Contact us once you arrive to the airport , at +1 305-914-5805 for free with Whatsapp or Imessage, so we know that you did. We wait up to an hour after the flight's arrival for you to contact us. Driver will meet you at the cafeteria outside the terminal, with a sign with your name on it. On terminal B it is named "Refugio" , Terminal A, it is named "Jetlag". He will be park a few minutes from theree, once you have your luggage and be on your wait out , let us know to have the driver meet you at the Cafeteria with the Vehicle, we will send you a photo of the driver and vehicle. This product does not cover any hotel that is not in Punta Cana area. Please check below for the hotels that are cover with this product.

What To Expect
Save time and hassle while on vacation by pre-booking your private transfer between Punta Cana Airport and your Punta Cana, Bavaro, or Cap Cana hotel or resort. Both one-way and round-trip transfers are available, with one convenient price for a group of up to two or five people.
After arriving at the airport, send a message to notify the service of your arrival. Your driver will meet you at cafeteria outside the terminal with a private SUV or minivan, depending on your group size. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery on the way to your resort.
If you’ve booked a departure transfer or round-trip transfer, your driver will meet you at your hotel or resort at the designated time and take you to the airport.
All pickups include 60 minutes of waiting time at the airport and 10 minutes at the hotel.

We had a very pleasant transfer to the airport. The driver showed up at the hotel early and got us to the airport in good time.
The driver was more at ease in Spanish but we didn’t mind it.
Very professional. He took out our luggage from the SUV and wished us safe travels.

Horrendous experience we waited outside the terminal for over an hour as the driver was sent to the wrong terminal and it was 30 degrees.
The operator told me it wasn’t his fault the driver went to the wrong terminal. It certainly wasn’t mine he then sent me photos and asked me to find the driver to which I refused. They did turn up an hour late and did buy 3 drinks but it’s not good enough. Avoid at all costs the drivers also can not speak a word of English.
Worst airport transfer I’ve ever experienced and the worst customer service Also.

Hello Vicky , we are very sorry sorry that your experience with us was not as expected, we spoke to tripadvisor and had told us, not to cave in to your black mail and that is why you are doing this terrible review, it is not as you say , driver was looking for you at the wrong terminal , you wrote the wrong flight number on the booking, as soon as you contacted us , we send him there, our driver did speak english, and you did not had to wait an hour for him , you said that you wanted to get something to drink , we told you that we would take care of it and you went all out and got a bottle of champagne, beers , etc, that the bill came out to $ 50 us , then after that you expected us to give you a free ride back from the hotel to the airport, if not you would had done what you just did , write a horrible review to us, we hope you had a great vacations, enjoy your time in Dominican Republic, we hope to have you back with us and have a better experience with us , please next time write the correct flight information on the booking.

What’s App & Texts wouldn’t go through therefore had to wait several minutes for private suv transfer, very disappointed. You pay for an SUV Private Transfer for quick and classy arrival to resort uou expect them to be waiting for you, not you waiting for them.
When driver arrived he was very personable and we enjoyed the ride until we got to the resorts driveway when the SUV broke down, he had to wave down a van to bring us to the resort. Wasn’t the drivers fault, we actually felt bad for him -he was so nice! Purchased this to arrive in style but was dropped off in a junky van. Not a good way to start a 5star vacation. Very disappointed

Hello Mr. Cummins, I am sorry to disagree with you , the meeting point is at the restaurant outside the terminal as describe in the product, you never followed directions to contact us when you arrive at the airport, so you would not had to wait for the driver , also for the car, that is what you booked, you booked a car and when we picked you in it , you said that you had booked a SUV which you never did, we showed to you on the ticket that you had, we are very sorry about your mistake, like I had said to you in our conversation, we would have taken you in a SUV if you had booked it. we hope you have a great vacations, this review is not fair ,we did nothing wrong , it was your mistake and your wrong doing, we hope to see you back and have a better experience with us.
