Once you book one of our products your booking will be confirmed immediately, then one of our representatives will gladly contact you a day before your service to assist you in all the details about your transport and what to expect from it. At the time of pick-up, our drivers will be properly represented holding a sign with your full name and our company logo to ensure you can easily identify us. Airport arrivals: We have two meeting points to make our meeting easier and more effective, for Terminal "A" our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called "JET-LAG" which is located just a few meters from the terminal exit. For terminal "B" the meeting point will be at the restaurant called "REFUGE" located only a few steps from the exit. If your shuttle service is Round Trip we will contact you one day before your departure date, ask for your room number and confirm pickup for the next day.

We had a fantastic round-trip experience with JB Transfers. Communication was excellent both before and during our trip, which made everything easy and stress-free. Transportation was very prompt and completely worry-free.
The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were friendly, professional, and easy to locate upon arrival. The service truly felt like a VIP experience without the hassle or crowds of other travelers, especially compared to our first trip to Punta Cana.

This company was fantastic! Our flight home was cancelled due to the blizzard in the northeast so we had to hustle a new flight. They were very patient waiting for us to reschedule which we did. Comfortable clean vehicle …driver was excellent and very polite. We will use them again!

Overall, it was just okay and did what was expected. The directions were clear, but I had to wait for the driver and there’s no Wi-Fi outside the airport, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place. The ride was fine with good music, but the driver didn’t speak English and there was no water provided. Pickup from the airport was in a Tahoe, and the return trip was in a van. On departure, the driver was on time and friendly, though also didn’t speak English. No major complaints—it’s basically like taking a private taxi to and from the hotel. I’d recommend it if you’re just looking for safe transportation.

Advertises “Private Luxury SUV”. We provided all flight info at time of booking and confirmed week of travel. A Passenger van picked us up after we waited at the airport for an hour. No bottled waters provided as advertised.
Return to Airport ~ SUV was at resort for pickup time. We have us Viatar is countries all over world - first time we had a problem.

This isnt a Luxury vehicle but an old car from 10 years ago. Please do not go with this company. The drive didn’t know I understand Spanish and started to insult me because my airbnb host didn’t have everything ready when I arrived. Something that just took 2 extra minutes to go. The driver is a hypocrite that only cares about tip and not the safety of us. I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one

Both drivers, to and from the airport were great! Victor and Juan (brothers) were on time, friendly, helpful and professional. The owner Joseph was always in communication. Also being accommodating to change pickup time since our flight was pushed back. Will definitely book again with this company!

We had a good experience from start to finish. Our reps were both attentive and quick to respond. We made a last minute change to our reservation upgrading from 2 people to 8 and he accommodated without issue. They were friendly, helped with our bags, offered water, and going directly to the resort vs stopping at multiple resorts along the way makes this transfer worth it in itself. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 (would do 4.5 if I could) is that the listing states that you meet in the airport outside of a restaurant, which was a draw for me to this vendor vs others so you don't have to hunt through everyone outside, but once we landed learned that we did have to go outside afterall with the other services and hunt around a bit. I think this is due to airport construction, though. It also took a few minutes to get our car to us vs having it pulled up and waiting for us to hop right in and go. All in all, though, would use again and do recommend!
