It was an awesome...
It was an awesome experience. It was our first time riding atv but the guides were very patient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed everything very throughly. Only thing we did not enjoy was the ride there and back. The driver seemed like he was in a rush and was driving very rough the whole time: other than everything else from communication to the rides, everything was amazing. We even stopped by a local’s house and got to see their life and tried coconut and coffee. We had second stop at the beach where we also got to swim. Very good experience, would 100% recommend.

Loved it!!!
From pickup to drop off awesome experience. My first time traveling solo and had a blast. Thankfully I found new resort friends that also booked the experience and along with them can say Carlos the guide took care of us and William our paparazzi did such a great job with our pics. The water hole was a heart racing experience since I don’t know how to swim but it was worth it to jump in the ice cold water and have my life flash before my eyes 🤣 will definitely come again with friends. Overall, we had a great experience, and the excursion itself was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly, and we truly enjoyed the activity.
However, I want to make other travelers aware that participants ages 16 and older MUST have a valid driver’s license to operate a solo ATV. This requirement was not clearly disclosed in the booking information. Because of this, my 16 year old daughter was unable to ride the solo ATV that I booked and paid for, and the worker required her to share an ATV with me instead. We have documentation of the booking and what occurred.
Since a shared ATV costs less than a solo ATV, I contacted the tour operator regarding a refund of the price difference or some other form of compensation. Unfortunately, I have not received a resolution.
I hope this review helps future travelers avoid the same issue by ensuring they know a valid driver’s license is required for anyone 16 or older who plans to ride solo.

Great experience
If you’re visiting Punta Cana, I highly recommend the buggy excursion! Riding through the rugged trails was such an exciting adventure, and getting muddy just made it even more fun. The highlight of the trip was stopping at a beautiful underground cave with crystal-clear water. Swimming in the cool, refreshing cave was an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed tasting locally made coffee, cocoa, and cigars, which gave us a chance to experience the local culture. The guides were friendly, organized, and made sure everyone had a great time. This excursion was the perfect mix of adventure, sightseeing, and authentic Dominican experiences. I would definitely do it again!
