Both drivers, to and from the airport were great! Victor and Juan (brothers) were on time, friendly, helpful and professional. The owner Joseph was always in communication. Also being accommodating to change pickup time since our flight was pushed back. Will definitely book again with this company!

Timely, friendly, professional, safe driving. I would contact the company again should I need transfer between the airport and hotel.
J&B was great. They provided clear directions on pick up and drop off and also allowed us to add additional passengers after confirming the reservation.
We used them both ways to and from our hotel. They were easy to find when you get out of the airport with their very detailed and excellent instructions. They bypassed the construction at the airport by walking us around it. Saved us a bunch of time. On the way back to the airport, the driver arrived on time to pick us up. Great reliable service! Car was nice and clean.
The driver was on time and help me with my luggage and the car was ready for me and my kids. Great experience!
We were met right away and easily at the airport. Had a nice ride over in a private van. It was amusing, watching our driver, navigate around the bad drivers.
My driver Hector was very good. He picked us up on time and got us to our destination safely. I would definitely recommend his services to any one looking to visit Punta Cana
The driver was very nice and polite. My girls and I definitely will use this transportation service again.
Easy to find after arriving at PUJ. Once checked in minivan arrived in about 10 minutes. Nice driver and quick and clean ride to our hotel. Superior service in a sea of cheaper and less reliable alternatives.
Safe, affordable, and consistent service from the time we landed to the time we got picked up from our resort. JB Transfer DR is a family-owned company and I highly recommend them for all transport services and will use them next time for excursions! They were responsive to my questions and concerns, and easily accessible by phone/text.
Easy and simple. No complaints and great communication between host! Would recommend to friends & family
Very pleasant experience. drive was very pleasant they are in communication with you even if you have flight delay. they are very professional
Transfer was efficient and well organized. We were able to get to the resort quickly. I would use JB again.
Great service! Very professional and helpful. The staff recommended excursions as well as local activities. Highly recommend.
Getting from the airport to my hotel was super easy. Once I made the reservation, communication began with confirming my reservation, making sure I had instructions as well as contact information of the representative. On the day of our arrival, our plane was delayed by 4.5 hours. JB Transfers not only responded quickly, but also tracked my flight and ensured someone was available when our plane finally landed. Two of my fsmily member’s plane was delayed by a day and the gentlemen at JB Transfers made sure their transport from the airport to the hotel was quick and smooth. I highly recommend using their services!
Good service, fast and accurate instructions to find the transport. The guy that received us at the airport made things easy.
Very nice. Would highly recommend! The driver gave us some points where to go eat authentic Domnican Republic food
This travel service was prompt and respectful and got us to our destination safely! Really liked being able to get in our transport and going right to the hotel!
It was nice, easy to find at the airport and safe to book with. Me and my bf did a round trip. It might be cheaper to uber then $70 but still worth it and was nice. They have WiFi which is a plus. Glad they got us to where we needed to go safely.
This company is very professional and friendly. The drivers were always on time and cars were always clean.
That they are very prompt, attentive and reply in a timely manner. I will definitely be using their services again
Friendly And professional. Clean cars. They gave us advice on how to be safe when going outside of the resort. Car was big and felt fancy.
The instructions were very clear and they were in communication with us through the whole time. They were very kind and helpful!
I had a great experience. Pick up was very smooth. Communication was great. Shoutout Emilio. I will definitely use them again when I return to DR.
Flawless pick up from airport and hotel. Picked us up a little earlier than scheduled for return to airport but this was appreciated. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Drivers were responsible and friendly. We have used other transportation services and feared for our safety with their driving. We did not have that with this service.
We had a good experience on our ride to the airport. I don’t remember our driver name but he was very nice and pleasant.
Great customer service. Driver was very nice and was in contact with me from the time I arrived till he picked me up.
Driver was on time and friendly. Even though he didn't speak English well and we didn't speak Spanish we found a way to translate though phone app. He Got us there on time and very helpful.
JB Transfers was awesome! Very great communication via text message 1 day prior to each of our departures. The car was clean and well kept, the drivers are friendly, and they are also very respectful of timing. The instructions on where to meet them at the arrival terminal were very clear. We had a great experience with JC Transfers and would highly recommend to anyone looking for transport to/from the airport in Punta Cana!
