It was a great experience. Only wish we were on the beach more than on the trails. The one thing I would like to say that everyone was friendly but be careful when you buy things at the gift shops. We were told one price and also said that we would get a copy of our receipt to our email address and never received one. The Credit Card statement showed way more than what we were told. I would pay in cash if possible.

We had a wonderful time with the horseback riding experience! Everything was great from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the ride. A great night!

Wow, what an evening! The Coco Bongo show was brilliant. We paid the extra for the golden tickets, which we were pleased about as it meant that we had a seat. The drinks were included and a snack meal too. The drinks took a while to come, but they tried their best as it was so busy. The show was amazing! The transport was brilliant. Very prompt and there were people outside of Coco Bongo ready to help at the end of the night. Buses left at 1:30am as stated.

Amazing horseback riding experience

It was an amazing horseback riding today.. place looks a little sketchy when you get there but they are legit and they take you on an amazing ride... We went through the woods then an open field then more woods than Creek and lots of puddles and then the ocean... It was amazing and beautiful and they took lots of pictures of us... Pictures were extra of course but worth it they gave us 65 pictures for the money that they asked... Would definitely recommend it to anybody..

Beware of Gift Shop

Fausto was an amazing guide riding horses with him was a 10/10 I would 100% recommend it’s a unforgettable unique experience you need to try if you are in Punta Cana they even let you take photos on your own phone which is a huge plus Fausto once again was a 10/10 he took us privately because wed been on horses previously and that made our experience so magical and special however once you’re done BEWARE OF GIFT SHOP as they will try and hustle you at the gift shop they say they are giving you a discount but they don’t even know their own prices they charge you by the way you look then say the prices in pesos to get you to pay without looking at the dollar amount once you ask it will be 200 for 4 bracelets a ring and a wooden pipe then they’ll lower the price lower and lower which is fine I’m not mad at the hustle but once they tell someone else the price is 10 then I look at Mine and your charging me 40 per bracelet something is wrong!!! That was truly the only thing the rest was amazing !!

The healthiest most beautiful horses in Punta Cana

I believe his name is Pedro, he's the older handsome gentleman that runs the show there at the ranch, that man knows his stuff, I felt very safe , riding the horses with him guiding. Bathrooms are so clean!!! Everyone working on the ranch has good customer service. There's also another guy working there, can't remember his name BUT he has 9 kids ALL girls, make sure you give that man a BIG tip, we all know how expensive girls are 😁
