    This was my third time visiting the Dominican Republic and the first time bringing my parents, and unfortunately it turned into the worst transportation experience I’ve had. The pickup process there was no sign with our names as expected, and the first representative we encountered was standing off to the side, offered no guidance, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions. We then had to wait about 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. The ride was tense and unprofessional, and the driver was texting while driving, which made us feel very unsafe. I became so worried that I turned on my mobile data just to follow our route on GPS and make sure we were actually heading to our hotel. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, and basic safety standards. I would not book this service again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.

Due to a total collapse at the airport that day caused by heavy immigration lines, we waited for you for over an hour with the utmost patience and dedication. Throughout this entire wait, we never lost communication and re-sent photos of our exact meeting point to ensure a smooth connection despite the chaos at the terminal. We are quite surprised by your comments regarding the quality of the ride, as our chat history shows no mention of any dissatisfaction during or after the service. Had you expressed any concerns through the same channel we used all day, we would have addressed them immediately.     The driver was extremely rude and would not take me to my Airbnb. He put us out of the SUV before we reached our destination because he didn’t understand English and grew frustrated with me trying to translate with my phone.

    It's very easy and simple to come to an open platform where all our clients can freely express their opinions about our services and freely discredit them, since there are no restrictions for anyone who wants to leave a comment. They can come and defame a serious, prestigious company with excellent reviews like the hundreds we have, and say any lie just to cause harm. "These clients are scammers." I remember them very well. We provided them with the service in the vehicle they paid for, a black SUV, and upon arriving at their destination, an Airbnb, these clients didn't even have an organized reservation. After the driver waited for more than 30 minutes so as not to leave them, we were obligated to leave because 45 minutes had already passed, and as everyone understands, transportation vehicles usually have other services to complete. To top it all off, once we left after waiting so long, these clients sent Viator a refund request claiming that the driver never arrived at the airport, without considering that an organized company collects all the evidence, messages, and photos. The ticket that customers give upon boarding serves as proof of service. How can you then claim the driver never picked you up and demand a refund? This is the kind of person who causes harm wherever they go. Be very careful, friends.

    Other than waiting over 9 hours for a pick up confirmation, 3 messages, a phone call(with no answer), and a chat with Viator customer service, causing stress and worry. As we needed this for our return to the airport to return from our honeymoon. After finally getting a confirmed pick up time, the driver was early, polite and professional. Got us to the airport on time and made our flight home.

    After walking a mile from the airport to get the the vehicle I was extremely disappointed that they sent out the oldest vehicle on the island that had been spray painted in several areas. The vehicle began to rock and vibrate as it moved down the road. Exhaust fumes were also heavy inside the vehicle cabin. I have pictures to show the scam.

At the time of your arrival, we coordinated your pickup with the assigned black Suburban; however, due to an operational situation — the kind that can happen anywhere in the world — that vehicle was unable to arrive on time. In order to avoid making you wait unnecessarily, we chose to send the closest available Suburban. That said, we understand from your comment that the main issue was that the vehicle **was not black**. Fortunately, while the color may not have matched expectations because the car was GRAY, the primary objective — transporting you safely to your destination — was still accomplished, at no cost to you. It is also important to note that, on that same day, you were given a full 100% refund for the service, and in addition, we provided your transfer to the hotel completely free of charge, precisely to compensate for any inconvenience… including, of course, the unexpected change in the vehicle’s color (YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THIS HERE). We are very sorry that your safety was compromised because the vehicle was not black. At that moment, our most important priority was having the vehicle ready for you upon your departure, which we understood was the most important thing at that time, not the color of the vehicle. Thank you.

    Do not rely on this company! When gas prices went up they canceled with less than 24 hours notice. I had tried to confirm with them twice prior and they never responded. Viator provided no assistance.

The adjustment made was necessary once the discrepancy in the booking was identified, as it was not possible to operate the service under those conditions. We also apologize if you did not receive a timely response to your previous attempts to contact us.     I’m glad I found these guys The airport is under construction and the exit/pickup area was almost complete chaos But if you didn’t make arrangements already compare prices some were higher than what we booked round trip we passed probably 40 taxi drivers and a dozen private chauffeurs

    There was both good and bad with the experience, but unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. The communication with the driver was good as we were looking for him in the airport. However, if I hadn't been traveling with my boyfriend, I would not have felt comfortable with this company driving me anywhere. There were several weird things that happened in the course of our pick up from the airport that really turned me off. The last one being that the representative snapped a picture of us in the van before he closed the door. So, so weird. Do not recommend.

    Efficient transport between Punta Cana airport and our hotel. We were in constant communication with the tour operator who texted me photos of the person we were to meet and where exactly to meet him. There were 6 of us (2 women and 4 16-yr olds). The had sent one person to get us and all of our bags. The man took the two women’s bags and the kids had to take their own. All of the luggage had wheels, so not a big deal for them to tote their own suitcases. As we were watching other passengers getting into their transport, we were walking further and further. Through the parking lot, around a barricade, over the river and through the woods. Finally we arrived at the van with the driver. Everything went smoothly thereafter. We were not offered bottles of water or a cool washcloth, but you get what you pay for, especially where travel is concerned. It was only $45 for all 6 of us and we arrived at the hotel safely.

    Everything was okay. The taxi driver was waiting for us. Our flight was a little delayed, but we stayed in contact all the time through WhatsApp, so the communication continued smoothly. Because of this, there was no rush for us. Everything regarding the communication, the car, and the transportation was excellent, and we are fully satisfied.

    I would highly recommend this service. The transportation was a private mini van that took us directly to our resort and back to the airport. The only confusing part was at the airport in the pickup location, but it wasn’t Viators fault it was airport signage. Will definitely be utilizing their services on the next trip!
