At the Hotels: Each passenger will be picked up in the lobby of the hotel where they are staying, with a sign with their name. All passengers will have a waiting time of 15 minutes in the hotels, after this time they will have to pay an additional cost.

Good, clean, safe transportation. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the vehicle to get to us, and there was some high pressure sales during that time from the employee who took us to the driver.

We arrived at the airport and were looking for our Viator driver. He was supposed to be at the end of the rides. Had trouble finding him because they were across the street. We waited at least half hour before he arrived. It would have been much faster to just take a taxi.

We were picked up and dropped off in a quick and reliable manner. Our driver was very accommodating in picking us up earlier than scheduled when our flight changed. I would recommend Tio Luis to anyone needing transportation to and from the airport.

Unprofessional staff. More worried about selling excursions than actually delivering true customer service. We wouldn’t recommend them if its your first time in Punta Cana. use other services like Amstar.

They do not speak very good English and will scam you if you do not understand them. And because they know that they make you pay extra and do not even complete the ride. They did not complete my return and sent another guy that charged me 120 for 8 minute drive to the airport I am highly upset about this .

There was a driver waiting for us at airport which we enjoyed knowing where we were going but once we got there they tried to sell us on excursions for 10 minutes even though we declined plenty of times. Driver was very nice and friendly but was texting while driving so was constantly swerving. We were set to leave Monday and a driver showed up Sunday night, called and said he was waiting for us in the lobby of resort. Once he confirmed he got the wrong date, he said he would be back the next day at the same time (2pm). Come Monday, we waited in the lobby by 2 and texted that we were ready and no one answered, 25 minutes later we asked if someone was coming for us and the main guy said he was busy at the airport and couldn’t contact his drivers to confirm that someone was coming. We had to end up taking a taxi to the airport since there was no further information given and we wanted to be at the airport on time. The main guy stated I never communicated but at the time of pickup from the airport the driver told us what time they would come for us Monday and then again with the driver that showed up Sunday told us he would be there Monday at 2. Overall, it just felt unorganized. Paid for the round trip and only got a ride one way.

My husband and I used Tio Luis for round trip transportation from airport to resort in Bavaro in Jan 2025. He communicated with WhatsApp and told us where to meet him at the airport and even sent us a picture of himself. Offered us other options to do on our trip. The driver was friendly and we felt safe the entire trip. On return, we were picked up on time and received the name of our driver in advance. This company is very professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them on our next trip as well.

The person I met at the airport was Fernando. Fernando is a nice guy. I like that I was contacted before hand and was sent his photo so that I was familiar with the person I was meeting. Although he didn’t end up being my driver he was helpful even during my trip. If I had any questions I reached out and he responded quickly. I would definitely use this service again.

We used this app for round trip, we could not get in touch with Fernando to pick us up from the hotel to the airport, he stopped answering my text and I had to cancel an excursion he had us pay through a 3rd party that I cannot get my money back I don’t trust this app
