Fabulous insights

Julia was just delightful, very friendly and showed us a great range of foods, places to eat, all with insightful details about the food and culture. She was very happy to answer our questions about all things Prague and provide recommendations. Even though we had a rainy day for the tour, it didn’t dampen the experience. It was lovely to have a small group and lots of opportunity for conversation and not being shuffled around in a big group like so many other tour experiences. All the food we sampled was just delicious and we valued the time Julia had taken to curate the tour. We came away from the tour feeling like we had eaten like the locals and learned so much about Prague, its cuisine and people. We can not recommend the tour with Julia more highly.

A Wonderful Taste of Prague with the Best Guide, George!” ⭐️

We had an absolutely wonderful time on the Delicious Prague Food Tour with our guide, George. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We didn’t just taste delicious Czech food we learned so much about Prague, Czech culture, traditions, and the history behind the foods we were trying. George had a wonderful way of bringing everything to life and made us feel like we were experiencing Prague through the eyes of a local. One of my favorite touches was that George made sure we knew how to properly say hello in Czech! Those little cultural details made the tour feel very personal and special. The food was excellent, the conversation was engaging, and George was an outstanding guide. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague, especially if you want to experience authentic food while learning about the city and its culture. Great tour

Very fun and educational, Somar or Sunny was a great guide. We had a small group of 6 which was perfect and he gave everyone equal time! We learned about and tasted several Czech meals and topped it off with gingerbread cookies. There was just enough walking to get perhaps enough steps for the calories! I would definitely recommend this tour for its history and sights that you wouldn't see in other tours! Sunny took a group photo at the end and sent it to us!

Best tour ever!

We hesitated to take this tour because we thought it was a bit pricey, but believe me, it was worth it! Besides providing a well spaced out variety of amazing food, our guide, John, was a wealth of information. We learned so much about the Czech culture, its history, and how the role of agriculture has changed over the years, influencing its food and drinks. This was probably the best tour that I’ve ever taken, and there have been many.

I can’t say enough good...

I can’t say enough good things about this tour. We missed our originally scheduled tour because our train in Munich was cancelled. When we called to let them know we wouldn’t be able to make it they immediately offered us another tour time. We decided to extend our stay in Prague and rescheduled. I’m so glad we did! This was the highlight of our trip! I definitely recommend it to anyone that’s considering it.

Authentic Culinary Delights!!

Helen was a fantastic tour guide!! She took us to wonderful establishments that were frequented by locals rather than tourists - giving us a real taste of authentic Prague, and it was delicious!! From the pickled cheese, to the outstanding gelato, open-faced sandwiches, pastries, and goulash, everything was superb!! Helen even took us to a grocery store to show how us how Czechs shop for their food - it was very interesting!! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a true taste of Prague - whether starting out your trip trying new dishes, or as a finale to recap all the culinary delights the city has to offer!!

Terrific tour with Vladimir!

Vladimir is an excellent Guide and he’s also a really nice guy!! he provides a very relaxed walking tour, where you can go at your own pace. And he gives you a basic history & culture lesson while you get to sample delicious food along the way. Really enjoyed it and we highly recommend!

A very satisfying experience for all your senses!!!!

Our tour guide, Oliver, was awesome. The stops were unique with tasty local treats. The soup at the first stop was delicious. And the last stop was very interesting. Oliver was very tentative to our needs, even helping us with other hot spots in Prague we might want to visit. He was very informative on food and culture. I would definitely book with Viator again. A food tour was a great idea. Thanks Oliver for a wonderful evening!!!!!!

Recommend! Fun, enlightening!

Emma was awesome! Loved the walking tour. She pointed out so many things we missed just wandering around. Especially the art of David Cerny spread throughout the area. Emma was enthusiastic, informed and very easy to talk with. The wine tasting was three generous pours of Czech wine - quite good. And she gave background regarding wine production. Really fun late afternoon outing with a great guide. Would recommend!!!!

Excellent tour with a fun and knowledgeable guide!

Petr was an exceptional guide with an abundance of detailed knowledge. We throughly enjoyed a powerful visit to the concentration camp in the morning, a delicious dessert and beverage stop, walk through Bohemian Switzerland’s Narnia, a large gourmet lunch with drinks, and breathtaking views of Bastei Bridge and park. It was a long day, but Petr had such vast knowledge and a fun spirit that our kids in college and high school enjoyed the day just as much as my husband and I did. Heed his advice to wear sneakers or appropriate shoes. He was very accommodating of our needs including food allergies, picture stops, questions, and tour timing. He was a safe driver with a comfortable and clean van.

Great Beer Guide

The pub crawl turned out to be a private tour. Manuel was a gracious and knowledgeable guide and he appreciates good beer. The first two pubs were local places I wouldn't have found on my own, and the beers were excellent. My one suggestion to make this tour better is to find a substitute for the last place -- too touristy and the food was a C - just passable.
