Good communication from the Coordinator of this service on WhatsApp in advance to confirm the Driver, Pickup date, time, location and was on time for private pickup from the hotel/resort to PUJ airport. Dont expect a fancy black suburban, but the vehicle was good and spacious to accommodate atleast one more family! Driver was good as well. I also used the same service to pick up from airport to the resort. I even got the photo of the person who will pick me up from the airport who was on time for the pickup.

They were extremely helpful. I screwed up and arrived into santo domingo instead of punta cana and they still agreed to Pick us up even though it was 2.5 hrs instead of 20 minutes. The van was cold and clean and the chauffeur was sharply dressed and pressed even with the rain and heat if the day

Chris was our driver and we could not have met a better person in the DR. After many problems with flight delays and air bnb stays, Chris did more than he was supposed to and made sure we were taken care of even during our stay. Great communication, reliable and always on time transportation. If you are fortunate enough to meet Chris and have him as your driver, rest assured you are in great hands.

I booked this the night before my flight and it was a great pick. Though I’m not sure how I would have found the pick up area without help from the guy carrying our luggage. The airport signage isnt the best. Once I found the area their team was very good about navigating us to the driver. I’m grateful because there were a lot of people seeking business there and that can easily get confusing especially if it is your first time traveling to an island, Each person was helpful, communicative and patient which is great because of the language barrier. It was three of us and we have the van to ourselves which was nice after being on a long flight. We were offered water and gum. I’m not a fan of Dasani water but hydration is important. Expect the driving style of an island. It was nostalgic for me because I’m from Jamaica. Also, the team was welcoming with a good sense of humor. I will be using their service again. I wish I knew about their other tours before book everything ahead of time.

Overall, it was just okay and did what was expected. The directions were clear, but I had to wait for the driver and there’s no Wi-Fi outside the airport, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place. The ride was fine with good music, but the driver didn’t speak English and there was no water provided. Pickup from the airport was in a Tahoe, and the return trip was in a van. On departure, the driver was on time and friendly, though also didn’t speak English. No major complaints—it’s basically like taking a private taxi to and from the hotel. I’d recommend it if you’re just looking for safe transportation.

We had a wonderful experience using this service. Their communication and attentiveness was excellent. I had messaged the company a few times at the airport from our home location to advise them we were delayed on our flight and the assured me it wasn’t an issue as they also kept up with all delays. Once we had exited the PUJ airport, our associate was easily visible with a sign with my name on it. He directed us to our vehicle with our driver and sent us on our way. Our driver kept us in a lighthearted conversation throughout our drive and gave us great tips on what to look for in PC. Wonderful experience overall! Will be using them again!

Excellent service! Rachel at the airport was so efficient and helped with our luggage to the car. There was no wait. Quick trip to the hotel. On time pickup at the hotel back to the airport. Erika is super responsive to texts and let us know when our driver had arrived at the hotel. Would definitely use them again!

Whar a great service. They were waiting for us when we exited the terminal. Their outside not with the other taxi services. They were kind and respectful thatey told us about history as we made our way to our resort in our beautiful private vehicle. I was a little concerned about return protocol but it was worked out smoothly and the gentleman that picked us up after our stay at The Mirage was perhaps the best I've ever encountered. I will definitely use this service in the future. Thanks for your kindness and respect !
