Had issues during the experience but the customer service team with viator was awesome and resolved everything. I will definitely use them again as it seems like this was not a typical experience and I enjoyed the ease of the site and getting in contact with a customer service rep that responded directly with me.

We have been trying all day to find out what time we’re being picked up tomorrow to go to the airport. And no one seems to be able to tell us.

There was nobody waiting for us. There was no reference to our name. We had to search to ask for the Quality Transport and then wait for someone to call the company to send the van.
The hotel called to arrange the return trip. Nobody showed up for the return trip to the airport. We had to take a taxi.

Upon reviewing your booking, we were able to confirm that it was a one-way trip, so we did not have a return to the airport scheduled. We always recommend that our customers carefully verify whether they require a one-way, round-trip, or return service, as this is clearly specified before confirming the booking.
Regarding your arrival, our driver was at the designated location, but we understand there may have been some confusion, and therefore we coordinated the transfer through Quality Transport to ensure you were not left without service. Even so, we apologize for the delay this caused you.

My only complaint is that I wish they were already at the airport when we arrived at DR. We didn't wait to long but I rather they had been there already as it was very hot and traveling is exhausting and we just wanted to get to the resort ASAP. Other than that they were good and I would use them again.

- No one was waiting for us at the airport.
- A completely different company reached out to us after we said we couldn’t find anyone
- The shuttle van was so old it didn’t have any seat belts on the back seats :/

This was a very confusing experience. First, I read all of the reviews about being prepared and how you get mobbed. I read another reviewer who said they were at the end of the transportation section, so I kind of knew where to go. I got a text from a man saying he was going to pick us up. All of that was great, except I booked with Quality and there are NO vans marked Quality. Nobody there has every heard of Quality. Some people tried to be helpful and when I showed a young lady the text, she said he was gone but we would go with someone else. I didn't want to get into one of the other vans, but finally she came back with a sign and our name was at the top of the sign (above 3 other names), so we got into the van she directed us to. The driver drove safely and we made it to our destination, so in the end...all was good. Please change the name on the Viator website to whatever they are (I don't remember, but it is definitely not Quality).

Couldn’t find our driver. Had to ask for help. After 15 minutes, goy d him but his van was parked in a remote parking lot. We had to lug our suitcases and walk a distance to his van. Van had torn seats and no air conditioning. I would not recommend.
