Great day out of the city.

A great day out if the city, exploring nature and walking trails with a great guide in Ondrej whose explanations of the history made the experience more enjoyable. Its a physical trip with some steep ascents and descents but very manageable for people of good fitness.

Amazing day trip from Prague

If you are looking for a day of outdoor activity and beautiful views but you don't want the hassle of renting a car and navigating between locations, this is the one for you. Our guide, Timmy was very knowledgeable and personable and gave us some great recommendations for authentic Czech food as well. The hike was a little challenging at times but the views and experience was absolutely worth it and it made me feel a little better about all of the indulging I've been doing in Prague.

We booked the 2 Countries: Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland tour from Prague with our guide Mikki, and it was one of the best experiences of our entire trip. Mikki was outstanding from start to finish — fun, engaged, and with us every step of the way rather than just pointing us in a direction and disappearing. He took care of every detail: he'd arranged a table for us ahead of time so lunch was seamless, made sure everyone had bathroom breaks throughout the day, and was happy to pull over for snacks on the drive back without us even having to ask. Little touches like that made a long day feel effortless. The scenery was stunning — Bastei Bridge is every bit as beautiful as the photos suggest, and the hike to it was gorgeous without being too strenuous for our group, which included kids. The boat ride afterward is a short, relaxed float rather than anything intense, but it was a lovely, peaceful way to cap off the hike. Mikki also pointed out filming locations along the way, including spots used in Narnia, which was a fun bonus for the kids. Honestly, though, what we'll remember most isn't just the sights — it's the connection we made with Mikki himself. He felt less like a tour guide and more like a new friend showing us around his country. Can't recommend this tour, and Mikki specifically, enough.

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to our guide Lenka. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the places. We were taken to all the important sites and the time spent was just right. The medieval tavern was a treat! The boat cruise was a calm and pleasant way to see the iconic sites on the Vltava river. I would highly recommend this tour!

Great tour of Prague. Tour included mini-bus ride to Castle with descriptions of sites along the way. Received overview of castle while walking around. Picked up for short ride for hour river ride. Afterwards walked through Jewish quarters before ending at Astronomical Clock. Great use of 4 hours.

Worth the time and money

Real life can be pretty spooky. Patrick, our guide, was excellent. He intertwined historical narratives with personal ones. I found this very educational and a somber reminder of some of the horrors of the distant and recent past. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about Prague history.
