Our driver Federico was friendly, informative and punctual with all our timings.
I enjoyed both the olive oil tasting and the delicious lunch and of course the 3 villages. I loved meandering the streets and popping into churches or a cafe and I enjoyed the artworks in Ostuni.

A bit pricey. We have been customers of Viator for many years. History of towns was not as exhaustive as other trips. This trip was overpriced in our judgement.

We respect your point of view, but it seems you may not have all the details to fully evaluate the experience. It is important to consider that there are management costs, operating expenses, and taxes involved. In addition, during the day you had a dedicated guide, traveled over 250 kilometers, enjoyed a brunch, visited three towns, entered a trullo without paying an entrance fee, and took part in a tasting of local products.
If you had booked these services individually, the overall cost would have been significantly higher. For this reason, we believe the tour offers a fair balance between quality, included experiences, and the final price.
As for your comment about the historical explanations, we find it surprising, since all our other reviews state exactly the opposite.

From start to finish, Danny did an outstanding job. Due to festival in Lecce- he communicated the day before via WhatsApp where to meet and when. He drove and gave commentary alol along the way. The stops in Alberobello, Locurotobdo, and Ostuni were all well planned and impactful. Danny even gave insight into his hometown of Brindisi- where we went to pick up guests after Lecce. Overall- outstanding guide and trip to Puglia. Mille Grazie!!

Danny was an excellent guide, we were able to visit Alberobello before the crowds. A very interactive olive oil tasting and brunch completed this visit, plus the opportunity to see the older side of the town. We were guided around Locorotondo, a really lovely town. Finally we stopped in Ostuni, a very busy town but were guided up the hill to a charming Church and view out over the Adriatic. A very busy day, but well worth the trip from Lecce. Thank you Danny

We really enjoyed our tour with Danny and was well worth the money to have a guide to see Alberobello, Locorotondo and Ostuni. Having not rented a car while in Puglia these would have been quite difficult and time consuming to reach on our own. We enjoyed the mix of guided experiences as well as free time to explore. Danny was great at providing historical information we would have otherwise not known that really added to the experience. The timing felt right throughout; however we would have loved more time in Locorotondo (such a charming and quiet town). The highlight for us was the olive oil tasting in Alberobello. What a fun treat! Highly recommend this tour.

Danny is a great guide. Lots of driving (from Lecce) but town tours great. Would have been nice to have less time in Alberobello and some free time for a wander in the others, especially Ostuni

Great trip, Danny was extremely knowledgeable & able to answer all our questions about the towns architecture & archeology. If there was a bit I would miss it would be the olive tasting/sales pitch it was a bit toe curling.

There was no experience. The tour guide never showed up. Viator shows a credit on the Viator website but my credit card has not been credited. The towns of Alberobello, Loco… and Ostuni are “trulli” beautiful. Our driver/guide shared with us the historical and archeological highlights. Visiting these ancient towns without his local insight would have been much less meaningful and memorable. Thanks Danny!

The tour of Alberobello, Locorotondu, Ostuni was great. The Tulli’s are all together on the top of the hill & scattered throughout the countryside there is so many of them. We had a delicious meal as well & olive oil & balsamic tasting. The other two villages are great to see with a lot of history. Danny our guide was very professional & informative about the region. Picked us up on time & felt very safe driving with him.
