Get ready for an amazing adventure as Sara walks you through through the history of this beautiful town. Sara is a wonderful historian and early brings the town to life as she explains every nook and cranny of this historic old town. Sara is a wealth of knowledge and the best tour guide !!

Absolutely loved this tour. Lecce is an incredible city with breathtaking architecture and a fascinating history, which definitely warrants spending a few hours walking with an expert to show you around. Speaking of the expert, Sara was wonderful. Super knowledgeable and friendly, funny and approachable, and communicative ahead of time. Could not recommend more!

I spent 10 days in Puglia and Matera and this was the best tour I went to because Sara actually explained the history of the city in detail and the importance of buildings we were passing. Maybe I'm just a bit of a history nerd but most tours now only cover interesting anecdotes and basic information, but don't really give you the full history of the areas you are passing. This tour, refreshingly, actually did this, which I loved.

Sara was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. There's not much she doesn't know about the city of Lecce and it's vast history. We felt totally immersed in our surroundings and didn't want the tour to end. A 'must do' activity if you're visiting Lecce.

Warm, knowledgeable, funny and candid, Sara helped us understand not just Lecce's historical facts, but the stories behind them - the "why" of Lecce. Her tour deepened our understanding of Lecce's history, culture, cuisine and modern habits. Sara speaks perfect English and limits her group size to 12 so everyone can hear. Every other 5 star review of Sara is perfectly accurate. She is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at explaining in interesting ways what she knows. After two hours with her, we see Lecce differently and understand some of what we are seeing in a new way. Her understanding of Salento is broad and she genuinely enjoys conveying her knowledge to others.
