After I had booked the shuttle we were charged $56 for the ROUND TRIP transport. Received an email about it costing more because the distant. We had agreed to that price. Our driver was great. However, when we got to the hotel we were told that we still owed $200 which was not the agreement. After 20 minutes of trying to explain we paid $100 to cover the round trip which we agreed on. Manager was later messaged by us to confirm our pickup and manager responded what we did was unfair which is false because it was not the original agreement and said I need to book elsewhere even though we had booked round trip. Driver gets 5 starts, management gets 0 stars.

Poor communication, did not pick us up at the airport had to pay a taxi $50 to get to the hotel they said they would refund our money but then offered a ride also back to the airport which I felt like I needed to come up with some ride so I use them and then they charged me as much as they would have for both directions

Be careful that you are in the proper location for transport costs otherwise you will get a big financial surprise when you get dropped off. The company worked with us to remedy it. We'll see how the ride back goes. Our driver was super nice, we had WIFI, & water, air conditioned, & nice vehicle
