we need it. He kept the safe and assured that we would get to our destination on time.

Hello , we understand , our driver had a flat tire when he was just getting to the hotel , he changed the tire and by the time he got to the hotel , you were already in another vehicle , he even saw when you were leaving the hotel . we did you a full refund , and we apolized to you for any inconvience you had. we hope your experience in the future is excellent , there is thing in life that we do not have control of it , and this was one of them . we hope to see you back with us and make a great experience .

Originally or drive went to the wrong terminal, but we got help from the Porter called him and he found us the car was lovely and spacious and clean
The driver drove safely, the only slight problem that I had and I have taken many transfers across the world. Is that this particular company likes to take a picture of your passport information, and I don’t understand why they’re a taxi company? . We’ve already got a ticket from Viator of our booking.
The ideal that the driver has taken photo of our passport page with all details on does not sit right with me
I did ask the driver why he said it’s for there records. Why do you need a copy of my personal information for a taxi ride that has already been paid for
It seems super weird to me? Who’s to say that my possible information is not being sold on.

Both Best and our driver were highly communicative. He found the perfect waiting spot and called and texted. Having a picture of our driver ahead of time was very helpful in spotting him in the crowd and knowing we were being picked up by the correct person. Instructions sent were perfect. Skilled driver, too! (I would never drive in DR myself! They are highly aggressive drivers like we only see in the biggest cities in the US.)

The driver picked us up from the Melia Garden Suites right on time! We were waiting in the lobby when we saw him pull up. He had a sign with our name on it too, but it wasn't needed.

Very easy. Recieved a text the night before with driver details, including a picture. Our driver Elias met us by the Cafe outside holding a sign with my name. He had a carseat in the vehicle for my baby as I requested. Very professional and courteous. Made us laugh, and gave us a mini tour around the area before drop off. I would highly recommend!

Service was great! We used this company for transportation both when we arrived and departed. We were staying in Uvero Alto, so it was a longer drive than closer Punta Cana hotels. Glen contacted us a day ahead of time in each case to ensure we had the necessary details, including a photo of our driver and details on where to meet. Everything worked exactly as we were expecting, so it really made the trip easier in the midst of a lot of airport chaos. Our driver, Elias, was excellent. He drove us both ways and was very friendly. We felt very safe on the road with him. Overall, a great experience, and we would use this company again (and request Elias to be our driver).

We booked with Viator a couple of weeks before our trip. Communication was great. All tips and information given to us were accurate, such as the wifi in the airport etc. They were even flexible on our pick up time at late notice due to our flight being heavily delayed. We will definitely be using them next time. The car was clean, driver was friendly and we felt very safe in the car. Great experience.
