Our Tour guide was lovely - personable, professional, informative and engaging. She gave us background info on Czechia during the bus ride as well as on a guided tour through this famous spa town. The place was amazing. Tour lady Eva was nice. Only issue was the mini bus. Especially on the highway it was making a terrible noise.

Karlovy Vary is a beautiful, interesting spa town in Czech Republic. They say drinking the thermal mineral water in karlovy Vary is a recognized centuries-old healing practice. The tour is educational and a fun one.

Basically you were driven there - 2.15 minute drive. Given a short walking tour down the main streets and left to your own devices until pick up time.

Driver refused to answer 2 questions I asked about number of travellers and ignored me.
Surprised no return to my hotel.

Beautiful town, nice architecture, colorful buildings. Definitely take the funicular to the Diana Tower for a spectacular panorama view of the town.

Nice town did not expect to see such a wonderful sight pick up point was far from hotel even if they offer hotel pickup, you then find you have to walk for 25 min in out case, after I complained they picked us in a taxi, so well done.

The tour guide was very informative. He gave us a lot of information about Prague as we drove out of the city and then when we arrived at Kalovy Vari. We had plenty of time to drink from the different springs, stop in a Cafe for lunch, and also take in all of the historical town.

Driver left us off with a 22 minute walk back to our hotel when we returned to Prague. We expected as advertised to be returned to hotel where we were picked up

The original bus broke down so we have to wait for 30mins in the heat with no shades for the bus. When then new so called bus came, the seating is just terrible very narrow and not much leg room, more over the air conditioner weren't working properly.
To be honest, there's nothing much the guide can do but he could have at least lighten the mood a bit.
Our Tour guide was lovely - personable, professional, informative and engaging. She gave us background info on Czechia during the bus ride as well as on a guided tour through this famous spa town. It was amazing trip. The city was beautiful. I definitely recommended to visit The tour guide Valeria she’s amazing person. It was a pleasure to take a trip with her.
The trip is nice, what we did not like was the attitude of the guide and the fact she was not cooperative.
The air conditioning in the van was not working, it was very hot, we were 6 passengers, we all complained but she said it was working perfectly….
After few minutes the AC was a bit better, the company and the staff should check very often if the quality of the vehicles offered is working properly.
The worse was her attitude of denial something so obvious.

Karlovy vary town is very pretty. It is a full spa town with beautiful architecture and amazing views.
I was picked up on time from my hotel. The journey is about 2 hours from Prague. After the driver/tour guide walked us through some parts of the town, we had about 2-2.5 hours to eat lunch, take a cable car up to the viewing tower, walk around the whole town and shop etc. It felt very rushed. Upon our request, our tour guide gave us an extra half an hour.
The driver dropped us back in Prague, near the old town square and not at our respective hotels as mentioned in the booking. It was my first time in Prague so I kind of got lost and it took me a long time to find my way back to hotel. There were total 4 passengers including me and all our hotels were very close by. I don't know why he could not drop us at the hotels, it would have saved us a lot of headache.

The guide was very pro. Spoke English and Spanish fluently. Gave us time to talk and ask. The organizer responded very fast to my phonecall. On the way the guide told us many interesting facts.

This is our opinion about the trip to Karlovy Vary, from the moment we were picked up from the hotel, the guide behaved impolitely and uncaringly and looked as if he had woken up from sleep, unshaven, looking dirty, later he picked up a family from another hotel and from that moment on all his translation was in Spanish since the other family was from Spain, we purchased an English speaking tour And not in Spanish, despite a request for an English translation, he did not address our request. In short, we felt like we were being driven by a taxi without guidance, we arrived at Kluviori, and then the guide told us where he would meet us and disappeared for several hours without the tours promised on the trip. In an attempt to convey the complaint to Viator, she shrugged it off and directed us to the operator. The payment and the order were Through Viator without any connection to the operator. We suggest checking and clarifying any purchase from Viator.

Karlovy Vary is a small and beautiful town. But, in my opinion, it is NOT a must see place. It is okay even if you can’t visit this place, especially if you have spent some time in Prague. I would certainly recommend any one to spend a day more in the beautiful Prague than visiting Karlovy Vary where there is nothing much to see other than few Hotels, Spas and Shops.
The tour guide , who joined the bus and remained texting for an hour before talking to us , provided almost no information about the city , it was of no difference , if we made it in our own by train. The name of tour guide , which we knew almost 2 hours through trip was Sabrina , she was more interested to understand about our culture rather than explain , I think she was under the impression that she was part of the tour herself , nit the tour guide. The quality of the food was very bad ... Value isn't for money at all
We love Karlovy Vary. It is beyond our expectation. Our guide, Mr. Yiri, is a wonderful person, and very patient too. Thank you.
Karlovy Vary is a beautiful place, but the Enterprise that made the tour is not good.
The engine of the bus was very loud and if you were sitting in the seats half back, you could not hear the explanation of the guide.
The guide was very bad-faced, without any desire or enthusiasm and with bad attitude as he was upset when we asked a question derived from his Spanish translation that was not very good.
Even though we were a group of 10, he walked very fast without considering that there were seniors who walked a little slower. His tone of voice was monotonous and low and when he explained something to us, he turned his head constantly to point out the place (without having to) and we didn’t hear him and we missed part of the explanation every time he turned. It doesn't use a communication system so we can all hear it clearly.
His explanation was very basic. The only good thing is that we had enough time to eat and tour Karlovy on our own.
