Once you book one of our products your booking will be confirmed immediately, then one of our representatives will gladly contact you a day before your service to assist you in all the details about your transport and what to expect from it. At the time of pick-up, our drivers will be properly represented holding a sign with your full name and our company logo to ensure you can easily identify us. Airport arrivals: We have two meeting points to make our meeting easier and more effective, for Terminal "A" our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called "JET-LAG" which is located just a few meters from the terminal exit. For terminal "B" the meeting point will be at the restaurant called "REFUGE" located only a few steps from the exit. If your shuttle service is Round Trip we will contact you one day before your departure date, ask for your room number and confirm pickup for the next day.

We had a fantastic round-trip experience with JB Transfers. Communication was excellent both before and during our trip, which made everything easy and stress-free. Transportation was very prompt and completely worry-free.
The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were friendly, professional, and easy to locate upon arrival. The service truly felt like a VIP experience without the hassle or crowds of other travelers, especially compared to our first trip to Punta Cana.
We will absolutely use JB Transfers again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Getting from the airport to my hotel was super easy. Once I made the reservation, communication began with confirming my reservation, making sure I had instructions as well as contact information of the representative. On the day of our arrival, our plane was delayed by 4.5 hours. JB Transfers not only responded quickly, but also tracked my flight and ensured someone was available when our plane finally landed. Two of my fsmily member’s plane was delayed by a day and the gentlemen at JB Transfers made sure their transport from the airport to the hotel was quick and smooth. I highly recommend using their services!

It was nice, easy to find at the airport and safe to book with. Me and my bf did a round trip. It might be cheaper to uber then $70 but still worth it and was nice. They have WiFi which is a plus. Glad they got us to where we needed to go safely.

Flawless pick up from airport and hotel. Picked us up a little earlier than scheduled for return to airport but this was appreciated. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Drivers were responsible and friendly. We have used other transportation services and feared for our safety with their driving. We did not have that with this service.

JB Transfers was awesome! Very great communication via text message 1 day prior to each of our departures. The car was clean and well kept, the drivers are friendly, and they are also very respectful of timing. The instructions on where to meet them at the arrival terminal were very clear. We had a great experience with JC Transfers and would highly recommend to anyone looking for transport to/from the airport in Punta Cana!

It was nice I didn’t want to have to worry about booking a uber as soon as I arrive. But I took a uber when leaving DR it wasn’t bad but I’ll recommend this if you want security when arriving that way you know you don’t have to worry about transport

This company was fantastic! Our flight home was cancelled due to the blizzard in the northeast so we had to hustle a new flight. They were very patient waiting for us to reschedule which we did. Comfortable clean vehicle …driver was excellent and very polite. We will use them again!

Overall, it was just okay and did what was expected. The directions were clear, but I had to wait for the driver and there’s no Wi-Fi outside the airport, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place. The ride was fine with good music, but the driver didn’t speak English and there was no water provided. Pickup from the airport was in a Tahoe, and the return trip was in a van. On departure, the driver was on time and friendly, though also didn’t speak English. No major complaints—it’s basically like taking a private taxi to and from the hotel. I’d recommend it if you’re just looking for safe transportation.

Advertises “Private Luxury SUV”. We provided all flight info at time of booking and confirmed week of travel. A Passenger van picked us up after we waited at the airport for an hour. No bottled waters provided as advertised.
Return to Airport ~ SUV was at resort for pickup time. We have us Viatar is countries all over world - first time we had a problem.

Very easy to find, I showed their logo to other drivers outside and they pointed me to the right direction. The 2 younger boys were there waiting for us. They were so sweet as well as our driver. I would use them again next time I’m in the DR!!
